I'd leave a zero star rating if I could.
After chasing my parcel which SENDLE took 5 weeks to deliver, within Australia, there was no reason given for the delay despite the sender lodging an investigation.

It was delivered today by COURIERS PLEASE for SENDLE
As usual the driver threw the package containing $87 of product in a glass bottle from my gate onto my tiled porch.

I saw him do it and called out to stop, but he fled. I then lodged my third driver complaint this year, for the same behaviour, with COURIERS PLEASE. There is never any outcome, just excuses and usually a demand for my camera footage.

I was then sent an email from SENDLE asking me to rate them. I did this and tried to submit it and their site refused it indicating I had not filled out 1 box with drop down options. No matter what option I chose it wouldn't accept any, so I couldn't submit my feedback.
I then tried the online chat which also blocked any requests for help or a contact option.

I have camera footage, photos and screenshots of today's dual company substandard service and damage. This time I'm going to see what government department oversees these 2 companies trading in Australia and lodge an investigation.
Avoid using them both, it's a costly time consuming choice.

Why to Germany from Australia to India? This company is a fraud, it took $284 for the delivery, dragged it for 1 month instead of 2 weeks, has no express option. Delivered the box broken and items inside damaged. I emailed *******@sandle.com and asked for money back and got NO RESPONSE - emailed them several times. Then I investigated how to claim back for damaged parcel and Sendle's instructions say - you have to claim it within 1 business day from delivery! How crazy that is - delivered in a foreign country the recipient will let you know in their convenience and you start emailing Sendle support they ignore you then the 1 business day is gone and the button in "Managed Parcel" is gone. Obviously Sendle knows when it was delivered, so why forcing us to claim it 1 business day and does not advise that to us when we ask about it via the *******@sendle.com email

I am totally fed up with Sendle after using it for 3 months for my small business. At least half of my online orders have had 2 week of delays in processing the pick up/delivery. Currently I've got a large order that is potentially lost after sitting at the hub collection for almost 2 weeks. It is not worth risking your new business' reputation using Sendle. It has been the most disappointing and frustrating experience ever and will be looking to switch to another delivery service.

Avoid at all costs

This company caused my alot of headache delays and confusion in delivering my parcels within Canada. They schedule a pickup in a day and they don't come, they come next day instead and they don't call you to let you know they are here to pick up the parcel. They don't leave notice. They don't have a customer service number in Canada, just chat on the website. I don't recommend it.

I have had nothing but issues with Sendle - they charge 'adjustment' fees with no supporting documentation. They do not help AT ALL on their support chat - they blame shopify and say they have no information on their extra charges! They have charged me thousands of dollars EXTRA and not even notified me or given the reason why. I spend hours every day trying to get help and they just do not care. They charge extra but cant tell you why? They also lose parcels constantly and the customer care is appalling. I have had so much stress - real stressdealing with them and spend far too much time trying to do their job for them. Never again

Completely unreliable

I booked a pickup, and within 3 days, the parcel still hasn't been collected. My daily routine for the past 3 days has been to put the parcel outside my front door only to retrieve it after 6 pm in the evening. The customer teams told me that their company escalated the issue and someone will come the next day but NO. No one ever showed up.
I am very disappointed to learn that they are a company without any integrity. I cannot trust their promise and service anymore.

They didn't even buzz my suite and I was home. I was there when email said out for delivery and checked an hr later and it said it was delivered. To whom. They didn't buzz my suite.

Unreliable

Requested delivery on Valentine's Day (14/02) to a specific department where my wife works, dropped to wrong department a day late 15/02.
Tracking site & responding times woeful.
To avoid disappointment don't use Sendle (pronounced $#*!dle).

Hi Ash, thanks for your feedback. I can see that the parcel was delivered within the estimates of 10 Feb - 15 Feb, but I'm sorry to hear that it wasn't delivered directly to your wife's department. For deliveries in buildings/offices, the items can sometimes be left at the reception area. Nevertheless, we'll pass this feedback to our courier partner so we can improve our services moving forward.

Overcharged by $100 for box sent from Melb to NSW. Was quoted $40 on their system. But charged $100 extra due to the fact the box apparently weight 6kg more. No communication was sent just on my bank statement. Have tried many times via email (because you can't talk to anyone) to get my $100 back and explain the situation. Feels like they don't care at all. So disappointed.

Don't waste your time, don't use Sendle

I live in suburban Melbourne and thought I'd give Sender's pick up service a try. It's been around a month and parcels have still not been collected. Have wasted hours waiting to connect with and dealing with Sendle support via chat (the only way you can get in contact). You can't contact them easily, and when you do get through to them they'll repeat the same lines about doing what they can to get your parcel collected but it's all lies. Nothing changes. Stick with AusPost, don't waste your time, don't use Sendle.

I WOULD DETER ANYONE OR ANY BUSINESS FROM USING THIS SERVICE. Their so called - CUSTOMER SERVICE is practically non existent ……. I have been deterred, mislead, & deceived by this inferior company. I have tried to contact a manager several times to try & discuss about the discrepancy - but no manager has had the decency to reply back to me ……. My case has gone on for a nearly a month. Therefore, I am about to cancel my Sendle account.
How do these companies survive?

UPDATE 5th March 23: Sendle has been in touch with me & has resolved this issue.

This useless 'carrier' was unable to pick up my parcel. After 2 weeks of waiting and days of nagging, I am picking up my order and posting with a different carrier. They are useless.

Absolutely disgraceful

I have 2 new businesses - one launched a couple of months ago and the other only launched last week. I have an Australia Post business account for each of the businesses but as my stores are using the Shopify platform, I thought I would try their more automated delivery process and create Sendle accounts. For the first company, I booked in the collection (scheduled for delivery to Italy) on 14th Dec 2022 for pickup the next day. Didn't happen. Didn't happen the following day either, or any of the days this week. With the 2nd business, I booked in a collection on Monday this week for pickup on the Tuesday. Was advised that the latter parcel PLUS the one never collected the previous week (although they state the driver attempted collection, which is rubbish as I work from home all day) would be collected that day. Didn't happen. Didn't happen the following day (yesterday) either. It's now 9 days after the 1st parcel was booked in and 4 days after the 2nd and both parcels are sitting by my front door ready to take down to the driver in the extremely unlikely event anyone turns up to collect. I am about to put this in writing for Shopify, as I'm reading through the mountain of unhappy customers here and it's obvious I'm not just the receiver of bad luck. This is not good enough. 2 new businesses and trying to make a good impression on customers in the early days of trading, and what type of message does this send out when parcels are still sitting in Sydney, which should be well on their way to Italy by now and the other should have already arrived in Geelong. Absolutely disgraceful. I'm going back to Australia Post from now on - at least if I hand parcels over at the counter, I know they're on their way to the customer.

Why any business would choose to use sendle is beyond me! I ordered a small item which was posted on 2nd December and still have not received it. I have tried to contact sendle to get a clear idea of when to expect it and have not heard a word back from them. Not good enough. It was a Christmas present which I now have to go and replace as it's likely not going to be here on time. Please if you are a business considering using sendle as your way of post, DO NOT. It's completely put me off ordering anything from this company again as I know they use sendle! How disappointing!

Apparently attempted delivery at a medical centre x2 (which was open from 7am- 7pm.
After 2nd "failed attempt" contacted Sendle, to enquire- no resolution. I requested them to ask driver to call me. No attempt. Since then, using the useless widgets +- emails on their website are non-responsive
They've now said they can't REDIRECT (because I'm no longer going to be working at that workplace for the next 2 weeks, and need the parcel for a trip in 2 days time. (NB, this was ordered 3-4 weeks ago)

The worst delivery company in Australia?

My heart sinks every time I see a company I have purchased from uses Sendle...and once again I am experiencing the nightmare that is a Sendle delivery. Firstly, the delivery lead times are ridiculous. 7 days to get a parcel from Katoomba to the Sydney CBD? I could walk up and back 3 times in 7 days. Secondly, their website tracking is useless. The only parcel tracking I had access to was "estimated delivery between the 2nd December and the 7th December". What? How is that meant to be helpful. Thirdly, no status change or updates at all during that delivery window...and no further communication on the progress of my delivery. Finally, once again, even with 7 days to get a parcel from Katoomba to Sydney CBD that was beyond Sendle and so 7 days later I am still waiting for my parcel...and have just been told that their internal review of my missing parcel report will take 5 days. What? Sendle is a complete and utter joke. Their website and logistics tracking feels like it is from the 1990s and their customer service is completely non-existent. If you are a business, please don't use them to send your products to your customers as it is a nightmare for us and will only damage your brand.
