Pick up is never predictable - happens timely on some days, and massively delayed on most.
Delivery is always timely, once the pick up has happened.

Since changing to Sendle I have had great service, No damaged goods, On time delivery, insured & tracking is great. I was previously with the "Toy & Lollie" LPO who were expensive, not insured, slow & not helpful. I am so glad I changed to a professional "Sendle Courier Service"
Prices seem to be slightly less than other services yet service is quick, and simple. I like that there is no minimum order needed so I can use this service whenever I need to process a quick package.
Sendle always beat other companies for speed and price. When we buy on line we look at the courier first when time matters.
Package was not picked on the scheduled date. The following day, a person in a private car, wearing a beanie, came and pick up the parcel, and the parcel has not been marked as picked up on Sendle tracking?

I bought some very large used art portfolios from vendors in Sydney and Melbourne and plannied to use Sendle to pick them up. That all happened with no problems whatever and in each case the shipment arrived before delivery deadline. Everything worked -- so YAY!

I have had two parcels damaged in transit recently. I ship with Sendle regularly and all my parcels are well packed. One of the damaged parcels looked like it had been driven over. The contents in both packages were damaged beyond use. With the second parcel, it took two weeks to get a response from Sendle, then over another week to get the matter resolved. Instead of a sincere apology, I was patronising chastised for not providing adequate packaging, even though that was demonstrably not the case. I reimbursed for the damaged parcels, but I was made to feel that Sendle was doing me a favour for doing so, and that I shouldn't expect that again. It's really not good enough.
It's really convenient having the parcel picked up and it was delivered very quickly, the next day and went from Melbourne to Adelaide.

In last week only, we had to resend 5 packages with Purolator beacuse the customers were expectimg the packages and were delayed over 10 days or lost.
Answer: Impossible. No phone contact at all. Email messages to Sendle support get scripted replies pointing to information on the website. A week of demands to escalate gets email contact from another employee who says all the same things as the first one.
Answer: Absolutely not. Appalling. False information. I need my wheel battery, they repeatedly said it has not been picked up yet the shop who sent it says it was picked up 4 days ago. They have lied to me.
Answer: I used to use them because they were reliable. Now I wouldnt use them if they were the last courier company on the face of the Earth. Completely unreliable, unprofessional and dodgy.
Answer: I would look elsewhere. They started out good but niw measure boxes by volume which is very costly.
