Used Sendle many times, most often the cheapest way to send small stuff as a private user. When booking, Just watch the pickup location, had a parcel automatically nominated to the nearest drop off, but was too heavy for the drop off location and need to be picked up from me.
I love using sendle. It's easy and quick. No problem printing out shipping labels.

Sendle is the most economical way for me to send parcels interstate with pick ups always on time and delivery at the other end very quick.I have never had any issues with this Company.

A parcel to a business customer was significantly delayed and arrived utterly demolished, complete with boot prints! The Sendle chat bot sent me damage claims form instructions. Meanwhile I had my customer take the photos required. I was unable to follow instructions because the button needed was not on my dashboard. I messaged Sendle and they told me they were sorry and they'd pass along my experience, but Sendle does not cover damage. So I copied them the Sendle chatbot's message and they said that was US only, not Canada. I asked to escalate, and Sendle is making an exception for this incident, but I cannot use Sendle for important or costly orders until they provide damage insurance.

Never have an issue, prices seem right, and packages make it on time.
Too bad the workers at USPS don't pay attention to my fragile stickers sometimes.

Once the package was picked up I did not get confirmation of the pick up. It was days of wondering if the package would be delivered.
Once it was delivered I got a confirmation email. The only piece missing was the pickup confirmation- otherwise it was GREAT!

Love the integration with my Shopify store. Being able to have my orders show up in the sendle dashboard auto filled with all the info saves me so much time. Most of the time I can save a couple dollars on a package when I use sendle, it all adds up!

My shipments get to LA and NYC very quickly for a fraction of the price that USPS or UPS charge. I love the email updates and tracking features.

Using Sendle's services has been nothing but pleasant. My package is picked up on a timely basis and delivered within 1-2 days and my customers are very happy.

Answer: Impossible. No phone contact at all. Email messages to Sendle support get scripted replies pointing to information on the website. A week of demands to escalate gets email contact from another employee who says all the same things as the first one.
Answer: Absolutely not. Appalling. False information. I need my wheel battery, they repeatedly said it has not been picked up yet the shop who sent it says it was picked up 4 days ago. They have lied to me.
Answer: I used to use them because they were reliable. Now I wouldnt use them if they were the last courier company on the face of the Earth. Completely unreliable, unprofessional and dodgy.
Answer: I would look elsewhere. They started out good but niw measure boxes by volume which is very costly.

Thanks for sharing this feedback, Adam. Yes, drop-off locations can accept any parcels up to Sendle's 'Carry-on' size (that's up to 10kg and 40L). Additionally, the longest side of any parcel cannot be bigger than 96cm. It is always best to call them up in advance as it also depends on their store's capacity whether they'll accept any more packages for drop off.
