Excellent customer service from ordering questions to installation. I thought this was a splurge but omg they are awesome.
Ordering samples was easy and helped me to decide on color. The blackout shades are beautiful and were easy to install. The light filtering shades seem very fragile but I am pleased with those as well. Overall I am very pleased with the product.
The online order was pretty simple as I had measurements from a previous order. Shipment arrived on time. Installation wasn't too hard ~ was hoping they had the same header as my old ones, but the did not so I needed to drill new holes, but got them up pretty quickly
We purchased two sets of blinds. One set was for a rental, which was an interior mount. The second set was for our home and it was an exterior mount. The directions on how to measure and the video were very concise and helpful. We had no trouble with installation. We were kept in informed consistently. The product arrived well packaged, and in excellent shape.
A great experience in all went well. I really appreciate the updated emails that kept us informed. The blinds fit perfectly and we're exactly as described. Just a note. If you order these bamboo blinds, they are quite heavy.
After 8+ yrs the cords are snapping on the old blinds. Replaced with Select Blinds. Only wish is that the "sand" colored ones were still made.

There was no hardware in the kit to attach the headrail to anything. For the price, I would expect better quality materials but sadly it was not as expected. To be clear, the faux wood blinds themselves are good quality and not as flimsy as the white ones I was replacing. The headrail had cheap plastic bits and looks/feels like it will wear out quickly from normal use. The headrail was an odd size that the original brackets wouldn't quite fit, 1.5" versus the new 1 5/8". I ended up having to search three hardware stores and then order special brackets hardware online for another $20 to get them installed. This process too 5 weeks from order date. They look nice once finally up, but time will tell.
I ordered 4 window shades but one of the shade when putting up or down will not stay even. I have to hold both corners and pull one end down. They do not go up or down as easy as my past ones.
The shades are very nice just not sure what to do with the one shade.
I thought I would give a bit more time to loosen up, if you don't think that would matter please give me a call

The blinds were pitched for my daughter's rooms. It's a terrible product with no wand or ability to move the blinds up and down without them opening or closing is simply ridiculous. We can never have the blinds fully pulled down when they're in the open position there's always a 3 to 4 inch gap on the bottom when they are open not satisfied. I would not recommend this product to anyone if they care about the blinds being closed all the way to the windowsill also in shipping one of the blinds is cracked.
There are two things I'm having a problem with. The button to raise/ lower the top of the shade is out of my reach. I will have to get a ladder to reach the top button in order to lower or raise the shade. I had this type of shade before and I had a pole with a hook to reach the top raise/lower tab. These are non-functional for my day-to-day use. #2 The top right side of the shade does not fit flush with the rail. Your directions included for adjustment to not match my rails.
I included pictures. The ladder is 6 ft high. It is impossible to reach the top raise/lower button.
The whole purchasing experience, from sample selection to measurements to final purchase was smooth ans seamless. The roman shades are are beautiful, the exact thing that I wanted for our custom picture window. I will definitely be purchasing from you folks again.

I ordered these shades to replace outdated verticals in my kitchen window. These shades provide more privacy and makes it easier to adjust the light coming in. The automation would have been nice but it increases the cost per shade substantially. Having to adjust the shades twice daily, and carefully adjust to make sure they are straight, is a bit of a nuisance. But all in all the cellular shades are a good value.
Needed to replace bedroom blinds to add more privacy. The blinds are beautiful, fit perfectly and provide the privacy we needed.
Awesome blinds, my hubby works from a home office, but street noise was getting quite distracting… So we installed these rich-looking wooden blinds and they do an amazing job of dampening the outside noise, when he wants privacy he closes them all the way. My only complaint is that they are a BEAR to raise and lower if you are wishing for an unencumbered view of outside. The instructions aren't clear, one set mentioned a button, but we have searched and searched for the button and it doesn't exist. Honestly, it is a huge, heavy blind, but it feels as though we are ripping it out of the mount with how strong we have to pull to get them back down-ugh!
The fit of all of my custom order cellular shades was very impressive. The shades themselves were as expected.
I ordered a motorized shade with a faulty motor. This was very disappointing as you are instructed to install the shades and charge them for 4-6 hours prior to their operation. In other words - my job was done and cleaned up before I discovered it wasn't working. After several unsuccessful troubleshooting phone calls and emailed video proof of the issue, I was granted... a review window. I was never contacted and I had to reach out to inquire the status. Finally they agreed to send me a replacement at no cost, which arrived in a timely fashion.
Some better QC by the manufacturer would've likely prevented this issue. Some better quality customer service would've reduced the sourness of the whole experience.

Blinds were easy to measure for and fit perfectly in my windows. They look so modern and love that I wont need curtains anymore.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
