Easy to order. Had to wait a little while for them to come. We do think that ordering the Thread version (with an additional home hub Fromm a third party) was a bit of an overkill—the select blinds remote is just fine. Can't get the hub to recognize them and don't have time to tinker. Maybe this summer, so I can set schedules, operate while away, etc. but we do enjoy them convenience of automation.
From start to finish, I have been thrilled with SelectBlinds! I learned about them through the New York Times' Wirecutter column, which rated this company as having the best blackout cellular shades. I requested samples that arrived quickly and placed an order for our two guest bedrooms, which also arrived quickly. The shades are made of very high-quality material, do a fabulous job of blocking light, and look great! I wish I had known about them years ago when we bought our house and went through a local company to order cellular shades (a great company with a quality product, but the cost was astronomical). If I ever need to buy shades again, I will definitely buy them from SelectBlinds!
Received an empty box. NO Blind. Terrible time with customer service who didn't speak English well at all, had to jump thru hoops to get my blind. Won't order from you again
I ordered blinds in the Storm color. Online the color looks blue gray, but when I received the blinds the color was dark gray. I called customer service and was told it was not their issue.
I filed a warranty complaint regarding one blind which was binding on one side, sent a video and was told my claim was rejected. I think your customer service department should have called me to help me with a bad blind instead of me having to call them. Still no solution to my problem. On another matter I order a charger for my blinds and never received it. I called and "chatted" with your customer service and still do not have the charger, no follow up, no help from customer service. So much for them saying we are here to make it right. This is the second time I have purchased from Select Blinds but I will can not recommend buying from them due to poor customer follow up when there is a problem.
I have ordered from you guys several times. A couple orders I have had trouble with a blind. It is like pulling teeth to get select blinds to fix the problem. Takes days to respond. I get told over and over that they are fixing

We had 8 blinds we ordered, decided to check the FIT box to guarantee the sizes. To our.dismay, we ordered incorrectly. They replaced all the blinds free of charge. Unreal how great they were to get them replaced. 100%. Happy with Select Blinds. Ordered for over 10 years with them. Highly recommend
I have been dealing with Select Blinds for over 10 years. I would say that I have only had one problem in those 10 years. There was a miss labeled sample and the wrong color of blinds were made. But SB replaced them with a little more information on what happened. Good thing is the customer has ordered about 5 orders and had great experience with all the other orders.
I love the look of these shades in our new home. I bought a few at a time until most of my house has them. They look great with my wood ceiling and everyone comments on how wonderful they look.
I've shared a picture that I tried to share with them where they cut all my blinds short. Are they willing to take responsibility or fix it, no. They just gave me 10% my next order. A couple years ago they were pretty good, but I'm not very satisfied with the blind quality or their ability to cut to my measurements.

I had an excellent experience with the custom blinds that I ordered. I could not find short lines that were wide until I found your blinds. 35 wide and 21 in length is very rare so you guys having 24 in length was just perfect and they are wonderful blinds. I am very grateful and appreciative.!
It was a little tricky initially because when I signed in with Facebook, my Facebook screen changed and it felt like the blinds app took over my Facebook account. Had to go change my password immediately. It was a bit suspicious. I think it's all good now! I recommend you keep the two separate.
Wood faux blinds are perfect for our kitchen window. They are perfect fit and color. Would be nice if they had a bottom center pull. Kinda difficult to grab and pull down into place. Was able to find a Velcro strap that wraps around the bottom grab bar.
Having ordered this type of blind before for my home, it was a good choice for an office space I was making more comfortable and homey. I knew it would work with my colors and work well.
I used your measurement guidance yet the shades don't fit! Two of the shades are too wide to function properly. I made one work by chipping away some of my plaster on the wall to make it wider but the other one I had to hang on the outside. I asked for a replacement and you sent me the exact same one that doesn't fit.

The shade in my son's room broke and I needed a quick and easy purchase to replace. Select Blinds has always been super easy and fast.
This is my second purchase of blinds, and couldn't be happier w my cellular shade. Easy to install, fit perfectly and look great! My laundry room is warmer as well w the blind!
We used our motorized blind for our front door, easy to install and set up. I didn't realize the frame was white or missed that detail, but after installing it still looks great so we are happy with our purchase. Motorized blind works with a remote and an app which is a plus!
Of the (18) blinds we ordered, (5) arrived with either fabric issues, broken lifting strings or not built to requested size. All issues were finally resolved under warranty.

Measuring and ordering is made easy with the on line instructions for every window. After ordering, product arrived in a timely manner. DYI installation is simple and easy. There's always help with Select Blinds customer service if you have any questions while installing. After one or two window coverings install, it's a " breeze" for the remainder. Go for it. You will feel fully satisfied and accomplished after completing.
Ordering instructions are user friendly. Appreciate the ease of step by step. Simple.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
