This is the second time I've ordered and have been happy with both orders. Blinds are awesome, prices are good, delivery is on time and ordering is easy. Love these up and down blinds to Block where the sun is coming in and still allowing me to see outside. I can also pull them down low so that my cat cannot see the squirrels. She tears up my leather furniture when she can see them.

Fast service. Needed to replace blinds on a large window and am very happy with the custom sized blinds we received. They fit perfectly!
I had no idea when my blind would be ready. So I had already left the area when alerted the package was finally delivered. I have yet to see the package.
The first blind we received didn't fit because we measured incorrectly. The company sent us a replacement at no charge. Amazing! The quality of the blind is excellent and for what I bought I thought the price was very reasonable.
We are ready to return the curtians because we have not recieved satisfying instrucions how to set the cord tension. We have followed the video as well as the paper instructions. We have called twice and there needs to be a person who can walk us through. I would gladly pay more for curtains that work.

Good item but could not match the design I purchased in the past, granted it was in 2012 and 2 out of the 3 failed just this year. I like the blinds with one glaring exception, the wand was very, very dark Brown while the header and blind color (was much lighter!). I communicated with the factory many times, and they responded quickly but offered no solution to the problem except saying they were sorry.
I originally ordered window treatments for my entire house back 2014 and have since purchase other window treatments with no issues. We recently had the need for more window coverings and purchased several large vinyl window shades that were supposed to come in bright white. The final product was not white, material was flimsy, wrinkled easily, dirty, and they did not fit properly. The worst part was that the largest 94 inch window treatment would not physically fit into our window frame. After sending multiple measurements and photos to customer service, their response was that they filled the order to their standards and they were not required to make it right. I don't want these window treatments as the quality is poor compared to products I've purchased in the past. The color white matched the same as the ivory sample, and they won't fit. I asked to send them back and for a credit for different window treatments, and mentioned that I had more windows to purchase coverings for and they would not make it right. $1,000 worth of window treatments are now in the trash and I've taken my business elsewhere.

Thank you for reaching out to us! We apologize for your concerns about the measurements you received. In order to verify if your products were made correctly or not, we just need a few photos of the product from you.
For each product affected, please take 2 photos using a steel measuring tape. If the discrepancy is for the width, you will measure end to end across the headrail only. If it is for the height, you will need to fully lower the product and measure from the top of the headrail to the bottom of the bottom rail.
The first photo should show the whole product with the measuring tape going end to end and the second photo should be a close-up of the final measurement. Also, please confirm the size of the shade(s) in the response for the order you are sending photos.

The customization is really great. The material is very nice. Second time ordering with this company. Directions for installation are not great.
Many of my SelectBlinds cordless shades have failed, some in warranty, some just past the warranty. About half of our original shades still work. This time I thought I'd try replacing them with Levolor, and there's a huge difference in quality. The Levolors just feel more solid, and the mechanism works better. No more having to pull them too far to get them to land in the right place (the SelectBlinds tend to hike up), and the double cell Levolor are very insulating, and work perfectly as blackout shades.
Overall he lift mechanism is a bit flimsy. Previous blinds I got from here had the roller mechanism but these recent ones are a fabric but the mechanism doesn't seem adequate to lift the blinds.
Another issue is the blinds have a constant bulge at the bottom i. E the slight height variation in the window sill resulted in the blind not extending fully thus as the bottom bar sits on the window sill the lift mechanism pulls it a bit up this leaving a bulge in the last panel.
Have used Select Blinds for seveal window treatments, their prices are very reasonable and the products purchased withstand frequent use (shades still close and open easily). Recommend Select blinds for anyone needing window/door treatments. Good selection of products too.
I ordered two light filtering, cellular shades in white. Evidently, I failed to notice the second shade entered as brown, so I had to re-order. Otherwise, the shades were easy to install, although another bracket on the 71" shade would have been helpful, as the shade sags a bit in the middle.

Easy ordering. The virtual assistant was helpful, but people are better!
Got different samples several times before ordering. We remodelled a home and purchased all new window treatments. Selection was great, products are good quality. I would recommend to anyone looking for affordable blinds.
It took 20 days to get the first set of blinds ordered, when they arrived they weren't what I ordered. It took over a week for customer service to replace my order because they couldn't get a response from production. I had to call multiple times before a supervisor got on the phone and only after that was the blinds reordered which took another 2 weeks to be delivered.

I have used Select Blinds on a number of occasions for my rental properties. Ordering is very easy, delivery is quick and the product is very good for the price. Definitely recommend Select Blinds and will continue to be a customer.

The Select Blinds ordering experience was straight forward. The fabric samples arrived in a timely manner, and once I made a decision they arrived quickly (even though I ordered over the holidays). The price was a fraction of some other places that I looked into for a fabric quality that was nearly identical. Think the only difference between extremely high end alternative vendors is maybe the quality of the pulls and finish on the valence, but hung at 10 feet that finish was not worth almost triple the price. Thanks! Look forward to ordering more as I continue renovating my home.
Slowly upgrading blinds throughout the house. Previous experience, order, delivery, exact sizes and quality of product takes me back to Select blind.
This blind was a huge disappointment. The sheer fabric feels extremely cheap—more like cheesecloth than a finished window treatment. The stitching was crooked throughout, and in places it caused holes in the fabric.
I contacted customer service and submitted photos, but the production department refused to repair or refund the item, stating that this was normal for the fabric. That explanation is unacceptable given the visible defects.
Between the poor craftsmanship and the refusal to stand behind their product, I will never order from this company again.

The shades we ordered are a beautiful color and they look really classy and elegant in our living room. Love the look! The only regret is that we ordered the manual continuous pull-string option, and it takes awhile and many pulls to fully raise or lower the shades.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
