This is my second purchase of blinds, and couldn't be happier w my cellular shade. Easy to install, fit perfectly and look great! My laundry room is warmer as well w the blind!
We used our motorized blind for our front door, easy to install and set up. I didn't realize the frame was white or missed that detail, but after installing it still looks great so we are happy with our purchase. Motorized blind works with a remote and an app which is a plus!
Of the (18) blinds we ordered, (5) arrived with either fabric issues, broken lifting strings or not built to requested size. All issues were finally resolved under warranty.

The ordering process was easy and very helpful. The shipping was very reasonable. Easy to install but there was a couple of openings too big and a couple of openings too small leaving a larger gap at the sides. I also opted for the powered shades and they came "preprogrammed". The preprogramming was completely wrong and served no purpose of doing it pre-hand since I had to go through all the openings and do it myself. The preprogramming in fact was a bigger hassle than if it wasn't preprogrammed. The programming was difficult because there were 3 different directions on how to program the shades. The chat and the help phone line was not very much help either as they couldn't give me the correct directions either. In the end the shades are great but it took some getting through issues that didn't have much help to resolve.
The order delivery time wasn't clear from the beginning, initially it was going to be 4-5 days, it ended up being like 10 and then you didn't even sent me a message when the product was left outside of my building, I found out like 3 days later, I had to find someone to put it inside of my apartment because I wasn't in the country, I was basically lucky that no other person took it.
We ordered several top down bottom up blinds and one bottom up blind for a very large window. The order process was easy to use online. All of the blinds were no drill and this was our first experience with this type. So far they have stayed in place! At times we have to push up on the top of the blind due to a space that appears at the top where the blinds connect to the frame. The large window blind came broken which was surprising since the packaging was good. This blind took longer to receive probably due to the size. We filed a warranty claim and a replacement blind was sent. We were pleased with this process. Thank you for your service.
I received 3 roman blinds. 2 were perfect, but one was made incorrectly. The material was cut on the bias. The blind was installed in the center of the window, but the bottom of the blind sat off to one side. When it was open it sat inside the window opening on one side and outside on the other. When the Roman blind was lowered it got even worse. I filed a warranty that has been going on for close to a month. They are still asking for evidence via video and photos, with regards to installation etc, where clearly this is an issue with the cut of the material, and nothing to do with install. Very frustrating!

Ordered a new set of three to complement my existing eight bought six months before. Had an expensive existing remote and hub with lots of extra capacity. Six months later, the same models no longer work with the expensive hub and remote. Need another expensive hub and remote, none of which is backward compatible with models just six months before. And no warning or notice on their website about this problem! Then first shade I bought less than a year ago broke. The new app is extremely bad, too, and since won't work with my existing Bond Bridge, I have to use a backward app for the three new shades. Stay away. Overpriced badly unless you wait for a sale that comes frequently in their never ending emails.

When my vertical blind arrived and I opened the box, I discovered that the valance and the clips were missing. I contacted customer service and talked to an "idiot". He repeatedly asked me to send a picture of the missing parts. When I finally got it through his thick skull that wasn't possible, he put me on hold then came back and advised me the missing parts would be sent and I would get an email with details. Never got the email. When the valance finally arrived 2 weeks later, it was not the valance that was described when I placed the original order. I was able to make it work with some creative engineering. Never order from them again. Too frustrating!

I love my new blinds! I purchased six top down bottom up blinds - Blackout for the bedrooms and light filtering for the other rooms. All but one of them were non brand name, but my largest one was only available in top down bottom up from Levolor so I paid the extra for that one. I live in Wisconsin, so the winters are COLD. The blinds really do a great job of insulating the room from the chilly air around the windows on sub-zero days. I have to make sure I open them every day so the condensation on the windows can dry. The Levolor blind is made from slightly more durable material than the others and moves up and down more smoothly. The other blinds tend to bubble out as you lift them no matter how slowly you go, but if I push on the front of them where they're bubbling they do go up. I have two friends who ordered the same blinds a few years ago that do not have this issue, and the pull tabs on them to raise and lower them are better quality on the older blinds. The old ones have a button to push to "unlock" them so they can move and the plastic matches the blinds. The new ones have cheap clear plastic and no locking mechanism. They still stay in place, but the older ones definitely move more smoothly and easily.
I carefully measured all my windows twice before ordering, but 5 of the 6 blinds were too wide for my windows when they arrived. The Levolor blind was the only one that fit. Fortunately I had checked the "Fit Guarantee" box for each blind as I ordered them, so they replaced them all at no cost to me. I did have to wait another week to receive the new ones, but it was worth the wait. I'm very happy with the blinds, and I love that they don't have cords for my cats to destroy!
All 8 blinds fit and went up great. On blind (Ordered motorized/with a wand control) had a loose wire on the blind and was an easy fix - push wire connector back on blind. Enjoyed the experience.
It was nice to call and actually talk to a real person who seems to be knowledgeable. The samples were shipped out immediately and we received within the week I believe. Unfortunately they do not have the same product we had ordered previously so we had to pick something close. Bummer. What we selected is just ok.
I had been wanting to replace my blinds for a while and I came across SelectBlinds. Very reasonably priced and looked great. Although I followed their simple instructions for measuring the blinds, but I was still nervous. When they arrived, they were packaged well. They are well made, were easy to install, and gave a while new look to my windows. Thank you for a great product at a great price.
One side of the blind is sagging when stacked. I issued a statement to customer service and have not heard back. Can you help?

Received our order of two blinds in November but one was defective. Notified Select Blinds and thr replaced promptly. All is good.
I have been a loyal customer since 2018 with multiple (9)orders. This order was for blinds to cover our sliding glass doors. Previously, my blinds would adjust for shade by lifting or pulling down on the shade. Love it! Then I ordered these... No picture of the cheap wand hanging down, no questions regarding a side for the wand, nothing in the description about the wand. I falsely assumed they worked the same as my previous orders. NOT SO! The quality has decreased tremendously. Slates are dropping down, cheap wand hits us in the head every time we walk through the doors. Called customer service and the worker admitted there was no description OR picture of the blinds with a wand hanging and no mention when ordering of the side to put a wand. She told me nothing could be done. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and she told me one would call. But, do you think that happened? NO. I am left with a cheap produce that I hate. I know losing a loyal customer is no big deal. If you are looking for blinds I would suggest you look elsewhere. Quality and customer service is poor and there are plenty of other blind companies to purchase from. Sorry Rick Steele, Stephanie Lynn and Satya Sivunigunta you have done a poor job. They are not the company of the past

Adjustable Roman Door Shades - well they suck! The adhesive does not work, the fabric is too heavy for it. Also, the cut on the fabric just seems cheap it is not straight. Not worth the money!
The traditional solar shades are great! And a great bang for your buck. I have motorized and not, they are all great.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
