Easy installation in recessed windows- piece of cake! Very happy with the "gray" color- it is a light gray that most would describe as white.
The quick summary, order was extremely late from original promise of fulfilment, even after talking to customer service guarantying with "no later than…." After arrival, the shades were not to specifications as per measuring instructions. I am not an expert and watched the video a few times to confirm I had it correctly - only to be told it's within variance, and will not take further steps to correct – hmm – 2"+ less on Width from what was ordered? Anyway, frustrated and disappointed given the high price and high expectations from what I thought was a good vendor. So nice to see on the marketed videos how nicely they feet, with no variation - and here I am with the product I received far bellow expectations.
You simply measure the window as shown in the order form. Then Select Blinds did the rest. They notified me when they shipped. When they arrived I simply went online following the instructions and they went up very easy.
We called a total of 5 times for a total of 33:44 on the phone. As per Select Blind's request, we videotaped the problem we are experiencing and emailed the video to the email address specified 3 weeks ago, no response.
We are contacting our credit card company today, January 17,2026 and requesting reimbursement. As soon as we have the reimbursement we will return the apparent defective blind.

We purchased a large set of draperies with blackout liners for our primary bedroom. Since the drape material was for 3 windows we were told we needed to restrict the length so the motors would be able to move the material across the track. We did that. Nevertheless, the motors will not move all this material across the track! I have called 4 times and sent pictures and video at their request in an effort to obtain a refund of the motors and remote. I keep hearing they are waiting for "Production" to get back to them prior to dealing with this. I'm tired of Waiting! PS--the drapery material is very nice...

We've received the blinds but are still waiting for our remodeling done. We haven't put them up yet but they do look and feel like great quality blinds.
Everything was explained making me confident to place the order.
The blinds are terrible quality and we absolutely hate them. We had purchased other blinds before from here and they were wonderful but it's been a few years and these new ones we got are just horrible

This review is after lacing two orders, each for multiple window dressings. I can say that the products are of high quality and the prices are VERY hard to beat. Delivery times during busy seasons is a tad long - but overall, GREAT to work with!
Although the order took a long time to ship, we are very happy with the blinds. The customization options were great and installation was a breeze. Definitely worth the price.

I ordered the Casabella Rollershade in Oriel Voile Whitewash after a lot of debate and many samples ordered, and I'm very pleased with it! Received order pretty fast it was right on with the estimated ship date. My only problem was with fed ex and where they left my package which has noting to do with select blinds. My husband had no trouble hanging my zebra blinds. They fit perfect.
Our blinds took over a month to arrive. Then when they did, and we went to install them, they didn't fit. The click to fit are too thick/deep to fit in our window. I didn't see that when I ordered them. I have never had to check that with blinds before. The fit guarantee only works if you order the same type if blinds. So I'm stuck with $400 worth of blinds I can't use!

Ordering the blackout Roman shade lining is pointless. We measured exactly; it said don't add to or take anything off the measurement. Well, SelectBlinds will take off at a quarter to half an inch off on sides, which lets in SO much light around the sides that the blackout lining is pretty pointless. Very disappointed. Also, they are not super easy to roll up. Bought some non-custom shades at half the price from big-chain hardware store that work so much better. Hate I wasted money at Select Blinds.

The blinds are exactly what I was hoping for! They were easy to install, and I love the cordless option that I opted for. Very happy with my purchase.
These blinds are wonderful. I love the top down bottom up, making it easy to let light and air in as needed. Highly recommend.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
