Although the shopping experience went very smoothly, the price was acceptable, and the delivery was in a timely manner. The operation of the blinds is disappointing.
I received my blinds timely and installed them - had to refer to additional instructions included in the box because they apparently eliminated the "plunger". I finally got the blinds installed and I can't pull the blind down more than 3" so I tried to remove it from the window. I haven't been able to do that either. I've called and emailed customer service and they send videos of unrelated problems or outside mount removal (I have an inside mount) or how can I fix the pull down issue if I can't remove it from my window. It has been weeks and am still waiting for a response that will work for me.
Possibly my fault but the pvc blinds looked kind of matt, dark blue in the pictures online. Now that they're here they look like a dull blue... pvc blind actually. Lol. Probably my fault I guess. They looked more luxury in the pictures i guess. Overall dimensions are perfect though... so I'm planning to use some material to cover the pvc element... should be good. Can't remember if there was a sample service, if so I recommend ordering a sample first! Overall service really good though.

I liked the fact that I could order several samples to see the product before ordering. I was able to select my final color and blind type with some confidence I would have otherwise lacked. The price with Black Friday sales was acceptable, so the order was placed. Blinds arrived in excellent condition and the installation was easy for my husband to do. Am completely satisfied with the product and will order again should the need arise.
I love my blinds! The quality is top notch and the fit perfect. Customer service is great as well. I accidentally ordered two remotes and they recognized when ordered that it wasn't necessary to have separate remotes for the two blinds. They called to let me know I didn't need two and immediately refunded the money for the second remote. Highly recommend
Delivery was estimated to be 5-7 days, and I didn't receive my order for almost a month. Customer service was incredibly unhelpful and never offered any discounts or refunds based on my extended order delay or experience.

This was a scary experience because it seemed too good to be true. The shades are affordable and I was surprised at the quality of the material and look of them. The directions do seem daunting and could be simplified. It really was quite simple installing two different types on two windows. The 'Bond' remote hub is sensitive to blockages/walls. We could not find the charger on one of the shades and had to call into customer service feeling pretty silly. It was hidden in a place that is not easily accessible. That could be fixed. Customer service was, however, easy to get ahold of and to reach. They were more like a concierge than customer service. It was wonderful. Thank you.
The company sent the wrong order, although the measurements were correct. I did not realize they were not what I had ordered until I got one completely installed. When I reported it and talk to a real person, the problem was solved. I now have the correct order in my possession. Very good service.
After pricing local installers and being unsatisfied we found SelectBlinds, very simple process to find the right product and detailed ordering instructions. The couple of questions I had prior to ordering were answered quickly when I called the helpline. Very easy installing them with great instructions and necessary hardware.
I spoke with a couple of customer service representatives. Each encounter was productive and helpful. At no time did I feel pressured or confused by the process. High marks for the sales process.

The shades do not stay horizontal, they adjust on their own, one side always goes up not leaving a clean sight line. One shade i understand, all 4 do the same thing, adjust on their own. There are no directions on how to change the tension on the pull down so we just adjust every time we go into the rooms. The center pull tab included does not properly work, you need 2 hands to pull down the shade. This may be due to the tension on the blinds that are not keeping them horizontal.

The blinds were delivered in a timely manner, packaged well and easy to install. Measuring instructions were easy to follow and blinds fit my window perfectly.

These blinds are fantastic! I always worry about if the rolling mechanism will be easy to operate and these are so smooth and go up and down easily. I got the cord free style (no motor) and have not had any issues whatsoever. I also like the look of the top where the cassette hides the roll - very clean look. This was a tricky window situation with it being a bay style window with very little space above the window moulding and these blinds work perfectly for it. No complaints with these at all!

Purchased the Green Luxury Day & Night shades after going back and forth about wanting a privacy shade during the day but blackout at night for our bedrooms. I could not be happier. The material is comparable to what I'd priced out from a local vendor, for a better price. They were easy to install and are easy to use. I inadvertently ordered 1 blind off by an inch and it was a straightforward process to get that corrected.
I found the blinds I was looking for! Good color selection, materials, and mounting hardware. The discount codes helped as well! They were the most affordable and high-quality option I could find. I will be a repeat customer.
Online tools were generally good. However, if you search cellular shades and filter for blackout, the day/night shades do not come up.
Filters don't seem to work to narrow down product choices
Did not realize the shades were not made in America. Tracking the shipment from Viet Nam was interesting. Shipment included 3 cartons. They were all delivered on 3 different days. Not Select Blinds fault but their customer service was not helpful in locating cartons since not all received with first.
Final carton received after filing claim with UPS (lost in Louisville hub). All that being said we are very pleased with the shades and installation could not have been easier!

The blinds are beautiful and I'm enjoying them. The customer service did a good job when I called with questions about installing them.
Easy to look at different styles and colors. Pricing good.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
