We purchased blackout Roman shades for our nursery and were so impressed with the quality and ease of installation. Shades were easy to measure for using the guidelines provided and arrived quickly. Will definitely be purchasing from Select Blinds again.

I had a great experience shopping for my shades with all the options and flexibility SelectBlinds offer. I was ever excited to receive my shades. However, I was quickly disappointed when I realize there wasn't enough tension on the built-in mechanism to keep the shades up. It's basically shades on a tension-rod type of mechanism. So it needs to be a tight enough fit to create that tension and hold the whole thing up. It's the exact fit of my window, the measurements were correct, but I don't think it was adjusted to really make it a tight fit so there is tension. I recommend the company to add 1/4 of an inch to the exact measurements the customer gives. It's a real inconvenience to me now that I have to figure out how to create tension to keep the shades from falling
I've already placed a second order because the initial order was perfect.

I have used Select Blinds a couple times in the past and everything was great. This time I had a problem with the wrong brackets being sent. After a couple phone calls to customer service we finally got the correct outside mount brackets. Originally we were sent 3 inside bracket mounts for each blind but only 2 outside brackets for each blind which ended up being ok. We also received spacers because we were hanging above windows that had wood trim. The spacers were not thick enough to extend past the trim so my husband had to come up with something to make it work. Also instructions are difficult to follow. Luckily Select Blinds has some You Tube videos which were very helpful. Now that the zebra motorized blinds are up & working I love them.

Received my faux wood white blind on time, good deal for the price. Approximately 59 inches wide and long, cordless and looks great though slight sag at the middle. Vast improvement over the horizontal blind it replaced!

Bought multiple stick to fit version. Adhesive does not stick properly, comes off after few days. The wall was prep properly before applying. Customer service not the best takes awhile to get connected and get a response to a question. I will say quality of the blinds seems pretty good but wont recommend the stick to on version.

I took less then two weeks to receive my order. Kind of complicated instruction for installation. I ordered vertical shades.
The process was effortless, ordered the size needed, received the correct size, had no issues installing the blinds. Will definitely use SelectBlinds in the future if needed.
The Laura Ashley roller shades are functional and so pretty. I loved them so much I bought more of them for the kitchen. These are not your mother's old style vinyl shades! The fabric is lovely and the shades are well made. Very happy either way my purchase.
I bought "blackout" roller blinds. They are definitely not blackout. They have an inch and a half difference than what I order which according to the "customer service" is in the fine print of the margin of error when you place the order. To find this fine print you have to scroll down and read paragraphs into the specification tab to realize that. To top it all off, these don't either stay up or down and will randomly roll up if they are down. Select Blinds simply does not care. They will not help in any way and keep citing the "margin of error in the specs page and asking for videos which they do nothing with. Horrible product and service. Do not order here!
My experience was awesome. The first time ever having beautiful linen blinds.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
