I purchased mini blinds for our bathroom and they were uneven when fully closed. I made one phone call and they were quickly replaced. I have used Select Blinds for several rooms and I have been very pleased with there product and customer support
I was surprised when I found these blinds with a motor for such a good price, and was impressed with them when they got in. Only downside is that it doesn't seem you can reprogram them (we got 3 blinds, wanted 2 on one channel and 1 on its own). At least there's a way to do all channels at once who we just use most of the time
