Ordered up two very large, motorized, solar shades for very sunny townhouse... Self installed, setup the mobile app, etc... now these puppies lower at 7am and go up at 1pm... nothing but good things to say to date... they've been up about 2 months with no issues.

Quick and easy ordering and great customer service

Blinds came quickly, well packed, and with easy-to-follow instructions. They cut down on the heat of the sun while still allowing a lake view. Just what we needed.

I was very surprised to find that my $170 blind was just made of paper that can literally tear so easily. It looks fine. It was easy to install.

Previous shades have deteriorated too quickly (3-4 years) and shade prices have gone up way too much. I double I will return.

Of course anyone can order on-line, but I am always pleased with the customer service when I call in. On a repeat order, (for more windows), I was again more than pleased with customer service—not to mention, the blinds are the best!

Fabric samples were key to helping us decide.
See below - but your brackets alone were not adequate to hang the shade outside the window.
I needed to add a 3/8 inch 1 1/4 wood strip to then screw the backets into.

My whole experience with this order was super! From the ordering to installing the products at home all went well and smoothly.

I have these blinds throughout the house and they don't hold up to daily use. They pull down unevenly, so I must use a hand on each end. To go up, I've tried using the handle and also tried hands on the ends, but they still won't go up. I've tried the suggested solution of pulling them all the way down and out at an angle, but that only works sometimes. When nothing else works, I take the blinds apart and reset the pulley mechanism. Problem is that only lasts a few days and I'm getting frustrated. I suspect it might have something to do with the weights they put in the bottom of some blinds, but this needs further investigation. Bottom line, I shouldn't have to take the blinds apart to get them to work and I shouldn't have to investigate how to make them work properly. I bought my house with the blinds, so no order number or receipt. Probably going to replace the blinds I use daily with a different brand.

From start to finish everything was easy and fast.

The blinds were then built and shipped to my custom specifications very quickly. Once they arrived, I was able to install them super easy. They are built of quality materials and easy to use. In the future when I need new blinds, I think I know I will be coming back. Thank you.
