Just about perfectly satisfied.

Except, when all my three shades arrived, which everyone says are the best looking and functioning shades they've ever seen---I discovered that one of them was equipped with a adjustment rod that did not quite reach me as I sat by my desk. I contacted you guys, asking to exchange it for a longer one, which you said you indeed had, but, after some back and forth through your phone man, you told me it could not be done. The only reason you gave was that the exchange did not fall within company policy---this, after I had spent somewhere between $300 and $400 for the shades. If that is indeed company policy I think that it's a very shabby one and and that your customers deserve a better shake, especially when the complaint was not their fault.
So, no thanks.

They look beautiful

The final product is quite beautiful. We are very happy with how it matched the room and how it fit the space.
My only criticism is the instructions are exceptionally small. And leave out at least three steps in the assembly. From start to finish it took me over three hours.
Again, the final result is quite fantastic

Very nice blind.

Bought this brand to replace a broken blind in the house we bought as all the blinds were from Select Blinds. Looks great and matches the rest. The only negative is that you have to
Raise it slowly from the bottom a few inches at a time or it buckles. The top down feature works fine.

I am not pleased with the quality of the blinds. They are very light weight, the bottoms need to be weighted more. They stick to each other. Just not made the way i am used to them being.

Very disappointed

No drill tension device does not support a blind this wide. I need to use silicone wedges to keep the unit from sliding down the window frame.

The handheld controller does not pair making it useless.

The solar charging device does not charge.

Very disappointed with this purchase.

ZEBRA BLINDS ARE AMAZING!

My husband and I fight all the time about the shades. I always want them open and he's always saying that they cant be open in the summer because they let in heat. I always want the bright sunshine shining in the house. Enter Zebra blinds! We got these for our whole house and I LOVE THEM! During the day, I have them open (not raised) letting in the sun and closed at night so no one can see in. Problem solved! I've working with this company a lot and I love them! Their customer service is excellent (patient, knowledgeable, helpful, honest) and the product amazing. They were all promised by a certain date and all arrived early. No complaints!

Disappointed

After receiving your blind I ordered that took much longer than expected, I contacted your company and said it was very difficult to move it up and down due to the cheaply made button that you are suppose to hold down when lifting and shutting down. It is poorly designed and at times sticks. Not pleased at all especially for the price I paid.

Poor Quality

The blinds I ordered and received was made to fit... exactly. However, the product when installed looks cheap and hangs poorly on my window. I will be looking for another blind to replace this expensive blind - from a different company.
