I can finally sleep well

They do their job

Mostly good product

Mostly good product but no accountability for what went wrong. Also, very obvious that the customer service team is responding to multiple customers at once. I received a response having nothing to do with my conversation and then received a video "solution" that again had nothing to do with my complaint. Overall, the team would not help me so I am skeptical if I will spend thousands of dollars with these guys again.

Parts came broken

My blinds were not hung up. They were not done correctly. They are still in the box. Did not bother to return do to no refund. And there was a part that is broke. Cheap quality

Worst Purchase Ever.

I'd say the main issue is that these blinds are some of the cheapest materials on earth. Mounts are plastic (if you receive the correct parts) and it will break within a month of owning it. Huge waste of money.

The price was very competitive. Love my faux wood blinds. I put them in two of my bedrooms to replace metal mini blinds. They look very classy and really dress the rooms up. The cordless feature is a plus and they are easy to operate.

Remote Blinds

Excellent customer service and awesome product. I ordered remote blinds for our basement windows as regular blinds would not work properly due to the window location. Be careful when ordering cordless light filtering shades

I made the mistake of clicking the wrong cordless light filtering shades when I wanted the Top Down Bottom Up Shades. Both title starts the same " "Cordless Light Filtering" I contacted customer service and they would not offer any credit towards what I really wanted for my new house. I was disappointed.

Good product, difficult installation

Getting the blinds to clip into the bracket that holds the blind in place was extremely difficult. I was almost ready to send it back, but was eventually able to get it on through some creativity.

Somewhat satisfied

I love the blinds overall, but I don't think that there is very good quality control on what is being sent out. 2 out of the 4 blinds that I received were good, but the other two were not up to par. One of them had a crooked valance and the other one arrive without the plastic pieces to raise up and down and it was not cut correctly. The measurement I requested was for 45 inch width and the blind arrived with a 44.5 width on the bottom rail and 44.75 inch width on the top rail. I did send this info to customer service via text messages. I have yet to receive the plastic handles and I did not respond to the last text when she asked me to measure the top rail after I had told her the bottom rail was cut.5 in short. I don't think it should matter that the top was only 1/4 in short. The fact that the bottom was wrong should have been sufficient to rectify the blind. I feel that that was very poor customer service. I have 8 more windows in my new home that I will be needing blinds for but it's doubtful I will use your company again because of this. Also, I had sent for a sample before ordering and the wrong color was sent. I thought that was really poor quality control.
