Somewhat satisfied

I love the blinds overall, but I don't think that there is very good quality control on what is being sent out. 2 out of the 4 blinds that I received were good, but the other two were not up to par. One of them had a crooked valance and the other one arrive without the plastic pieces to raise up and down and it was not cut correctly. The measurement I requested was for 45 inch width and the blind arrived with a 44.5 width on the bottom rail and 44.75 inch width on the top rail. I did send this info to customer service via text messages. I have yet to receive the plastic handles and I did not respond to the last text when she asked me to measure the top rail after I had told her the bottom rail was cut.5 in short. I don't think it should matter that the top was only 1/4 in short. The fact that the bottom was wrong should have been sufficient to rectify the blind. I feel that that was very poor customer service. I have 8 more windows in my new home that I will be needing blinds for but it's doubtful I will use your company again because of this. Also, I had sent for a sample before ordering and the wrong color was sent. I thought that was really poor quality control.

The roller shades fit nicely and we're fairly easy to install. The vertical panel blinds also fit very nicely. However, we had to modify the installation for the inside mount because the header on our door frame was not as deep as the brackets provided

Changing out the old!

I ordered 7 windows in my home & measured myself. Half the order received was incorrect (my mistake) so I reordered. Initially I purchased the extra coverage to cover things like this. BAMMMM…… I called them, gave new measurements, they sent correct ones out. Everyone I spoke to was very professional, kind, & patient.
The product is well made & love the colors! I would def order from Select Blinds again! The shipping did not take as long as they said- all came pretty quickly….

Cellular blinds

This was first time for me as a newly single, over 60, woman. Measuring instructions were very easy to follow,as were installation instructions. I did them by myself,took a while,but wasn't impossible. My only complaint is that I don't like the color I chose,but that's on me

We ordered what were advertised as blackout shades but they are far from blackout. We've had multiple issues with the chain slipping off the roller so we have to pull the entire thing down and reset it. We also have issues with the ball getting caught in the chain and only opening partway. I'm very disappointed in the product we spent so much money on.

9 weeks and still NOT complete...

I still have not received all the parts to complete my order. This is soooooo unacceptable, wrong parts shipped, damaged shades (and yet the final Quality inspection shipped it anyway)...and I still have not received the end cap replacement... Therefore, the shades have NOT been installed... it's simply BS...(9) weeks... rally? Terrible!
I'll never buy from them again.

Additionally, try calling their customer service... I waited on (3) separate occasions, for 45 mins each...finally I couldn't take it anymore... the last girl, who had attitude didn't even place my replacement order, so if you buy from them and have an issue, please set aside a day to wait on the phone and be prepared for NO action... honestly!

Outside mount instructions

I ordered 2 inside mount blinds and they are great. I also needed to order an outside mount blind. The instructions said to add 2 inches to each end for those which I did and the blind ended up to be too long. We are still trying to figure out how we can make it work.

Poor quality

I ordered approximately 20 sets of blinds to replace blinds from 9 years ago. However, the new ones are really stiff and it takes a lot of force to pull them down--almost so much that the bracket almost pops off every time. Next time I think I'll be looking for a new brand.

Happy with my purchase

Ordered three blinds, up-down style. One or two of the representatives initially gave me the wrong information, but the last one I dealt with was very professional, he was terrific. The blinds were packed well, fit perfectly, and are just what I wanted. Plus, you couldn't beat the price.
