Loved getting real samples mailed to me. Website was easy to use and customer service through chat and on phone were helpful during ordering process. Measure carefully- multiple times to be sure. The 6 blinds came made exactly as ordered and quickly. Had two minor issues (a broken end cap and a missing hanging bracket) and filing a warranty claim on website did not work. An online chat was supposed to send a end cap and bracket but they never arrived. A phone call to file the claim was terrible. See further comments below.

I can't express how different my home looks and feels going from blinds to wooden shades…My family and I love it!

Blinds are a tight fit. It was cut closer than expected. I bought the cordless type. Didn't know I would have to attach the pull down handle myself. Seems kinda cheesy. Could have been more decorative than just a clear piece of plastic.
Was sceptical to spend the money on motorized solar blinds, but so happy I did! No glare on TV and blocks out the sun to keep the A/C bill down?
Contacted customer service about the length of the blind, which I understand I guess 5 1/2 inches is normal but the end of the blind the plastic cap won't go in so what they did is sent me to caps, but I was trying to explain that the metal rod is sticking out too far and the cap won't fit, and will not come out also to even try to replace it. Sent pictures twice contacted and called and no one' has responded.
Since I got them for my rental unit, only recently had the permission to go in to put them up. Love the ease of installation. The only problem I have with them was that I got one pull down tab for my two blinds. Would like to get more tabs. If you could send me 2 tabs per blind that would be much better. Right now just one tab for two blinds is useless. Please send me 3 more tabs!
My experience has been terrible. It is virtually impossible to resolve an issue. When I did get through, the people I tried to speak with had no clue how to revolve anything they just kept saying thank you and we will get back in touch. Could barely speak english.
I would never recommend your product, due to the complete lack of any customer service.

I have previously ordered white Select Blinds and each time the head rail was also white. This last time I ordered white again but the head rails are grey. Head rail colors were never and option and while placing my order they appeared white on the screen like I thought I was going to get

I just love the company! From the day I called I worked with Joshua Lee to find me a blind that matched the other shades in my living-room. One had broke and I refused to pay the high price from the makers of my shade. I found selectblinds and saved me a lot of time and money. I'm very happy with my purchase.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
