Have bought 7 tickets for the FIFA world cup and paid for them on August 22nd but still haven't gotten them. I have already booked and paid for flights and accommodation just waiting on tickets to apply for Hayya Card as it is necessary to enter Qatar. Have called their customer support multiple times and written them gazillions of emails but they never reply. Till now it looks like a big scam and would suggest everyone stay away from them.

I purchased tickets for England vs Japan Rugby. They have sent me whatsapp messages of how to claim my tickets but then just ignore me messages as I ask questions when the process doesn't work. I've sent numerous emails, tried the live chats and called 5 times but there is just no communication. I can only assume it is now a scam company and my tickets will never be delivered. Hoping leaving a review will actually prove me wrong and someone will now finally try and help me. I worry this won't be the case though, so my advice is stay away and stick to the reputable sites everyone.

I have a match today of psg vs benfica on 11 oct at 9pm. Right now the time is 7pm.
I still havent recived the ticket.
I have tried calling many times but no reply. It goes to automatic machine and then there is no reply. Mailed several times no reply.
I dont know whether i will recive the ticket or get a refund or not. I dont trust this site anymore.

Few days ago I was trying to buy tickets at this website and my payment could not be made, but money on my account was blocked two times.
Then someone called me (Steven) and I bought tickets by phone and paid again. I was waiting because I was told It might take about 4 days till I get my tickets but now I still don't have tickets and money was taken from my account three times.
Impossible to contact by phone, email, Facebook or chat :)

I am £1,200.00 down - don't make the same mistake.
It's a shame there isn't a ZERO star option - they certainly don't deserve one star.

I bought the tickets 3 days before the match and got contacted by customer services when they realized that is gonna be a match between Djokovic and Nadal and the prices went up high they stop answering and probably sell it for a much higher price. Never got my tickets and it ruined my trip.

QF Rolland Garros tickets were canceled on the day of the match, support could not be reached for the whole day.
Bought total of 4 level-2 tickets for SF and level-3 were provided al scattered around.
No refund was given.

Purchased premium tickets which were NOT as advertised (lower category than promised and seats not together) and Seatsnet did not respond to emails or voice mail messages.

Neben SEATNET zählt auch onlineticketexpress.com dazu. Fakt ist: Ich habe viel Geld verloren, weil jede Menge leere Versprechen und Ausreden kamen - aber keine Tickets. Bei Anrufen klingt es als würde ein Teenie im Keller der Eltern sitzen, Mails kommen in schlechtestem Englisch und unverschämten Unterton. Meist wird jedoch gar nicht geantwortet. Strafanzeige ist nun erstattet, auch gegen die beiden laut Gewerberegister israelischen und spanischen Geschäftsführer

This last time I successfully bought tickets to Liverpool vs Leeds match February 2022.

Booked tickets for the Man Utd v Brighton game. Paid £1400 for 6 international suite tickets… on the day of the match I called and called as my tickets weren't uploaded. Som one from their team messaged me on WhatsApp to say they were looking into it then proceeded to ignore me all through the day and no tickets were uploaded. To make things worse, no one answers the phone and I'm £1400 down!
