When rollamd groos semi fianl was finshed on June 9, seatsnet sent the ticket on June 10th 5:30 Am. It is crazy company I've never seen in my life. Also they have not refunded yet.

They are fraudsters. I didn't get my tickets and when I tried to call to them, no one answered me. I'm going to the police with it.

I am fuming my son has paid £616 for two cold play tickets for standing he is currently in Cardiff and being refused entry with his tickets. The e-tickets have another man's name on them and the face value of each ticket is £104.50, these disgusting people thought it was acceptable to charge my son £236.98 each! That's without adding on an extra £142.18 handling fee. He is a young boy who saved and bought these as an Xmas gift for his girlfriend, how dare you think this is acceptable to do to people! They don't answer the phone, reply to voicemails so don't waste your time leaving a message, and they don't acknowledge their WhatsApp either. I am lost for words that people can actually do this! Not to worry though seats net my cousin is a top barrister in London so this will get sorted! You absolute scum bags!

I booked two tickets for Coldplay last September 2022 and have not received anything. It's tomorrow! This is awful service I have spent hours on the phone to try and contact you but to no avail. I am terribly disappointed with your service. I do hope they come through or I will be complaining big time.

I decided to write my last comment in English so that it is beneficial for everyone. I bought tickets for the beyoncé concert (Amsterdam) while I live in Paris. It's been 3 weeks that I send emails to this dishonest site and each time I am reassured that I will receive my tickets at 100% at the latest the day before the event or the very early morning of the event so I can hit the road (even if in the payment receipt, it is written that I will receive my tickets at the latest before 2 days of the event). These scammers know that I will only go to Amsterdam if I receive my tickets so to avoid refunding me and at the same time to scam me as they planned from the start, I was sent a single ticket from someone just before a few hours of the concert, because they understood that I am in Paris and that even if I take a rocket I will never be in Amsterdam.
I believe that the ticket sent was already used by someone else, which explains the fact of sending it just before the concert. Actually the same ticket was sent to several people (they know after their data analyze that theses people in particular aren't in the city of the event ;) ).
- 1st observation: This site is not a normal scam site, I believe it is a family business that specializes in scamming people, and they study case by case to scam you and at the same time they try to protect theirself in case you start legal proceedings.
- 2nd observation: It is useless to trust them, they guide you to the end in order to scam you without leaving a trace, so if you have already bought your tickets just go directly to the police and file your complaint and request a refund.
- Message for the Seatsnets site: Do not believe that you are intelligent, your victims are aware of your methods and if the number of complaints increases, we will end up blocking your site. PS: complaint filed and I will follow it to the end ;)

Purchased tickets to a sporting event and the tickets were never delivered.
I emailed, called, texted and used their site chat feature to contact them to find out what had happened and there was no response.
I had to charge the tickets back on my credit card to get my money back.
In addition to the hassles, the experience was extremely disappointing because I missed out on seeing the event and I could have purchased tickets elsewhere.

If they didn't send you a ticket as the most normal they will call last minute and saying that a printed ticket will be with a guy at the entrance.

My order is *******. I've bought a ticket to Depeche Mode concert in January 2023 and was quite nervous because i've got only the check. But the day before concert i got my ticket (exactly the section which i paid, which is near scene). I'm so happy that i visited my favourite group. Without this guys i wouldn't get the concert, because official seller sold out all tickets. Thank you so much!)))

I bought the tickets on this site, the game was postponed and they did not deliver the tickets on the new date. They don't answer my emails and messages and they don't want to refund my money. Bad site to buy tickets.

This company i total disaster. Never buy from them! They only take your money. No tickets recieved, no money back, no further communication!

Tomorow at 12.30 start the game and they didn't send me a tickets for me and my son. It's imposible make any contact with them.Trrible company. Never more

They sell tickets they don't have, when they can't get the tickets they ignore you. I paid for two tickets, received one an hour before the event and then was told the other was on its way, thats the last I heard. Will never see my money back and didn't go to the event.

The tickets have to be sent at our hotel in 1week. They've never asked the adress and there is no room on the website to enter it.
Trying to call them since 3 days and it is impossible. I tried on phone, email, messenger. No answer and after reading all comments I think I was scammed. Do you guys have some advice to reach them? On WhatsApp for example? Thank you for your help.

I bought two tickets for me and my 8 year old daughter to see Liverpool v Fulham (£441). Leading up to the game all emails I sent were replied to within a few hours which gave me confidence after reading the reviews. However, the Fulham game was postponed due to FA cup and I haven't received a reply since. I have emailed asking what happens next, will I receive tickets when they do eventually play or do I get a refund - no reply!

I would like a reply before I take legal action. I am not in a position to throw away £441.

I bought tickets for the PSG-Bayern match worth €1400 in November 2022. The tickets were to be delivered electronically by 8:00 p.m. the day before the match. We traveled to Paris the day before the match, admittedly in vain, because the tickets were not delivered and Seatsnet has not refunded the money until today (March 28,2023). Pay close attention to this site-company! Is it a scam site?
