They sale the items 2 times mor then the actual price and you won't be able to get in the stadium with it.

They never gave me my credit of 200 euros. Kept on neglecting my emails, calls and messages. I got nowhere with them, They should all be convicted whoever is running this site or buisness.

My son bought 3 tickets for the Chelsea v Aston Villa game this evening and only one of them was available as 2 other people had already gone through the turnstiles to sit in our so called seats. We arrived 45 minutes before kick off and I am sure that there would have been more people arriving to sit in these seats that they had sold goodness knows how many times. I have called them to no avail and sent messages with no response - don't part with your money even though you get an email with a bar code for your seat - everything looks great until you get to the turnstile and find that the ticket has already been used - a joke of a company. I have notified the CFC fraud ticket department and they will also be taking action.

I purchased 4 tickets for the man Utd v Newcastle game on the 11th September I purchased my 4 ticket 8 days ago recieved a email today the 6th sept saying my tickets have been cancelled I've checked on there web site to see my tickets are back on the website for sale at triple the price I paid obviously my tickets have been cancelled I bought my 4 tickets before Ronaldo signed for Utd now he's signed my tickets have been cancelled obviously so they can be sold for triple the price absolute scamming low fife scum site please never never never buy from this site I'm in the process of reporting this site to the trading standards and also reporting it to Manchester Utd football club

I had booked my ticket for Euro 2020 and they refused to refund the money and wrote me a mail saying we cannot refund the money as the ticket was booked last Jan. The Euro 2020 was postponed to 2021 and they said your ticket is not valid as they have limited the seating capacity and that I should contact my bank for refund.

Don't buy to not be part of the scheme, in addition to participating in the police, I will report this activity to Visa and Matercard. If you're injured, do the same, that's the only way you can stop these scammers

Paid £700+ for 4 tickets to England v Croatia back in February - kept contacting and was repeatedly told tickets were coming then got this email on Thursday 10th June (3 days before the game):
Due to COVID-19 situation, UEFA lower the tickets capacity to the Stadiums and done randomly ballot between all the tickets holders. The Seller/Supplier of your tickets informed us that the tickets been cancelled by UEFA, therefore your order has been cancelled too (based on COVID-19 Terms and Conditions).

As we inform in the Terms and Conditions, we have enabled a credit for the same amount paid for your order to your Seatsnet account. You can use this credit to purchase tickets for future events.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience, and we will be happy to serve you soon again.

There is no credit to my account, terms and conditions state that if seller doesn't have tickets you should receive a refund, so how can they justify keeping the money with these bogus Covid 19 Terms.

I also noted they were still offering tickets for sale on their website on the Friday 12th June, day after they cancelled my order,

I have called and emailed. When I finally got through to someone on the phone they said accounting does not have a phone number and you can only communicate with them through email.

I am not prepared to lose this money without a fight. It's not the money it's the sheer fraudulent nature.

I will be seeking legal advice, but please I would recommend no one else do business with this company. I understood I was paying up to 5 x face value of the tickets with the extortionate handling fees, but thought they were genuine. I understand Covid has made things tricky, but it is the underhand nature that has made me so mad here.

I will do everything in my power to get this website removed and for them to stop trading. They are money grabbing thieves who take peoples money when they cannot purchase tickets due to a WORLDWIDE pandemic! Do not buy from them!

Horrendous company. Assume they do actually have at least some of the tickets they claim but if you simply try contact them you'll discover they're quite elusive. Tickets do often seem to turn up but the service' is non existent, espec when things go wrong and the stress is horrendous.
Never seen a company use Twitter and Facebook logos yet they don't have a page on either. Why would a reputable operator do that?! Curiously similar phrasing in many of their positive reviews - please do read lots of review sites if you're tempted to risk using this scalper, there are far better options.
