This company is appalling, do not trust them. Bought tickets 5 months in advance of a concert, chased a few days beforehand as they had not arrived to be told 'rest assured " they will arrive upto the morning of the event. However in the early hours of that day, received an email to say the seller was unable to provide tickets. Had to keep chasing to request a refund instead of a credit note as the site is very complex to navigate. Eventually managed to request and over a week later, still waiting for the refund. They are ignoring messages. This is appalling service and judging by other reviews, very common. People don't just spend money on events, also travel, hotels, restaurant bookings etc. so can potentially lose out more, very disappointing but they obviously don't care. They are probably relying on people giving up but please don't if it's happened to you too, I won't be!
We bought two tickets for acdc concert in Paris at 13/8/25. We bought the tickets on 24 March 2025. They didnt send us our tickets and after many messages till the last minute, they sent other tickets in the worst area of stade de france! We have asked them to refund our money, due to their actions we were forced to buy two extra tickets from viagogo literally last minute. Their customer service is unacceptable. They are not professionals I believe they do that all the time!
I purchased tickets as a gift for someone abroad, they never delivered them. I requested a refund 2 months ago on their platform, still haven't received it. I went numerous times to chat to find out when it will be processed, all they say is too be patient. Do Not buy tickets from them!
The tickets for the concert were ordered on March 31,2025, and have still not been received.
The seller, through the customer service, keeps making promises that the tickets will be delivered, but does not specify when — and the event is already this Friday.
I have repeatedly tried to clarify with the seller when the tickets will be sent.
I suspect fraudulent activity, as I discovered many negative reviews about the seller after making the purchase.
I suspect that we will never receive the tickets. And we will have to resolve the issue in court.
Avoid SEATSNET at All Costs – My Experience with Imagine Dragons Concert in Paris (July 2025) Dear People, I want to share my deeply disappointing experience with SEATSNET. On June 19,2025, I purchased tickets via SEATSNET for the Imagine Dragons concert in Paris on July 5,2025. Living in the UAE, I flew all the way to Paris and booked accommodation specifically for this event. According to SEATSNET, the ticket would be uploaded by July 4. I arrived in Paris that evening, but by the morning of the concert (July 5), I still hadn't received anything. I contacted their customer service and was told not to worry—that the ticket would be delivered no later than 1–3 hours before the show. That assurance quickly turned into silence. By 6 PM, I began to panic. SEATSNET stopped responding completely. I called customer service multiple times—no one ever answered. I was left ticketless, stressed, and helpless. The next afternoon, I finally received an email saying: "Unfortunately, your Seller is not able to provide the tickets... your order has been canceled and the total amount refunded to your Seatsnet Wallet... We also credited your Seatsnet Wallet with an extra 38.16€ as a special bonus compensation..." This was outrageous. I did not receive a refund to my credit card (as I should have). The so-called refund was just "wallet credit", forcing me to use them again?! When I submitted a refund request to my card, they revoked the 38.16€ bonus. It's now 10 days later, and the refund to my credit card is still pending. I received ZERO customer service on the concert day—just automated messages and silence. SEATSNET took no responsibility for my wasted trip, hotel expenses, and ruined experience. Please don't trust this company. They failed to deliver, offered no real-time support, and made the refund process unnecessarily difficult. The compensation is laughable considering I traveled internationally for this event. NEVER AGAIN.
Didn't get tickets or refund! Purchased Roland Garros tickets. Be aware of this scam web site. Was promised for both but….
Total scam. I ordered on 14 feb two tickets for Dua Lippa in Antwerp (11 june), paid upfront € 270,57 of which € 68,65 handling fee and never received the tickets. Despite my repeating What'sApp messages no refund, no reaction, no nothing.
The only thing they respond with is a standard message "Please note that we are currently coordinating with the accounting team. Rest assured, we will update you very soon. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Thank you"

They took advantage of tennis fans by offering fake Roland Garros tickets. I'm warning everyone – DO NOT BUY. Paid for 2024 Roland Garros tickets, received nothing. They stopped replying and never sent the tickets. Disgraceful.
I ordered concert tickets from Seatsnet. The seller did not supply the tickets, so they were not delivered to me. Which is annoying, but fair enough, I understand that this part is something that Seatsnet does not have full control over and I would never blame, rate Seatsnet badly or criticize Seatsnet for rouge sellers that don't hold up their part of the deal. What Seatsnet have full control over, and they guarantee on their website, is that they will refund you if tickets are not delivered. And they not done this either. I got an email from Seatsnet the same day as the concert should have been, where they acknowledged their responsibility. The day after they wrote in a WhatsApp message that the refund would normally be processed within 15 to 30 days. We're now day 35, and counting, with no refund or other communication from Seatsnet. That is plain and simple disgraceful and fraudulent behaviour.
Scammers. I bought a Real Madrid ticket and then I read the seatsnet reviews and tried to cancel it. They didn't allow. Then they told me I had to resell it. I did it. And the ticket got sold. They told me that they would only send my money after the game was over. Alright. I've waited. And guess what? Nothing. Never saw my money. Luckily I was already in contact with VISA and exposed everything since the very beginning. They checked that seatsnet are - in fact - scammers and cancelled the transaction and refund my money. Stay away from seatsnet! There are a lot of good resellers companies over the internet that I had good experience. Seatsnet? NEVER again. They will steal your money.
I bought 4 tickets for a football match and the customer support made me wait to get the tickets for the match from the person selling them. I went to the stadium because the match was about to start and yet I didn't get a response from the customer support and they didn't refund my money! 500€ was a waste! Don't buy, this site should be DELETED
I did not receive the ticket for a match of rugby on the 15/03/25. I request the refund but just received messages saying "actively looking into the matter", always the same answer. I sent several times the proof of the payment. This is a message the same day of the event: Dear Misael, Thank you for your email. Rest assured that your tickets will be delivered to you without fail, either by this evening or tomorrow morning at the latest. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Regards,

NIE WIEDER!…. 2 Karten für Real Madrid Spiel am 5. Oktober 24 bestellt im Juli. Ausgeliefert sollten die e-Tickets bis zum 4.10.24
Preis je 399€. Bearbeitungsgebühr 271,32 €! Anfang September wollte ich die Karten stornieren, was nicht ging. Sollte RESALE Process anstoßen.
Gesagt getan. Dass die Bearbeitungsgebühr dahin war, war mir klar, also habe ich die Karten zum Weiterverkauf für ja 399€ eingestellt.
Dann passierte folgendes: Mitte September stelle ich fest, dass mein eingestellter Preis überschrieben war mit 450,66 €!?!? Auf Nachfrage konnte man mir nicht sagen wer und warum das umgestellt hatte. Zeitgleich stellte ich fest, dass angeblich weitere 10 Karten zum Weiterverkauf vorhanden waren zu einem Preis von 421,,66 €. Klar dass es nie zu einem RESALE kam, wer kauft schon Karten für 450€ wenn Karten für 421€ der gleichen Kategorie verfügbar sind. Es begann ein unzähliger Schlagabtausch per Email/WhatsApp (verschiedene Nummern/Adressen).

Dann habe ich mir gedacht, wenn die mir so kommen, stelle ich meine Karten zum Weiterverkauf mit einem Preis von 350€ ein um überhaupt eine Chance zu haben sie weiterverkaufen zu können. Was stellte ich danach fest, im STUNDENRHYTMUS wurde mein 350€ Preis überschrieben immer wieder auf 450,66 €….und ich immer wieder zurück geändert auf 350€. Das ging so fast 3 Wochen.
Da ich sowieso in Madrid sein würde pochte ich darauf, die Karten ausgeliefert zu bekommen falls sie nicht weiterverkauft würden. Der angebliche Auslieferungstag 4.10.24 ging vorbei es kam nichts, sollten spätestens am nächsten Morgen 5.10.24 da sein. Mein Flug nach Madrid ging morgens 9:40h. Böse Kommunikation hin und her und die Drohung wenn ich Mittags in Madrid ankomme und die Tickets sind nicht ausgeliefert sollten die sich diese sonst wo reinschieben. Ich sollte mich nicht aufregen, die Tickets würden da sein. Waren sie natürlich nicht!….auch nicht um 14h. Über WhatsApp wurde mitgeteilt, dass sie 1-3 Stunden vor Spielbeginn 21h kommen würden. Da Einlass ab 19:30h war, fuhr ich gegen 18:30h zum Stadion. Den ganzen Nachmittag über WhatsApp mit denen kommuniziert und meinen Frust abgeladen….zwischen 20-21h alle 5 Minuten die vollgemüllt mit bitterbösen WhatsApp Nachrichten (alleine schon um den Vorgang zu dokumentieren). Um 21h die letzte Nachricht geschickt mit ICH WILL MEIN GELD ZURÜCK!
Da klingelt mein Telefon, ich sollte meine Emails anschauen die Karten wären geliefert ….und tatsächlich die Email mit den Karten kam um 21:01h
Bin schier geplatzt. Das Spiel hatte begonnen als ich endlich den auf der Karte stehenden Eingang gefunden habe. Auf der Karte steht der Preis in Höhe von 174€!…… NIE WIEDER! P.S. 4 Tage danach bekam ich nochmal einen Anruf von denen, dass ich doch bitte bestätigen sollte, dass ich die Karten bekommen hätte. Ein Witz ….könnt ihr selber machen, damit Eure Statistik stimmt war meine Antwort.
Never received tickets. Was told days and hours before game via several emails that we were guaranteed them but never arrived! Then received an email 14 Minutes before kick off saying they couldn't source the tickets!

We purchased tickets for the Coldplay concert in Vienna on August 24th. We selected seats in section DK, row 5, facing the stage, which were explicitly described as having an unrestricted view. We were assured that we would receive our tickets two days before the concert. However, after multiple requests and complaints, we only received them just a few hours before the event.
To our shock, the seats provided were in Sector A, block P, row 12 — as far as possible on the right side of the stage. These were the worst possible seats, with almost no view of the performance; we were mostly looking at the backstage area. Without the screen, we would have seen nothing at all.
When we raised our concerns with Seatnet, they claimed these seats were "comparable" to what we had booked and referred us to their terms and conditions. This response was dismissive and showed no regard for the significant downgrade from what was promised.
Bottom line: Do not trust Seatnet with your ticket purchases. They failed to deliver what was promised and did not care about our complaints. I strongly advise against using this company. They are untrustworthy and unreliable.
AVIOD AT ALL COSTS! My husband spent over £2,000 on Taylor Swift tickets in February 24 on what he thought was good seats, only to receive the tickets 24 hours before the show and we were given the worst seats in Wembley! Seats were at the back of the stage and had a face value of £45?!? I tried reaching out and explained these were no where near equivalent to the seats we booked. Every time we got a standard response referring us to their terms and conditions… how can a side stage view be in comparison with rear seated tickets?! Complete scammers, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Please avoid, it's not worth the risk.
Bought tickets for Fulham vs Liverpool. Got to ground and were fake. Emailed seatsnet but radio silence. Complete cowboys and avoid
They made us fly to Belgium told us we would "100% receive our tickets as guaranteed. Paid for a hotel and flights and transport. A few hours before the event we were informed that that we couldn't get our tickets. 1 week later and I'm still not refunded. Was promised I would get my tickets "100% as guaranteed" i am looking to sue them for my tickets hotel costs flight costs and transport costs of anyone has any idea how to go about it please let me know. That was bang out of order by them
It is not a SCAM, but everything else is wrong with Seatsnet's working method.
Bought 2 Coldplay tickets. During the purchase I even received a call because the tickets were in the shopping cart but had not yet been paid for. I would receive them digitally 3 days before the concert. Didn't receive anything the evening before the start. I was assured via WhatsApp that I would receive them no later than the morning of the concert. However, during the night I received an email that they could not meet their obligations and the purchase was canceled. But don't worry, I could simply order new cards with the money that was put in the wallet. Because I had already booked a hotel in Düsseldorf, I decided to do so. 5 hours before the start of the concert I received another email that the seller could not deliver the tickets. In short: a lot of stress, no concert and money spent on the hotel.
No SCAM because I did get the money refunded. The system is not working. At Seatsnet you are completely dependent on the whims of the seller.
Think twice before buying tickets here. It's worthless.
The concert tickets that I bought one month ago never have been informed that they never supplied them to me.
After days and days tracking them, on the day of concert they have been so 'kind' to reply me that they don't have our tickets but will do the best to refund us.
Firstly, they never informed us
Secondly, they never replied for days and days Thirdly, they replied finally on the last day when we couldnt do much more, couse we already have bought plane tickets, paid hotels so we had to buy another ticket 4 times more expensive...and I a very bad position.
For me, this is a pure scram scene.
Answer: Look at the contact details, tap onto their Twitter and Facebook logos... NOTHING. Scammers.
