I bought tickets for Real Madrid vs Mallorca and they never arrived. Kept getting messages they would get on time and never did.

How a company like this is allowed to operate in the UK or indeed anywhere globally is beyond me
It is a total scam. I find myself £1250 down without being delivered what I purchased.
I will be using all legal powers to remove them from being a legitimate business

Scammers! They assure you 100% that you will have the tickets and they even tell you 1 hour before the event and then they don't send them to you and you are left without tickets and without money! They are scammers.

Scammers do not buy of this site haven't received my tickets, reporting them to trade standards!

Erst sagte mir ein Kundenberater das die Tickets am Abend vor dem Spiel gesendet werden, dann sagten sie am morgen vor dem Spiel, dann sagten sie das ich spätestens zwei Stunden vor dem Spiel die Tickets erhalten werden. Wir waren vor dem Stadion und haben keine Tickets erhalten. Dann sagten sie uns das ein Fehler aufgetreten ist und wir unser Geld zurück erhalten werden. Bis heute wurde kein Geld zurück überwiesen, der Kundendienst wimmelt uns immer ab und auf unsere E-Mails erhalten wir keine Antworten. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht von Seatsnet.com da unser Weg nach Berlin inklusive Rückfahrt fast 1000KM betragen hat. Bitte senden Sie unser Geld zurück, bitte. Order ID *******

I have bought tickets, but they have not been sent to me. Nobody is responding to my WhatsApp and email messages either.

Purchased two tickets for Lazio Vs Celtic game.during purchase a ticket agent phones,very professional.bought etickets expected delivery date was next day... travelled to Rome, three days later still no tickets.got minimal correspondence night before game assuring me they were verified seller and 100% guaranteed...day of game no tickets,all emails, WhatsApp and calls blanked.complete scammers.trying to get refund through my bank now.save yourself the stress and avoid at all costs.

Complete con artists. Never was there going to be any tickets. Fake. Keep in contact with you to hoodwink you into believing the tickets would arrive.

Dont use seatnet website for your reservation
We bought 7 tickets premium for our game before two months and we didnt get our tickets
We sent alot of mails and msg by whattsapp
And no answer

This is FAKE WEB and they do not deliver the tickets to you.
They always try to keep in touch with you by email and inform you that your tickets will deliver in some hours, in a moment, etc.
But no any tickets could be received!
DO NOT TRUST PLEASE, DO NOT BUY ANY TICKETS FROM HERE

Bought tickets from this site and they were never sent to me. Since then I've sent dozens of emails to every address I can find and had no response. Complete scam do not use!

I will never buy anything from this company again because they are liars and scammers. My tickets should be in my email at least 1 day before the event. They keep promising that they will send the tickets until you don't believe in it. And they don't want to transfer the money back either.

Bought 2 tickets for inter Milan Vs Roma and never received them. It's a real scam, stay away from this website!

We bought 5 tickets to the game PSG-AC Milan. Tickets never arrived vie e-mail. First line connection by asking names for the attendants was send but tickets never arrived. We tried to contact seatsnet via multiple way but nothing happened snd no one aswered. Horrible firm! Don't ever use this!

Shocking scammers. No tickets and no way of chasing up. I stupidly didn't do my homework before buying on this website. Needs regulating.

Shocking service, can't get hold of anyone whiles chasing tickets for a concert in 20 hours time! Will not use again

Dont use this site its a scam they they call you to help you buy the ticket they never send you the ticket and take your money. If you tried to call them they will never reply to you. FRAUD ALARM TAKE CARE

It's a scam.I bought 4 tickets It was for the liverpool and chelsea game on august 13th. Complete scam, avoid like the plague.2 days before the game all our money and credit cards were stolen in London, so we asked them to resell our tickets.
You will be surprised the resolding process was fast and they answered every question, they said we will get the mony back within 14-30 working days. 57 days have passed. Tried contacting seatsnet but no reply on phone, chat or whatsapp.
They stole our money twice. I will be looking at legal action helped by BEUC
