The ticket sales page is a fraud. Well done, because they answer until hours before the game, but a day before they are no longer on the phone, they don't call back and worst of all there are NO TICKETS.

Scam website. Do not use.

Spent 1200 euros for 4 tickets for a Chelsea/Liverpool match.

Never received the tickets so I have contacted them using what's app.

Answer: be patient you will receive them between 3 to 1 day before the event. Not ticket the day before so I sent another message on what's app
Answer ticket are guaranteed up to one hour before the game.
We then received a call when we were at the stadium.

Sorry we haven't receive the tickets from the seller you will be refunded within 3 days.

No money back received.

I sent again a what's app this time they said that It will take between 15 to 30 days to get the money back. But no Payment received…

This is a scam. We will not receive any ticket and never see your money back.

Not only did they not send me a ticket.
When I sold the ticket, I couldn't withdraw the money from my personal account. Because there is simply no button for withdrawal.
Listen, I resold the ticket and I can't withdraw money from my personal cabinet because there is no withdrawal button. I wrote 10 times to support-ignore, they promised to check something in the accounting department.
This is all a scam, NEVER contact this site.

ZŁODZIEJE I OSZUŚCI! Ludzie uważajcie na tą firmę! Zakupiłem 4 bilety na mecz Villareal-Barcelona, biletów nie otrzymałem. Kontakt telefoniczny zerowy. Dopiero po kilku wysłanych e-mailach i wiadomościach na whatsapp ktoś zaczął odpisywać, że gwarantują na 100% dostarczenie biletów i żeby się nie martwić. Poleciałem z rodziną do Barcelony potem pojechaliśmy wypożyczonym autem do Vila-Real i czekaliśmy pod stadionem na bilety bo ktoś odpisywał, że otrzymamy je na e-mail. Nie dostaliśmy biletów i kontakt się urwał. Totalna porażka. Mój syn czekał na ten mecz i bardzo się cieszył, cała moja rodzina czekała na ten wyjazd a ta firma po prostu nas oszukała. Bilety kupiliśmy za naprawdę duże pieniądze i zostaliśmy oszukani przez tą firmę. Złodzieje i oszuści! NIE POLECAM!

Does anyone actually work here? I bought tickets and then resold them. Never got paid. They don't respond to email, phone, whatsapp or live chat.

Avoid this service at all costs. TERRIBLE!

I contacted them daily, was assured again and again it would be… they kept shifting the goal posts from 3 days in the end to 3 hours before the event and of course no ticket came. They went silent as soon as the event began and they had nothing left to lie about. I've reported them but all I can say is AVOID

They took my money. I flew 5 people to London. It cost me 4K plus the tickets. They failed to deliver. Despite giving a 100pc written guarantee. Then they go totally silent. I hope i get my money back. I'll update you. 1 is too much for these people

ATTENTION it's a SCAM! Do not use this website! It's a FRAUD! We bought tickets for Harry Styles show and never received them. Be careful!

These guys are crooks, bottom line and they have their own perfect system in place to con people. I brought a pair of front of row tickets for Bruce Springsteen on his Munich date for £600. I was assured that my tickets would be dropped off at my hotel two days before the event. Alas no, there was no delivery so I frantically called them the morning after and there was no reply and their mail box was 'full'. Finally some one called me with a whats app contact and few hours after I had sent them an email and after pleading with them to locate my tickets they told me to meet at the venue at 18:30 pm. I waited and no one turned up. They then told me thats they meant the next day (the day of the concert) After pleading with them again they gave me the number of the 'person' selling the tickets, he told me he was in Dussledorf and that he was driving over to Munich just before the concert! (so much for delivering the tickets to my hotel two days before then I told them (via whatsapp) that they were being grossly unethical and I demanded a refund. They refused and told me to wait for the next day at 18:30. The concert was due to start before 7pm and the only reason I paid such a high premium was to line up in the morning to get to the front. Someone did arrive just after six but it was not the gentleman from Dussledorf but some huge guy with an envelope of tickets, however, none of these were the front rows that we paid for. After a tense confrontation where the man claimed he was only the delivery man (I actually believe him) we took the tickets (what could we do) but getting into the venue was a nightmare and we only got into the stadium just before it started, way back in the stadium, They claim that they are just the'secondary market place sellers' but this seller was obviously a tout and Munich based, they made us wait until the last minute so we would not have a choice in the matter. There were at least 8 other people waiting for tickets as well, all were not best pleased. The bottom line is that these people are crooks, time again I sent them a copy of my invoice stating the exact ticket and delivery method that they agreed on. Please avoid these scammers and use other sites like viagogo. Trust me it will save you a few months of your life due to the stress caused.(I've attched a pic of the 'delivery' man and my original invoice)

I received tickets 2 days before concert BUT not the same tickets that I had bought! Total joke! Advertising Tickets they havent got! 10 rows further back is not the equivalent or upgrade!
I have asked for a refund so I will see if this is forthcoming

Tickets never arrived. I rang the UK a number three times and they never answered so I left a message for them to call back and they never did. We needed to cancel the credit card which is a pain. Not sure if the website is a scam or the sellers just take advantage and scam. If the latter, the company clearly does not care. I would avoid them and not take the risk.

We bought tickets for a PSG match in Paris, VIP for EUR 200 per ticket. What we received shortly before the match were the worst tickets in the stadium: behind a wall, far up. Definitively not worth EUR 200. My son who had been looking forward to this match hardly saw across the wall. We could not sit straigth because no leg room. I never received an answer by seatsnet upon my complaint.

I DID NOT GIVE ME THE TICKETS. It was all stress, I bought my tickets for Beyonce (06.18.23), 3 months in advance and THEY NEVER GAVE ME THE TICKETS, I couldn't attend the concert. I had scheduled my trip to Amsterdam just for the concert and I didn't get to see Beyonce. I made numerous complaints by email, which were answered quickly with false answers (example: "you will have your tickets 3 days before the concert 100%, don't worry, be patient...). They kept changing the day of delivery constantly One day before the concert (06.17.23), even without my tickets, I received an email saying that they were not going to give me the tickets, and that they were going to refund the total amount of money (it was refunded after 4 business days). I don't recommend this site for ticket purchases, a lot of waiting, a lot of stress and then you run out of tickets. A shame.

I paid for 3 tickets to Roland Garros tennis open on March 23,2023. The company said they would deliver tickets by email by May 28. No tickets arrived - no response from the company - I did not attend the event as I had no tickets - and no refund. They stole my money.

I bought 2 tickets for the Coldplay concert in Coimbra in Portugal at almost x4 times the original price. I bought them 2 weeks before the event. When I finished paying, I got an email saying that the tikcets will be uploaded a week before (I started to see it suspicious). At the end of the week I never received the tickets that day. I started to contact them by email and phone and they never answered, in fact I called them at least 10 times, waiting 30 minutes in line (they never answered), and sent +10 emails asking for information. They have the worst customer service system I have ever seen. Since they didn't answer when I called them, I pretended to buy another ticket in Portugal, and they called me immediately if I needed help with the purchase. I was so angry because they never answered me after the purchase, but they contact you in seconds if you want to buy. The day of the concert I traveled to the city (Coimbra), and I still didn't receive the tickets. The concert was at 7.00 pm and we traveled to the city at 10.00 am and still did not receive them. I had a terrible time, with a giant level of stress trying to contact them by all possible means. 1 hour before the concert, when I couldn't get over my nerves, I received the email where they sent me the tickets. I received the 2 tickets I had bought, but 1 arrived in another position, so the stress continued. When we arrived at the stadium, the tickets worked fine, but we had to talk to the organizers and guards to let us in together, since we had separate tickets (I had bought them together).

In short, it is the worst possible resale service, I will never buy there again and I recommend anyone to NEVER buy from this site. If you want to buy, they will call you and solve all your doubts immediately, but once you buy, they will never contact you again and if you are lucky, they will send you the tickets, and they will send them minutes before the event starts.
