We brought some tickets for Cold Play in Rome on the 12th July...and a week previos to the concert they sebd a message saying that they couldn send the tickets and will compensaré with a bonus ofcourse to keep our money in their account for next tickets...
Bit we had to buy tickets in another platform página a lot more because of the time and pay reseal tickets prize...so i will never buy tickets with them again!

CHEATERS AND THIEVES!
1. Tickets for Andre Rieu's concert in Oslo were not delivered - 15/06 2. They didn't give the money back! 3. No contact whatsoever - they do not respond to emails, WhatsApp, Facebook or phone calls.

I bought 2 concert tickets and tried to contact customer service via mail, phone live chat and whatsapp. Got no reply at all even giving my order number *******. It is now 2 days before the concert and the 2 front field paper tickets still did not arrive nor did any instruction as to when and how the tickets might be delivered (if at all). I usually avoid using sites like seatsnet but decided to give it a try to once again see my favorite rock band together with my daughter. Never ever again, i do not recomend this site at all and encourage everone not to use it!

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. Horrible Humans. Do not use these vile creatures, They will call you during the transaction and you will think everything is ok. IT IS NOT. This site is set up to scam you and steal from you. It should be shut down.

Seatsnet guarantee is meaningless. They do compete on ticket price, but only go with them if you are willing to take a huge chance on not getting any tickets.

I purchased 'affordable' tickets for the Germany Switzerland game from them because the tickets were cheaper than on viagogo. A day before the game I receive an email from them that they can't provide tickets. At this point I was already in Germany and I have paid for travel and hotels. I had to buy significantly more expensive last minute tickets than if I have used viagogo.

Avoid Avoid Avoid! We purchased tickets for the Eras Tour in August 2023 for June 2024. Tickets did not arrive and two days before the concert in a panic we were trying to get hold of the company to see where our tickets were. Their phone number does not work. They did not answer emails. Whatsapp chat was replied to on THE DAY of the event saying not to worry we would have tickets before the doors opened this was 10am on the day of the event. We had to travel 2 hours to get to the event and book time off work and hotels only to be told to 'trust us' the tickets will be there before doors opened.

Tickets did finally come mere hours before the event and they were shocking - we were TOTALLY scammed! We paid for Front standing CLEAR VIEW and received far back seated tickets behind a post - tickets clearly say obstructed view. The company told us they were better than front standing with a full view. WTAF? When we disputed this they stopped replying to us. We have had to put a chargeback in and are so thankful we used a credit card to purchase from this company. Bearing in mind the tickets they sold us were 10 times the face value price so they sold us tickets for thousands of pounds and gave us tickets worth £80. If you have bought tickets from this site for Taylor Swift make sure you start chasing them NOW for your tickets as they will send you DUD tickets on the day (if you get them at all) when you have no time to do anything about it. What an awful way to treat people who are taking their children to these events that they have been saving up for and waiting years to attend. Shame on you SEATSNET Karma will get you.

Despite numerous texts and emails over the last two weeks, Seatsnet have zero customer service and have failed to commincate anything regarding the 2 tickets I originally purchased 6th Jan 2024, again zero communications regarding the replacement set of tickets for the same game at nearly £300 more!
Your company has failed on so many levels it's difficult to know how it can survive, I've regularly gone to numerous sporting events around the world for over 40 years. I have yet to have come across a company such as yours with the amount of stress and anxiety this has caused, it's a complete farce and fraudulent advising tickets, taking monies and then not delivering!
Please issue a full refund on my Virgin credit card ending 0839 immediately!
I very much doubt you will do this, so will instruct Virgin to recover my costs from 6 months ago!
I have zero faith that my tickers for the Slovenia game on Tuesday will be uploaded to my ticketing account either?

Be very careful, this site steals from you. You buy the tickets and the very day of the event they send you an email 10 minutes before the start where they tell you that it was not possible to get your tickets but they keep your money and never give it back, arguing that it is in your virtual wallet, which you can never use because they will never give you the tickets for any event. DON'T USE IT, IT'S NOT WORTH IT!

Stay away from this site. I bought 2 tickets for the game Spain vs Croatia on june 15 (Euro 2024), paid 688 €. They told me cards will be available few hours before games. I am Croatian, started my trip to Germany on june 14, with my friend, with a car. We came near Munchen and take apartment to rest. In the morning june 15, we were ready to go to Berlin (allmost 600 km far away) when I received e-mail:
„Unfortunately, your Seller is not able to provide the tickets you booked for Match 3 - Spain vs Croatia - UEFA EURO 2024 on 15/06/24 18:00 (order: …). Therefore, your order has been canceled and the total amount refunded to your Seatsnet Wallet. Don't worry! We also credited your Seatsnet Wallet with extra of 68.86€ as a special bonus compensation to be used for your next purchase in Seatsnet."

I bought a ticket to Roland Garros and never received it. They stopped answering my messages on whatsapp and email and stopped picking up the phone. Awful customer service and lied to me that my ticket will be sent to me soon - it never did. I've been trying to get my money back from them and have yet to wait for an answer... Do not buy through them. When I got to Roland Garros that day, they said this happens CONSTANTLY and they are trying to take the site down.

I buy from them tickets for Ronald garros tournament except that the fee ieqs very much so nobody send me the tickets so those guys steal my money and there was nobody in the phone. Nobody in the WhatsApp nobody nowhere. I'm still waiting for a refund, but there is no place to apply for it so stay away for this thives, I don't know how they still exist in web I've lost almost 2000€

I purchased 2 very good tickets for Roland Garros final, category 1 section 21 lowest row. After a million messages/emails (by the way all their phone numbers are fake) I received the night before the final at 8pm two random tickets in two different sections (therefore not even seating together) much worse seats not in the section I paid for. One section 16 one section 23 in the far high row. By way for it….on theur site they are still advertising 8 tickets like the ones I purchased. See the picture

We purchased 4 tickets for the Roland Garros event scheduled for 03.06.2024. Unfortunately, we never received the tickets.

Despite multiple attempts to contact your customer support, we received no response. Adding to our frustration, we received a link to supposedly download the tickets 4 hours after the event had already started. To make matters worse, this link was non-functional.

We travel from Portugal to Paris just to see the game.

This experience has been deeply disappointing and has caused significant inconvenience. It is unacceptable to treat customers this way, and it appears to be a clear case of fraudulent activity.

I demand a full refund for the tickets and immediate action to resolve this matter. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue to consumer protection authorities and share my experience on various review platforms.

I bought a category 1 ticket for Roland Garros and received a category 2 (which would be 50% cheaper than what I paid). And I only received it on the day of the event, having purchased it a month before. Of the two tickets received, one of them was invalid at the event entrance. I lost a lot of money buying tickts with seatsnet.com
I sent many e-mails to seatsnet.com reporting this situation and I received only silence. I am waiting any kind of solution. There is no way to contact them, instead of e-mail.

Up to this day of the quarterfinals evening match of Roland Garros June 4,2024 - They keep saying they sent me the tickets to my email address, but there was really none. We paid so much for these four tickets and we are still waiting..

Banda oszustów, omijać szerokim łukiem,2 tygodnie wcześniej kupiłem 2 bilety na kort centralny Roland Garros, miały być dostarczone na 2 dni przed meczami, niestety nie dotarły, dzień przed dostaje maila że w dniu meczu najpóźniej na godzinę prze bilety będą, oczywiście ich nie dostałem, zero kontaktu, nie odbierają telefonów ok 100 połączeń, nie odpisują na maile, i na Whatsupie. O godzinie 17 czyli 5 godzin po rozpoczęciu dostałem maila że biletów jednak nie będzie.Prawie 4 godziny czekania pod stadionem i taka klapa, dobrze że nie pojechałem do Paryża tylko na Rolanda. Ogólnie wielkie rozczarowanie i skandal w ich wykonaniu. Nigdy więcej.
