The worst ever platform to buy tickets from! We bought 4 tickets for tonight for Athens Uefa conference league final...and they never replied to any of our emails or chat messages...the phone numbers are not even ringing and the International number it has an automated message that it is a number available for sale! Total fraud and they steel money from the fans. NEVER BUY TICKETS FROM THIS PLATFORM

ZERO STARS I would give them but that does not seem to be an option. Roland Garros Evening ticket for today May 29 2024 Ticket was bought a month ago and they still have not sent me the transfer code. They were super responsive during the process of buying the ticket however They stopped communicating after i purchased the ticket, Haven't heard from them even though i am contacting them through whatsapp, or through their " Customer Sevice Contact" form on the website. Their listed phone numbers which they list in the website and the purchase email are not in service.
It has been super stressful to deal with this situation to say the least.

Hello team.
I have bought 1 ticket for the final match of European conference league from seatsnet.

It is now 2 days before the match and there is no reply from customer service. Only that I had to register on uefa mobile ticket app.
Nothing else and they look are not replying to my calls,emails or whatsapp.
I am afraid I am not going to get the ticket and lose not only the huge amount of money paid but also the most important match of my life.
Hope I am wrong but it is not that possible now.

Me parece un fraude de página y espero que está reseñas os sirva para no caer en esta estafa no caigan en las buenas reseñas es 100 por cien una estafa mi experiencia compró tres entradas en diciembre a mi hijo de 9 para los reyes magos para el Madrid betis para mayo me cuestan unos 140 eu por entrada a un día del partido me veo sin entrada me harto de llamar y cuando llamo 20 veces x fin contestan que al día siguiente tendre la entrada por la mañana dirigiendome hacia madrid por cierto 500 km de desplazamiento a medio viaje me contestan que mis entradas no van a estar disponibles namas de ver la desilusion y la indignacion de mi hijo al enterarse me empuja a dar un escarmiento a estos sinvergüenzas que con animo de lucrarse han preferido venderlas a 400 eu y dejarme tirado a mi y a mi familia que las compramos medio año antes por favor no caigan en esta estafa

We have bought tickets for Olivia Rodrigo tonight in Amsterdam with order number *******. They haven't arrived and we got a text saying they will be sent. Concert is in 3 hours. Shall we drive to Amsterdam or just accept that we were scammed? Our kids are devastated...

TOTAL SCAM
Bought ticket for French open.
1- never received it
2- someone contacted me to extract more money
3- phone numbers on site are fake (noone answer and some are not even attributed)
4- THEY USE MY CREDIT CARD for more purchase few days later

Wish I could give zero stars. Complete scam, ordered a week before the game and ignored all the red flags: did not accept credit card only debit, no seat number on ticket, and didn't receive the ticket on the estimated delivery date. Finally, the day of the game I reached out on WhatsApp in which the assured me that it was 100 percent guaranteed come, and they never did. Stay away from seatsnet at all costs! Will file a police report so people can avoid getting scammed like I did

I live in Portugal. Paid 350 euros for the 3 tickets but never got them. Tryied to contact them by phone and email but no answer. Obviously they are SCAM!

We ordered 2 tickets for football match, received the order number and we were not able to get back to the order. The respective sum of money has been withdrawn from my account instantly and no tickets appeared till now. The landline provided is always busy and I have sent 3 emails in order to get my money back or the tickets to be sent without any feedback.

THIS IS A SCAM! Avoid purchasing from this site at all costs. We purchased 4 concert tickets and never received them. They made us wait in the rain in a different country, constantly promising the tickets would arrive 3 to 1 hour before the concert, then stopped responding afterwards. You can't reach real people; all messages are automated, and the phone numbers provided are non-functional. This has been the most disappointing experience ever, especially since I was so happy for this concert. Spare yourself unnecessary stress and avoid ordering anything here! To those responsible people if i can call them that way, do you derive satisfaction from ruining someone's day? And I'm not sure why this site still exists. 0 starts if it's that posible.

I was reassured on several occasions that I'd get a paticular section I had initially requested, as I have a special needs child. Once I made the payment, the support vanished and I was allocated a section no where near what I had requested (and was reassured id get). Don't think I'll be using these guys again.

Never use this platform if you want to save your moneys. I bought 2 tickets for Inter vs Napoli match in Sansiro Milan for 17th March of 2024. When we tried to enter the stadium gate-person scanned our tickets another names appeared on the scanner. They checked out ID's and didn't allow us to enter. The tickets had been recognized as a fake. We had to buy new tickets from the stadium ticket shop. When I wrote an email to Seatsnet they explained that their tickets 100% valid. But reality was other. They refused to refund my money. Never use this platform. It's clever to buy tickets from official websites. It's more expensive, but it's safe.

No support or follow up even though tickets we bought were wrongly described... we had specifically selected 'mid tier' tickets. They dont come through til last minute and when did we complained they were upper tier. In reality in stadium they were in last row of highest section - almost a health warning required imho, as someone with a bad knee and poor physical fitness. In fact the Irish Rugby Football Union who had prompted us to Seatsnet advertise these tickets as level 4 as opposed to Mid tier as 'premium' level which is top level and 5 up from level 4... yet Seatsnet hide behind statement that they have replaced with similar or upgraded! Not in anyones view... which was also obstructed by roof stansions. No screen was visible, but did get a great view of docks! Not only were tickets sold at a premium but Seatsnet charge a fee per ticket (watch that it looks like its one off but is per ticket) so they are imho, profiteering from this mis-selling. And yet would not listen to any request for review or discount.

Fraud! Horrible experience! Traumatized child!

Seatsnet sold me ticket (with high commission) for Inter Milano-Empoli match in Serie A, almost a month before actual match. Match was scheduled for March 30th, but was postponed for 2 days later on.
We did not receieve any information about match date change and found out about it when we (my 7 years old son and myself) arrived to Milano Italy (from Zagreb- Croatia), just 3 hours before non existing match on that day.
Seatsnet refused our demand for return & refound claiming that they are not responsible for information about match date (!).
Even if that is covered by their T&C it is fact that they sold ticket for non existing event on that day, charged significant commission and failed (didn't even try) to inform customers about event date change.
That by definition is fraud and horrible customer experience.
Imagine how disappointed my 7 years old son was when he found out that there was no match... and that match was only reason for us to travel to Italy from Croatia.

We have bought Taylor Swift Concert's tickets for 22nd June 2024 a few days ago. The payment is made but there is no update on the tickets yet. Despite calling on the given number several times and emailing twice, have got no response. We are getting anxious as not sure we would get our tickets or not.
Can anyone help us?

This company is the biggest scammer in the market. We got tickets for a soccer game in Spain and they never delivered the tickets contact them and never reply. SCAMMERS
