So far it's hard to say because I'm still waiting to hear back from seatsnet. All I'm asking is confirmation that they will let me know when the next Liverpool match will be which got postponed. The one I bought a ticket for was for 18th March and they still haven't let me know what's happening. I can never get through to anyone on the phone and nobody replies to my emails. I'm just worried I paid £200+ back in October/November and not get chance to go. It is actually for my boyfriend as it's a late birthday present.
I have had doubts and concerns that I have been scammed and that I won't get my money back if I ask. Please can anyone help or if you've gone through similar please advise. Many thanks, Melissa Hartshorne.

I urge this company to have a better customer service dept! I had alot of stress that I didn't need to have, no one replies, no one answers the phone line they provide! Bit of a joke really, but I did receive my tickets into the axs app 2 hours! Before the event! So yes I thankfully got them but I would never use this company again due to lack of communication and customer service

They cheated me not issuing Bayern - Psg tickets
This is the largest fraud I've ever seen.
On the top of that some guy from their team put me waiting in the rain promising that the tickets will show up in time…

We ordered tickets, we never received them, there was no answer on the phone and email, they promised that the tickets would arrive within an hour, we waited until the end of the game, the tickets did not arrive.

I lost the opportunity to watch a game for which I PAID for and you didn't FULFILLED your obligations.
I DEMAND a refund of my 5 tickets. I will contest all charges with my credit card company and leave horrible ( but true) reviews in the most visited sites in the internet. There is a very clear reason why there are so many terrible reviews on Seatsnet… you are THIEVES!

I purchased 4 tickets to a football match and on the website it showed my payment as declined, so I attempted paying a second time, but then realised I made the payment twice as the first transaction also went through. This was in October 2022, and 4 months on I've been sending emails, calling, sending messages on the website chat, and I haven't received the refund for my double/second payment nor received any communication whatsoever. Please be careful using this website as it seems not to care taking payments wrongly and not refunding it.

The tickets didn't arrive, even though it was electronic! I paid 182 euro for the football match between Napoli-Inter Milan and travelled to Milan by car from Geneva. More than 300 km drive. Booked a hotel and paid all costs (fuel, toll, hotel etc.) just for my child to see the match. No tickets issued. The website is totally a scam. They not only took my money but also caused unprecedented psychological damage to my son. They didn't answer the emails. I will never forget them not just for money but for the big psychological damage to my son.

This website is a total scam. We haven't recieved the tickets for the arsenal - newcastle game for tonight. We have tried to call them and message them but no answer. This is a scam! Do not buy tickets from here!

I bought 6 tickets from them the delivery was very late I received the tickets 6 hours before the event. I purchased category 1 seats they gave me all of them category 2 and 3. Absolutely disgusting service

I've bought tickets to Argentina vs Saudi Arabia almost a month ago and didn't receive anything.
They don't answer my phone calls, my emails or my messages.
It's supposed they have a chat on their website but it doesn't work.
The football match is in less than 24hs and still haven't receive any answer.
I'll never reccommend or buy again with them.

I bought tickets for the Brazil v Cameroon game in Qatar on December 2,2022. I paid the full amount online October 29,2022 and till now I still have not received the tickets (€1002). I called them several times and left messages but no answer or response. I also sent an email but radio silence. This is a complete scam! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!

I bought World Cup Qatar tickets since July 2022 and didn't got them until the moment I write this review. World Cup starts in few days and they don't response me on phone, WhatsApp and mail. We have paid £455 2 tickets to go to Liverpool Anfield stadium.
Seats sold as CAT 1 GOLD and in fact seated in Upper stand U5.
It was for a birthday gift and feel really ashamed. It was 2 seasons members supporter seats.
