I bought tickets to a Ny Rangers game from seatgeek and never received. I was told that tickets would arrive in my email no later then 24 hours before my event. We travelled all the way to the stadium and I never received my tickets. Waited outside the arena for almost two hours just to be told that they double sold my tickets and they can only offer me a refund. They also lied to me numerous times over the phone. Customer service was rude and not helpful. Will never be using seatgeek again.

This business is a big mess of gobbly gook! Bought tickets using my credit card for the Stevie Nicks concert in Houston and 24 hours before the show, I was notified it was rescheduled. Wanted to see her and tried to make the rescheduled date work but couldn't. After at least 8 emails back and forth, they agreed to at least allow 100% of the paid amount to be saved for future use. When I tried to use it a few months later, the system informed me I had to buy tickets at least the same amount as original tickets. No tickets were available at the same amount. There were lots for less tho. I ended up spending another $150 on my same credit card plus the original $585 to just use my $585. Now, a week before that show, it is rescheduled for a full year from the planned date. I asked for a refund and they only refunded the second amount, not the original $585. Such BS! After all this crap with them and their ridiculous rules, I am still out $585. They keep saying "so sorry" but refuse to do what's right! I will warn as many people as I can on as many sites as possible to avoid any dealings with these thieves

They charged my card twice explaining that it was technical error. When I talked to customers service I hardly understood anything they were saying due to poor English of their staff.
Thee charged my card for 4 tickets instead of 2.They don't refund my money just gave me a promo code saying I can buy other tickets and sell them to get my cash back. Promo codes they gave me were not working when I was trying to buy any tickets just to sell them to get my money back. When I was trying to apply their promo code I just got messages that promo code was not valid.Their explanations are not clear because of staff poor English!
As a result I lost money and nobody is going to refund me….
I would not recommend anyone to use this site as I went through nightmares and still waiting for a phone call from management lol …. 2 weeks already and a supervisor was supposed to call me within few minutes…. 2 weeks ago.i had to change my credit card to prevent more charges
DON NOT USE THIS SITE

I planned over a month in advance to take my family to the NHRA Arizona nationals on March 26th. I found tickets and purchased them for over $700.00 on February 19th. My order was confirmed 2 days later. On the morning of March 25th I still did not have my
Tickets in my account. I started a support chat and had to wait about 30 mins. The chat representative was very help full looking up my account. At this time I find out my tickets are coming from a third party and she has sent them a message to transfer the tickets immediately. I was then told the tickets will show up by the next morning. 5:00 am on March 26th I wake up and no tickets. I call seat geek and get an agent on the phone. I get the same response let me call the third party to transfer your tickets. I asked what are you going to do when I don't get my tickets and the event starts in 2 hours. I was told my tickets will show up and to let them make some calls. The call ends and I stuck waiting to see if I have tickets to go to an event that my family has been looking forward to for months. 30 mins later I get a text saying they are going to give me a refund because they can't get my tickets and there are no comparable tickets available. This company does not care about you or your event. Find another company to use that has good customer service.

I recently resold my Billy Joel and Stevie Nicks tickets on seatgeek…where I purchased them
You get the payout AFTER the event is completed.
The event for which I sold tickets was then rescheduled for March 2024…a year out…
I contacted SeatGeek and they said I can't have my payout until March 10th 2024.
Here's the deal….they got my money when I initially purchased my tickets.
The got the money from the repurchaser I sold to….now they are holding my payout for a year
SeatGeek is no better than Ticketmaster

Marie, William, Jona are a few members of SeatGeek that are useless and could be apart of this pyramid scheme. All claimed I would receive my tickets in time but failed to honor their website saying they would get an upgrade if my tickets did not arrive in time. The website is a scam. 30 minutes before the game my tickets were canceled. Please keep in mind that I purchased the tickets through seat geek, and seat geek were the ones who billed my credit card and tried to blame the issue on a third party vendor. Fraud.

Deceitful business practices
April 2, 2023

I bought tickets for a concert on the SeatGeek website and felt comfortable under the premise that these were going to be refundable up to three days before the show date. I tried to reach somebody there a few months before the show date to cancel and there is no one available, except for a robot to write to you. In addition, they make it very clear that none of their tickets are refundable. They are only possibly exchangeable for other tickets if to be exchanged within a one year. Otherwise you lose your money. This is deceitful since you are immediately shown a returnable ticket icon when initially booking. Returnable is there a play on words, which is meant to mean exchangeable, but not refundable.
Be warned that this ticket site is a sham.

Seat geek advertised 2 tickets for the Denver Nuggets area 366 row 8 and we were meeting a group that already had tickets in row 8. I purchase 2 tickets and seat geek changed them to row 7 after I purchased them...I tried to get refund with no luck and they stated I could only get credit with their company...they advertise full immediate refund. They lied... there is no phone #. Only chat in which they stop answering when I requested a full refund. I would not recommend doing any type of business with seat geek! Good luck!

SeatGeeks misrepresented themselves in stating they would mail me tickets before I purchased them, but now refuses to mail them saying everything is digital saying I would have to take my phone to ballpark and download and ap, sign in yada yada yada. The only reason I ordered was to have tickets in hand as I don't like taking phones to events. I'm one of the few fans left who actually watches the game instead of being glued to a phone. You definitely can't trust SeatGeeks. My luck the app wouldn't work at the park.

Duplicate tickets
March 24, 2023

I mistakenly ordered (4) tickets for the same event, I only needed (2). I called to get the extra (2) tickets canceled. SeatGeek passed me around for about 2 hours, with no results. Finally someone told me they don't do refunds. I will never do business with this company again.

Worst customer policy
March 23, 2023

Worst customer policy in my life. Bought two tickets. The performer postponed the concert. No new dates are posted. Contacted customer service. The only thing they said, they can't refund because if you buy it no refund. You can try to sell them. But I can't even do that because no new dates. They told me to contact the performer? Like wth is that my job? I guess I lost my money. Never again. DONT PURCHASE from them.

Got ripped off on tickets
March 13, 2023

Stevie Nicks & Bill Joel concert@ Sofi:
Extremely disappointed and was taken advantage of! I purchased center row A3 8th row center stage floor seats back on November 4th. The day before the event I was notified I was moved to the end A4 to the end of the stage the day before the concert. I believe Seat Geek (via Ticketmaster) sold my tickets for more money to someone else and moved me for that reason. I purchased these tickets for $3,200 and noticed the day before the event that other seats in A3 were selling up to $5,000 each. The seats in A4 they downgraded me to were terrible and couldn't see Billy Joel or Stevie Nicks without observing the big screen because of stage equipment. I wasn't even offered a credit for the bad seats and they knew exactly what they were doing!

I bought 2 tickets with a face value of $64 ($32 each). The price listed was $128 ($59 each)-fine…but THEN they added another $40 more in service fees! I knew the Section & row but didn't even the seat numbers until they sent the tickets the day before the game. I felt completely taken advantage of!

Had purchased three tix to see Hamilton with my kids through SeatGeek- planned a special trip to Boston just to see the show. Only one of them was correctly fulfilled. The second- I ended up with a ticket on the other side of the theatre from the one I had originally purchased. The third one I never received - the seller had a problem fulfilling the ticket. SeatGeek did nothing to rectify the situation but offer a refund. Completely ruined our plans, as I could not accompany my kids into the show- they had to go in on their own and sit in separate seats on opposite sides of the theatre.
Stay away from this company! They are unreliable and double-sell their tickets. Horrible customer support, too. Their guarantee is an outright lie.

SCAM
January 30, 2023

SCAMMMM! Website malfunctioned and charged me $70 more in fees than was stated in the checkout payment authorization page. After HOURS with the chat support and uploading pictures of the page actively showing the glitched dollar amount, they refused to refund me or even reduce the fees to the amount the website stated it would charge. They took zero responsibility and only offered the solution of telling me to "resell my tickets" instead of handling the overpricing by refund. Worst Customer Service in history. They will not refund under any circumstances. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL REGRET IT!
