Smooth transaction

Weather should make it possible to filter on rows though, and be more precise with were on each row the seats are located.

Easy to Find and Buy Great Seats

Instead we display tickets available for sale from thousands of sellers who are able to price their tickets (and fees) at any price they'd like/what the market will allow for. Many popular events do end up going up in price from face value, but there's also good chances of finding a great deal or that one ticket that's still left for a sold out show. Hi Brooke — thanks for leaving feedback! E-ticket simply means that the ticket will be delivered electronically, not necessarily that you can use your device at the event to gain entry. We've reviewed your order and once delivered, the email provides a link, noting that you can print your tickets or view the details. The ticket itself also reads "MUST PRINT ON PAPER. NOT VALID FOR ENTRY VIA MOBILE DEVICE." We're sorry to hear you were delayed on getting to your show! For future ticket purchases, just be sure to check to see if tickets are valid for mobile entry. Never received tickets

I got an email saying purchase was pending... then my credit card was charged... then I NEVER got the tickets. The Order disappeared from the App, and then I got an email a day later saying to rate my experience.
So, my experience is that I got change $68 for a happy nothing.

Stressful for last minute purchases

I purchased tickets on Friday night for a Saturday mid-day baseball game. I planned to walk through the gates at 11:30am. I was driving 2 hours to the stadium from my home. I did not receive my tickets until 10am. I was stressed about it, and I emailed Seatgeek to see where the tickets were. I did not get a response until the same time that my tickets came in to my email.

That was not great, but what made it worse, was that I purchased the tickets on Seatgeek, but then I had to sign up for fanexchange to get the tickets. Once I did that, the tickets then had to be transferred by another account on ticketmaster. The entire process was more complicated than needed, and I will probably look to use another company to get last minute tickets.
