After reading the reviews on here thankyou all I was looking to buy a PlayStation VR headset - and was directed to this site but thanks to your reviews I have avoided it! Why is this website not been shut down by the police there will lots of others trying to buy Christmas gifts from these fraudsters
They took money out of my account on the day I placed the order, plus a little extra (!?), and didn't deliver. They don't respond to calls (rings and rings) or emails (tried two), and no refund issued. This is a scam, avoid like the PLAGUE unless you want a horrible Christmas.
I've phoned the police action Freud alert today, this company is Freud they have confirmed it. I ordered a Apple Watch 1st December I haven't received it but they took my money on 2nd December, they email all the time saying high volume so taking longer to deliver, emailed asking for refund of course they said I'll receive it 20th of December but I know I won't, the good thing is been to bank and I'm going to get a refund, just say everyone charge back the bank is really helpful..
Having taken payment at the point of sale online, this company have failed to provide delivery details or even any specific information on my order. The Payment showed up on my bank statement with 'ActionTech.co' and phone number '******* ******* '.
Someone did answer but said it wasn; t related to savvibuy's ordering system and pointed me to them ( on *******973). That number will not put you through to a person. It will cut off before then.
This really doesn; t seem like a genuine transaction and my expectation of getting either a refund or the product are low.
Took my money then blocked me, told me the refund was sent and would not help me further
They were inconvenienced by me wanting a refund. Stay clear
Finally got a refund 10 days later! If i could give it zero stars i would
Stay Away
Found this site mid November advertising the sought after Hatchimals. All looked good price at the time was the RRP so paid 21st Nov, got receipt & thought that was that it will be here in plenty of time for Christmas (12th Dec) WRONG! Savvibuy have failed to deliver the item by the promised time just told me I 'might' get it by 20th Dec! I then contacted savvibuy again via social media but I've been blocked hmmm. I'm strangely not the only one either!
I've contacted my bank & asked them to intervene for non delivery of item. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
Scam merchants, so mad that I have fallen for it. Still awaiting a refund of £49.99, haven't bothered to ring due to others comments. Reported to my bank and sage pay. See the facebook page 'unsatisfied savvibuy customers'
Requested a refund on the 2nd December. Took nearly two weeks to be refunded, constantly had to ring up and chase them for the money. Person on their Facebook page not helpful and rude was threatening to cancel my refund all together!

I just found hatchimals on thier site and they have uped the price to 107.00 i am calling the bbb and so should everyone else... If u have a lawyer and have been swindled by this company plz call them this could be a worldwide lawsuit... Lets help other not be taken advantage of! Thanks :)
For the love of god give this company a wide berth, they are scam / boiler room con merchants. They change their story every time you ring up, I've done 20 years of customer excuses so know all the excuses... and they have them all... tap tap on his keyboard, I've done your refund sir, wonderful I set, could you just let me know the last 4 digits of my credit card... then all you could here was a dead line tone. Total scam artist and to top it off Companies house values the company at £100 and their official accounts office is a "vertual room"! I've contacted my bank and the Fraud Squad.
Do not buy from this company they are just ripping you of you will not get the products you ordered however they will take your money
Ordered a PlayStation vr the 7th of December as they site was advertising they would have them in stock the 9th December guaranteed delivery for the 13th I was concerned when seeing lots of negative feedback after placing my order so I did some research and messaged savvi buy who sent me an automated reply saying the orders had been delayed until the 23rd of December however my money was taken from my credit card the 8th so I decided I would cancel the order because I do not believe it will arrive I did manage to get through to the call centre after been 50th in the queue and was sent a reply and email confirming my cancellation however I've been told to wait 3 to 5 days we will see if I get my refunded the credit card company have been informed.
I placed order on 24th November and still waiting for goods. Got through to customer service once and advised deliveries were 72hrs behind. Tried phoning twice since then and ea h time I've waited swim being caller 36 to then answering then hanging up when I got through.
This company is ripping off people left right and centre, I am one of those people and have lost £400 and 2 presents for Xmas :(
I ordered sony vr glasses on the 30th of november, although the call center sounds genuine i honestly dont think it is
I have been lied to many times about them being in stock, they then said they would be opening them all to check they ok and this would cause a delay... why are they opening them? This is technically my property and a sealed unit abd i dodnt want it opened
The date of delivery kept slipping and now i am attempting to get my money back which isnt as easy as you would think
They also have fake facebook profiles promoting how good they are which you can spot a mile off
There are lots of other people like me out of pocket buyer beware
On November the 22nd I couldn't find a hatchimal for love nor money. I came across savvibuy.com who were advertising them for sale and so purchased one. I also let family and friends know about the site too. I was originally told orders would be dispatched from the 12th December but then that changed to the 16th December... Now on their facebook page they have told us 23rd December. They have blamed courier companies when the couriers have confirmed they weren't able to collect from savvibuy as they could not be contacted. They are still selling hatchimals on their site even though they have not fulfilled the orders they have had. People are not being contacted when they are trying to find out where their orders are and customer services when they do answer have no idea what's going on and are very rude. When I contacted them to change my phone number they told me it was too late as my order had been dispatched... That was over a week ago and they are supposed to guarantee next day delivery. This is not just hatchimals but it seems the stock they are selling isn't reaching many of the customers. Please do not use this site you will be disappointed.
Answer: I have also had the same problem unfortunately this site is a scam I had to report as fraud you need to contact your bank immediately
Answer: They are based in Rochdale. There address was on there website.
Answer: Rid you paid by credit card, phone your bank and ask about Chargeback. We did this on Sacvibuys suggestion and when we called the bank, it knew right away and took us to a line dealing with Savvibuy and its sister company. We were promised return of money within 9 working days.
Answer: Savvibuy suggested contacting our bank and using "chargeback". We used our on line banking, and went into the section showing banking forms. Within this is "chargeback". When we went into this and filled in the form to refund money. We used a debit card. The bank has said it will investigate. We should have used a credit card though. Interestingly, on calling the bank and using a menu, when I chose 'unrecognised company, it gave the example of Savvibuy and Advanced tech. Wonder if this is a hot issue!
