This company are scammers. Please do not part with your cash. I got ripped off too and don't want others to fall into this trap. Toy purchased the cancelled after seeing reviews. Stalling emails received and the runaround given. No money refunded and my bank say they have ceased trading. Looks like i've lost money here. Do not buy from a. Com website. Stick with high street companies. Be careful
Do not use this company. They took my money on 29th nov 16 and I still don't have the iPad that I ordered. I've just read all these reviews and it looks like it's a big scam.
So I have lost £330 and have no iPad for my mums xmas gift. Gutted.
I ordered a PS4 VR headset and camera on the 13th Dec and paid just under £400 for it. Promised delivery by 18th Dec at the latest. Nothing received so I emailed them. Received a profuse apology and a promise of tracking info by 21 Dec, and a guarantee that I WILL receive the order by 23 Dec, which is their last dispatch date before Xmas. Needless to say by late 22 Dec (today) no tracking info so I'm not holding my breath for a delivery tomorrow. This can only be a scam which must be stopped. I can't believe with all the complaints listed this company continues to trade. I strongly urge anyone with similar difficulties to contact Trading Standards to put a stop to this scamming company.
Similar experience to other reviews about this Company. I ordered an Apple series 2 watch £381 on 8 December with expected delivery 7 days later. Money taken from my account on the 9/12/16 but no goods received. Have attempted to cancel order but no response from my emails. Have also tried ringing on 12 occasions, constantly put through to a voicemail and left messages but no response. Rang my bank today and they confirmed that they are receiving a high number of complaints from this company. Am now in the process of trying to claim my money back via my bank. I paid using my Debit card, so, well worth going down this route. Advise others NOT to do business with Savvibuy.
Put an order in for my daughters Xmas was meant to arrive by the 18th December but this has not arrived and you cannot get through to their customer service its shocking that this online company can get away with THIS. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONLINE FRAUDSTER
Never in my life, this is not a company its a scam, they do not have anything that they list. They try to buy else where and sale at markup, thats why you never get your order. They live on the interest o f the money they take. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY...
Having ordered two PS4 games to be sent as a Christmas present, I am likewise incredible disappointed at the lack of customer focus by SavviBuy. Having contacted them by email after the promised delivery date came and went I received a standard reply and a promise to deliver by Dec 22, this of course is too late for me to repackage and resend to my nephew in London even if it does arrive today. I did mention this to them and hoped it would be delivered earlier but got no response. Reading other posts I see this behaviour seems to be pretty endemic at SavviBuy, I still wait and would advise no-one to use SavviBuy. I certainly shall not be using them again in the future.
I ordered a V8 Dyson 9th December and they took the money from my account and have not delivered the item. They respond to emails but it is all fake promises, the delivery date keeps moving, I think they have no intention of delivering my item. Bewarned do not use savvibuy.
We purchased a tablet from them at the end of November. They promised delivery on the 7th Dec. That time passed and just like everyone else on here we contacted numerous times and got no where. Here's how you deal with it, we paid by debit card so called our bank. The bank were brilliant! They told us we would get our money back within 10 days. Guess what, we got it back in 4 days! Don't bother contacting Savvibuy for a refund you won't get it. Go straight to your bank or credit card company and you will get your money back, we did! Please don't just except you have lost your money as one phone call to your bank and they will get it back for you! DON'T let these scammers keep your money!
I did manage to speak to a 'customer advisor' to cancel my order and was told I'd get a refund in 3-5 working days. That was on 8th December. I've not been able to speak to anyone since then but did get a reply to an email I sent, saying I'd get my refund in "a few days". Unsurprisingly I haven't. I'm afraid we've all been conned :(
I am thankful that I only lost 85£ My heart goes out to anyone who have lost more money There site is still taking orders?
Please don't order from these people absolutely scammers take your money and run.
Why haven't they been shut down? And come on google why are they at the top of your search engine.
Wish they had a 0 star for the review. They are uncontactable. For a Christmas present ordered for delivery between the 9th and 13th of December, still sitting unfulfilled. No way to contact anyone, thank God I brought it on my credit card as I have no idea if I am even going to get the product I ordered and paid for, or if it's all a big con. My advice, buy from someone else.
Same issue, ordered child's xmas present in Nov and no delivery after constantly chasing and basically being lied to every time. They company is either a Sham company or the take as many orders without having the stock. Either way avoid them completely.
Stay away from SavvyBuy, I ordered a Tablet from them on 29th November and was expecting delivery between the 9-13th December. However they've told me the same lies as they tell everyone else, Christmas rush and all that codswallop. They are criminals, STAY well away from SavvyBuy. As always I brought using my credit card via sagepay so I will get my money back, however I now don't have my wife's Christmas present, what a charming bunch of lieing Asehols eh?
Much the same as everybody else... promised goods... no other contact... took money straight away... promised refund... will wait and see... not holding my breath. They also wished me a Happy Christmas!
Can I just add don't buy goods on your debit card because you might not be covered. Buy the goods on your Credit Card if you are suspicious about a website. You can contact your bank and ask for a Charge Back were the Credit Card company covers you for goods bought on your card. It might take up to 60 days but you will get the money back. You have to write a letter with your name, signature card no. And explain everything in the letter and provide confirmation emails of your purchase.
I ordered a Fit Bit for Christmas for my son through SavviBuy on the 30/11/2016 On the 13/12/2016 I received an email saying that due to the Christmas rush and the company being really busy(is that my fault?) my order was delayed but I would get it before Christmas-GUARANTEED, When it still hadn't shown up on the 20th December I have been advised I will not get it. A complete shambles, extremely poor service. Do not touch these people with a barge pole. Do they even exist? God knows if I'll ever see my money again.
I have just cancelled my order to this lot, and they have agreed a refund in 3-5 days. Has anyone else been offered this and did you get it.
Answer: I have also had the same problem unfortunately this site is a scam I had to report as fraud you need to contact your bank immediately
Answer: They are based in Rochdale. There address was on there website.
Answer: Rid you paid by credit card, phone your bank and ask about Chargeback. We did this on Sacvibuys suggestion and when we called the bank, it knew right away and took us to a line dealing with Savvibuy and its sister company. We were promised return of money within 9 working days.
Answer: Savvibuy suggested contacting our bank and using "chargeback". We used our on line banking, and went into the section showing banking forms. Within this is "chargeback". When we went into this and filled in the form to refund money. We used a debit card. The bank has said it will investigate. We should have used a credit card though. Interestingly, on calling the bank and using a menu, when I chose 'unrecognised company, it gave the example of Savvibuy and Advanced tech. Wonder if this is a hot issue!
