Ordered a Fitbit watch on 13th December and was told delivery between 14-18th December.
Nothing arrived - they will not answer the phone and the email response was that it would be delivered by 22nd December - too late to post onwards for Christmas.
No tracking number yet on order... is this a real company?
Never ordering from here again I ordered a PlayStation which was suppose to get to me between 10-14 dec all till now I haven't received it I have tried to call plenty off times can't get through to them I will be reporting this website and I will do it until I get my money back
Placed order 6th Dec, promised delivery between 16th and 19th, not even had email with tracking for order, cannot get through to them by phone, leave messages and no one gets back.?
Horrific... Took my money, no goods no fecund, no call backs plenty of emails with the usual crap... don not buy my child's x mass will be ruined I haven't slept for days... will be pursuing them using every agency available
They are essentially an online front for a small shop on Tweedale Street in Rochdale. Their company registration number is ******* and further details of the Directors (Abid Naseem and Keehin Lomax) can be found there.
I have an outstanding order but hope is waning as they have already broken numerous promises.
I hope I'm wrong, but I now suspect they are a bunch of cynical chancers who have little concept of customer service and even less respect for the customer. They certainly talk a great game, but it takes a lot more than that.
As soon as we purchased the item they took the money. They failed to deliver the product or indeed let me know when it would be delivered. At the time of purchasing they told us they had the product in stock, total lies.
Tried calling support (as others have) and they would cut me off (after waiting an hour in the queue).
Now cancelled the order but as yet have not received the money back into the account, have contacted my bank to start recovery process.
Please, for the love of god, don't even think about using these clowns. They do not deserve your business.
They are theives, they do not have the goods in stock but happily take your money and you have to fight to get a refund. I would rate them as 0 if there was one!

I ordered a PS4 console a week before cyber Monday and it's expected to be delivered between 8-12 December and here I am still waiting. I tried to call them multiple times, left messages so many times but no one got back to me. If I've read this review before, I wouldn't have even bothered dealing with this people. My son's birthday is ruined as I'm dued to have leave for xmas only to still be waiting for my goods. Poor customer service. No communication

I spoke with a girl on the phone after trying to call them about 50 times I bought a PS4 vr and when I asked for a tracking number they could not give me one when I confronted her about the site being a scam she got quite nasty.

Because I wasn't going to get my order on time to take it to Spain with me, on Tuesday I cancelled and I just got my money back.
I was quite not sure about what was going to happen, but luckily I just got my refund.

Following my last review I never received the PlayStation vr or controllers and ended up having to pay another £900 out to replace there con so as my kids had a Christmas and my son his birthday I havnt had a refund and dispite the bank are investigating I havnt received money back from the bank either absolute $#*! run a mile these scum of the earth make me sick
Ordered ps vr but having seen the reviews and googling the company address became very unsure so cancelled my order next day got a refund straight away dodge a bullet I think especially as the Ps vr is as rare as rocking horse $#*!. Will wait now as no chance of receiving the item before xmas.
I ordered a Hatchimal on the 21 Nov 2016. It was promised to be delivered by 12 Dec 2016! Received the Hatchimal on the 6 Dec! I found them to be BRILLIANT! The liaised with me via my FB messenger ( as I followed them on FB) and they responded to all of my emails! Due to my experience I would give Savvibuy a 5* rating! I will definitely use them again!
Ordered an Xbox one controller on 26th November for my son to take out to Cyprus(he was deployed there 13 December. Delivery stated by 12th so thought it would be lovely to send it out with him. Payed £320 for PS4 Black Friday deal no delivery and no refund I have contacted the fraud squad.
I ordered call of duty ps4 game for my son in the first week in December. They give me a delivery date between the 9th and 13th of December time has gone by. I have tried to call them it just rings out email them and all you get off them is that they are trying to get couriers in the uk funny that when I ordered of eBay from China it was there at my door with in 4 days but yet they can't send a game from Manchester to Liverpool what a load of rubbish.
I today have been down my bank they have had enough time to deliver my bank said you have to allow then up to 15 days which I have and still nothing my bank give me the number to Freud line I called them and they are going to charge the money back to my account.
Don't use save your time and hard earned cash I have had to now look round and get him the game from else where when his birthday was yesterday utter utter liars. Not savvibuy more like fake buy.
