I am totally disgusted with this company I ordered an item two weeks ago and promised delivery by the 20th this never happened and you can not get through to anyone on the phone clearly they are falsely advertising items and delivery dates I have now canceled my order let's see if I get a refund do not use this company!
Ordered a Christmas present on 4th December which they declared was in stock. Chased weekly and they kept saying it would be delivered before Christmas. Even on 23rd December they were saying it would arrive on time. They are clearly telling a pack of lies. I cancelled the order. It remains to be seen if I get my money back.
Ordered a hatchimal on the 6th Dec and was told it would be here between 13th and 17th Dec, it never arrived, I chased them and received an email saying there was a backlog due to Black Friday and it would guaranteed to be here by the 23rd Dec for Xmas. I've waited in all day and no sign of it. It was the only thing my little boy asked Santa for when I took him to see him... he broke his elbow last Saturday and is so excited about getting his hatchimal for Xmas. I don't know how I'm going to explain it. Savibuy is a scam and has ruined Xmas for my 5 year old!
I ordered a PS4 VR on the 6th of Dec. It was to be delivered by the 17th. They advised they had a backlog but I would definitely receive it by the 23rd. No sign of it yesterday and they cancelled my order without instruction. Shocking customer service, no apology and no explanation. They only respond to FB private messages, and that's only if they feel like it. AVOID AVOID AVOID
Id like to know why when its been on the tv news in several nation newspapers had a facebook page titled unsatisfied savvibuy customers with 600 people joining, god knows how many havent joint ive contacted the fraud squad and know others have too, why are they allowed to continue stealing thousands and thousands, lets face it all items are high priced, if a thousand people have spent £100 thats a hundred thousand, but im guessing its much more so my question is why trading standards or the police havent stepped in and siezed their assets and closed them down preventing more victims of crime, total disgrace,
Ordered week in advance to get for Christmas and continually told it will definitely be there by the 23rd. No response + no answer really disappointing and wish I had read these reviews on Jabber beforehand. Utterly useless. Trading standards should intervene.
Money taken promised numerous delivery dates and no item... fighting with the bank to get my money back from these thieving bastards.
Like everybody else, been guaranteed delivery but nothing has arrived, not answering calls. If anyone has been affected by this company please ensure you report it to Trading Standards.
My order should have been delivered by 18th December, still waiting. Have mailed loads all false promises in there reply. Can't afford to go out and re buy this present. To say I am fed up is an understatement. Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered.
Devastated to read these messages. Been strung along all week with reply messages but was to be delivered well by now. Very upset so close to Christmas. Talk about playing on people's Christmas spirit of doing anything to get what they want. Angry
This company have taken my money and delivered no goods, apparently supposed to be here today/tomorrow, cant speak to anyone, email response is shocking, I am angry, very angry, this is a xmas present and its not good enough. If I can send products to US in less than 24 hours, how come they cant send one in the UK in 10 days. Shocking company
Ordered over a week ago with guaranteed Delivery by 22nd nothing has arrived left messages and email. I got a respond back from email saying they apologies but its their busiest time and i should get my delivery by 23rd December, now that I have read everyone's reviews i can say good by to my money. I have learnt a lesson today read reviews before purchasing anything online. KEEP AWAY FROM SAVIBUY

I ordered a Samsung galaxy tab on 20 Dec and after completing order I googled them only to find all these horrendous reviews. I immediately contacted my bank who said i coulnt do anything until the expected delivrry fate had passed I then tried to contact them and left my number on answer phone, surprisingly they phoned me back and I cancelled order and the received email confirming this and said money would be refunded in 3 days, so far nothing. I sure as he'll will do my best to not let these b... s get away with treating people like this
Anxiously waiting my nutri bullet 100 and have just read these reviews! I'm guessing now it's not going to come... awful that these companies can have these functioning websites... what can I do to make sure other people don't get caught? Surely someone can shut down their site...

They need to be reported to Watchdog!

SavviBuy are a pair of shysters with no stock. They take your money and then take the ****. Get on to your bank asap because non-delivery of goods means, even with a Visa rather than credit card, you will get your money back and trust me, you will not get your goods delivered. Savvibuy are a pair of ***** who are really the scum of the Earth. There is no company, there is no stock, all there is, is an absolute shower who will almost certainly be in prison within the year. DO NOT BUY FROM SavviBuy.
Ordered a Fitbit 30th Nov, they took payment. When I didn't get delivery as expected, emailed them, and they said they had issues with couriers. Still no delivery, so called customer support, they said their computer system was down, so unable to update me. Called them again to cancel order, received full refund on 20th December. Will not use them again
