I've ordered Nintendo 3DS XL pokemon edition and never received it. Maybe I been lucky, but a managed get full refund after 2 weeks continuously calling them. I feel sorry for everyone, who been waiting till Christmas in hope, a little one will get they Christmas gifts.
Stole my £460 last December. Ignored all emails and calls. No goods ever delivered. Scum. Complete con artists. Reported to the police. Luckily my bank was great and refunded the amount after 3 months but didn't make up for no Xmas presents.
This company scammed lots of people just before Christmas 2016. They also operate under iswegway.com that seems to deliver goods however I would never use any of their companies advance tech/ iswegway/ shop in Rochdale because of the savvibuy scam. They do it every Christmas, I believed it because of reviews of their other businesses that are legitimate & deliver goods
I ordered an xbox game from them for my son for Christmas which was guaranteed for delivery in time for the big day. I was then told that something was wrong with their delivery company & was told to request a chargeback from our credit card company.
Do not answer calls when you phone the ******* number & do not respond to emails.
Am still in the process of reclaiming the money back - but I am lucky that it was only £25 - feel so bad for anyone who lost a larger amount.
Why haven't trading standards shut these scumbags down? They must have enough info judging by the amount of comments on here.
Bought a hatchimal on 14th for guaranteed delivery 18th never came got blocked from all their sites and had to claim chargeback from bank!
I HOPE TRADING STANDARD CATCH UP WITH YOU AND SEND YOU TO PRISON
FOR ROBBING ME OUT OF £240 FOR A PANASONIC MICROWAVE YOU NEVER DISPATCHED
AND ALL THE GOOD HONEST PUBLIC WHO BROUGHT FROM YOUR WEBSITE AND NEVER RECIEVED THEM. BECAUSE YOU SCUM BAGS RIPPED THEM OFF.
I HOPE SOMEBODY FINDS YOU AND GIVES YOU A GOOD KICKING YOU BASTARDS
I ordered and paid for a dash cam in November and I have still not received it. I've sent emails which haven't been answered so my next step is trade and standereds. I'm furious.
I ordered two Fitbits for my grandchildren in early December, got e mails saying 16th December delivery then definite 23rd December then 24th December nothing arrived, Rescued by Argos on 24th thank goodness, phoned my bank, I paid by Debit Card and explained what had happened they refunded me the full amount, said they had lots of complaints the same as mine so beware
NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM IT'S A SHAM Should be prosecuted shocking
Plenty of info of the scammer behind this, do not deal with savvibuy, advance tech(uk) ltd based ib rochdale. Anything to do with Chaudhary Numan, AHMED who is the director. His twitter is Nas *******@MrGeeza. Lots of info on where he lives, his dealings, companies etc. Feel free to pay him a visit, am sure he would welcome a punch to his fat face.
Order placed early December. Delivery guaranteed before 21st. E-mail to say guaranteed 23rd. No delivery still. Could not replace present until beginning of January. Grandson very disappointed. Join the crowd. M&S credit card not keeping to promised dates re contact re 'chargeback'.
I am so annoyed that I didn't receive the tablet I ordered for my nephew on the 8th of December and had to go to Argos and spend another 170 on another one even though Savvibuy GUARANTEED the order would be delivered in time for Christmas. I then got an email to state that I could go to the bank and request a chargeback. Not that straight forward as bank are now looking for more information and I have already emailed savvibuy to state that I wanted to cancel the order.
Is this company still active as they are not answering emails or answering the phone.
I most certainly will not be ordering from this site again.
I ordered an Apple I-Pad Air 2 on 30th November with a promised delivery in 3-5 days. It is now 13th January and they are now not answering any emails. The last communication I received was on 14th December to tell me my delivery was guaranteed by 23rd December - Yeah, right! Please don't go anywhere near this company, they're total rip off merchants. I'm reporting them to Trading Standards and having to make a claim against my credit card company to try and get the outlay refunded.
DO NOT! Buy from this website. Ordered from here in November time and nothing has arrived and the company is unreachable! SCAM!
****DO NOT USE **** DO NOT USE*****
Scam they take your money then keep promising delivery. Its all a big SCAM in the end you have to fight with your bank to get the money back.
Advance Technologies is the same company so look out for them. I dont understand why the police are not involved yet.
Reading all these reviews, and being in the same position as everyone else. I'm a single parent struggling financially, Christmas time is tough for me, and having not received the order and no response to any emails sent is very upsetting!
Never use, products dont show up but they still charge you and non responsive, kept promising delivery for xmas as gifts were for a young child!
I have been cheated of £32... no delivery, no refund, no answer email, no calls, nothing at all, a pure SCAM 100% HOW COULD BE POSSIBLE TO STOP THIS KIND OF PEOPLE SCAMMING?
Like everyone else on here, I bought something that I did not receive. Thankfully I was able to use chargeback from my credit card company (thanks M&S!) and I got my money back. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
Answer: I have also had the same problem unfortunately this site is a scam I had to report as fraud you need to contact your bank immediately
Answer: They are based in Rochdale. There address was on there website.
Answer: Rid you paid by credit card, phone your bank and ask about Chargeback. We did this on Sacvibuys suggestion and when we called the bank, it knew right away and took us to a line dealing with Savvibuy and its sister company. We were promised return of money within 9 working days.
Answer: Savvibuy suggested contacting our bank and using "chargeback". We used our on line banking, and went into the section showing banking forms. Within this is "chargeback". When we went into this and filled in the form to refund money. We used a debit card. The bank has said it will investigate. We should have used a credit card though. Interestingly, on calling the bank and using a menu, when I chose 'unrecognised company, it gave the example of Savvibuy and Advanced tech. Wonder if this is a hot issue!
