Learn from others mistakes and stay clear of these lying crooks.
Hopefully the authorities will hold them to account for spoiling a lot of peoples Christmas.
Our experience is just the same as others listed here, but its worth noting our card payment went to a different company, Advancetech.co who, when I contacted them were verbally very concerned and helpful, time will tell whether they fulfil their promise!

Like many others, I have ordered through this site, well you can't say it's a company, there are so many children disappointed Christmas morning, I have never known a site scam so many at the same time, some people have worked and saved all year to end up with nothing to give their kids Christmas day, as a parent myself I wouldn't wish that on anyone, this should be reported to the police,

Promised 3 different delivery dates and now advised to cancel order, No promise of refund just told to ask bank for chargeback which Mastercard do not do. They will chase payment after 30 days.

Fraud theft

Took money without intending to provide goods. Simple theft larceny call it what you will. Sent me every mails telling me refund was on the way. Followed by another instructing me to request a charge back from my bank. Bank knew all about them and have had a substantial amount of customers with the same predicament I was told.

Ruined my daughters! Christmas! One thing she really wanted as i orderd it was gaunteed! To come friday its still not come and on 3 days after xmas and not answering phones or relaying to emails still not arived! Utter bastards! Do not use them ever!

Paid for a PS4 game at the beginning of December was told would arrive next day -didn't -received emails promising would arrive within 72hrs to then finally promising Christmas delivery by 23rd it still never arrived when asked for a refund today I was told don't know how long that would take and recommend I go through my bank as I used my card!

Do not purchase anuthing from these conman.!
Guaranteed delivery means nothing they have stolen thousands of pounds from customers and have made interest on monies that was not there's. I ordered a hatchimal for my five year old and paid over rrp for it as was guaranteed for Xmas. Never arrived and they still have my money.

Ordered a sylvanian cottage 7/12 delivery date was 13-17th called them on the 20th 2 b told they had back log orders and they guarantee delivery b4 Xmas... it's now the 28th and still no delivery... I have called/emailed and get no response! DO NOT use this company ever as they r useless and ur kids will b thoroughly disappointed just like my little girl :( I have emailed twice requesting a refund and still had no contact from them, surprise surprise! A call 2 trading standards is next on my list

Like the rest of the people below, the goods were never delivered even though SavvyBuy guaranteed it would deliver them before Christmas. Then, on 27 Dec, it offered a refund, which I accepted, but this has still not been credited, despite its 24 hr promise. Judging by the posts below, I wonder if this company should be investigated by the online fraud squad?

Ordered a Fitbit on 10th December, then on 17th they emailed to explain they were 72 hours behind with deliveries because of Black Friday and Cyber Monday, but I would have my order by 23rd. Sounded feasible. On 21st I received another email confirming delivery by 23rd. It didn't happen, so I traced their phone number and a message told me it would be 24th. 24th - nothing so I contacted my credit card company and asked for a refund. 27th - another email, apologising for non-delivery and explaining how to cancel and obtain a chargeback from my credit card. Today - 28th, my credit card company confirmed they had credited my account. So I went to Currys and bought my Fitbit for the same price.

What a shambles - there are other words to describe SavviBuy, but I'm sure you get my drift!

BIG SUPRISE... they have shut down their website and not taking any new orders! Lmao. Good thing. Now you CAN email them about your refund. Although I don't know about the rest of you, but once I started chewing them out. They stopped responding to me at all. I hope they all go to jail.

Like everyone else I ordered my daughters main gift in November for delivery between 9th-15th. Got the email about delivery delays. Thought we'd hang in there as was GUARANTEED to arrive before Xmas, I emailed on the 20th as was getting nervous about the parcel arriving, email response was my delivery slot was 23rd december, with what others are saying seems like it was more of an automated response. Since sent a further two emails and had no response! I was heartbroken, the toy was sold out everywhere so couldn't even buy another one! Just hope I can get my money back! Never buy from savvibuy!

Order a Fitbit 2charge 30th Nov. Was guaranteed delivery on the 9th Dec. It never came so I emailed them and left a answerphone message. I then got a email back to say it would def be here by the 23rd Dec. Still it never came.
This company has terrible customer service & now I'm having a fight on my hands to get my money back.
Don't touch this company with a barge pole!

Just like everyone one else on here I ordered iPad on 5th Dec, constantly fobbed off with dates for delivery. They don't answer the phone or emails. I had a very bad feeling about this company so I cancelled my order on the19th December I was lucky enough to be able to order another one from Currys which arrived the next morning my problem now is getting my money paid back to me from these theives I feel even more angry that after reading these reviews a lot of children have not received their Christmas presents. Everyone on here needs to report this so they can be stopped playing with people's lives, I wish I lived close to their addresss because I would be straight round there

Dont ever buy from them!
Ordered hatchimal a month before christmas. Repeatedly recieved guarantees and company assurances it would be delivered and have a tracking number. By the 17th... Didnt happen... Then they said 23rd... Didnt happen. Phone calls to customer service go unanswered. Emails unanswered.

They guarantee. Which is an outright lie. To make the sale. If they were honest about availability and delivery they know customers will take their business elsewhere. They scammed thousands of people this christmas. Out of sheer greed. Your money for presents they never intended to deliver has been accruing interest in their account... Millions of dollars... So while they may end up refunding your money."maybe"... They made plenty of money puposefully disappointing thousands of kids around the world.

Savvibuy is a scam company as far as im concered. They sell products they dont even have..
