So sad&angry! I have the same problem... i ordered 29. November a furbacca furby, they promised first for between dec 8-12, after for Christmas, today dec. 30, still nothing, they dont answering... I hope we can have our money back at least!

Like many others purchased a Christmas present and they did not deliver the goods - they sent emails promising delivery before Christmas - request for refund ignored until 27th December when a final email was sent telling us to obtain a refund from the bank. The latter can take weeks

I placed an order for a "Oral-B electric toothbrush" on the 14th DEC, luckily it wasn't for a Christmas present, just thought the delay was due to the Christmas period so didn't chase it up, then thought I'd leave it until after the festivities, I have done but now cant reach the website or contact them in any way, I cant find a tel no: I will never deal with this SO CALLED company again.

I bought an electric scooter end of Nov. Had the same promise emails as everyone else and no scooter was delivered. Had to go out on xmas eve and buy another present so my son was not dissappointed on christmas day.
How can this be allowed to go on!

I paid 69.99 for ps4 sticks for my sons xmas present you assured me I would receive by xmas but you had no intention to deliver this item and it seems we are not alone. You have taken hard earned money from hard working people and left a lot of children heartbroken. KARMA ALWAYS DELIVERS so enjoy.

This company promised me over and over again they would definitely deliver my order for Christmas... in their words..."We will NOT let you down"... We guarantee you wilk receive your order on 23rd December! Our delivery wagons have left today with your order!... rubbish... all lies... total CON!... take your money but don't deliver!

I've been robbed of £348.00 from this so called firm along with thousands of other people. It's unbelievable that they could do this. I've reported it to the police and if enough people do this The City of London fraud squad will investigate so I really hope you all do so they will be caught and will be held accountable for this. People power!

Paid £231.99 FOR 2 PLAYSTATION GAMING CHAIRS FOR MY KIDS FOR CHRISTMAS ON 8TH DECEMBER i KEPT GETTING EMAILS WITH 3 DIFFERENT DELIVERY DATES THEY NEVER SHOWED UP.

Paid for my item, my sons main Christmas gift... not received it. I've tried phoning only to get an automated message and I've emailed several times only to be sent an automated reply or mail demon return my email as the link doesn't work!
Just want issue sorted and money back so that I don't ever have to deal with this company again!

My story is almost identical to yours, with a tablet for my daughters christmas gift, i've just tried to find the website and its disappeared. How on earth do we tackle this and get our money back? Shocking company!

Ordered goods, took the money on the day and then did not deliver. Like may others these were Christmas presents so had to go and buy again elsewhere. They do not respond to e-mails and phone line just keeps on moving delivery dates out. I am reclaiming through my bank as I cannot get any response out of this company that just basically steals your money.

I ordered my product on the 10th and there's still no sign. I've emailed 10 times, no response, keep ringing and ringing goes straight to an automated answer, I actually hope the company goes bust after ruining 1000s of christmas.

Purchased a Xbox controller 28th November on 5th December received email saying orders delayed because of Black Friday will Definatly receive in time for Christmas its now 29th December still not received can't get on website and emails coming back delayed delivery Help what do I do?

Please don't ever buy from this company, ordered 30/11/16, promised delivery 9th-13th December, chased on 13th promised delivery by 23Rd, still nothing! Asked for a refund, now ignoring emails, surprise surprise! Going to report to Trading Standards etc, disgusting Company!

Not happy would like my money back. They don't even answer you when you send emails after emails, but quick enough to take your money bastards let see how long it take's for them to give it back!

They said my order would be with me by the 23rd of December didn't show up, took money from my bank account on the 19th of December, still nothing has turned up, it's disgusting total crooks.

I ordered Fitbit charge 2 for my daughter on 01 December same as other people on here, this has still not arrived. My daughter came to visit me for Christmas and has now left without her present as I couldn't afford or find another one in time... does anyone know whether these items will ever arrive or how to get money back?
