Never use savvibuy!

So sad&angry! I have the same problem... i ordered 29. November a furbacca furby, they promised first for between dec 8-12, after for Christmas, today dec. 30, still nothing, they dont answering... I hope we can have our money back at least!

Like many others purchased a Christmas present and they did not deliver the goods - they sent emails promising delivery before Christmas - request for refund ignored until 27th December when a final email was sent telling us to obtain a refund from the bank. The latter can take weeks

I placed an order for a "Oral-B electric toothbrush" on the 14th DEC, luckily it wasn't for a Christmas present, just thought the delay was due to the Christmas period so didn't chase it up, then thought I'd leave it until after the festivities, I have done but now cant reach the website or contact them in any way, I cant find a tel no: I will never deal with this SO CALLED company again.

I bought an electric scooter end of Nov. Had the same promise emails as everyone else and no scooter was delivered. Had to go out on xmas eve and buy another present so my son was not dissappointed on christmas day.
How can this be allowed to go on!

I've been robbed of £348.00 from this so called firm along with thousands of other people. It's unbelievable that they could do this. I've reported it to the police and if enough people do this The City of London fraud squad will investigate so I really hope you all do so they will be caught and will be held accountable for this. Paid for my item, my sons main Christmas gift... not received it. I've tried phoning only to get an automated message and I've emailed several times only to be sent an automated reply or mail demon return my email as the link doesn't work!
Just want issue sorted and money back so that I don't ever have to deal with this company again!

We also are amongst the people who have been scammed by SAVVIBUY, we never received a laptop we paid for in Nov nor did we get a refund or make contact with the shop ADVANCETEC so we went to our bank and they gave us a number for Action fraud, after filling in a form from them we today received a letter from Action fraud with a refund for the money, they will be investigating Savvibuy and Advantec to obtain the money from their bank account, My advice to anyone is to contact your bank take all the proof you have E mails etc and NEVER deal with this company again, Watchdog, newspapers, Rochdale police, fraud investigators, Trading standards, are all aware of them, I did read somewhere that they have done this before so BEWARE, I wish all of you that have been robbed by [The store that stole Christmas] the very best and hope you all have a happy outcome XX

Avoid - total con

Ordered goods, took the money on the day and then did not deliver. Like may others these were Christmas presents so had to go and buy again elsewhere. They do not respond to e-mails and phone line just keeps on moving delivery dates out. I am reclaiming through my bank as I cannot get any response out of this company that just basically steals your money.

Item never dispatched

I ordered a Sony Playstation VR Headset on 6th December 2016 with promised delivery by 16th December. The money was taken from my account on 7th December. The item was never dispatched. The company didn't refund me even though I had several emails telling me they had processed a refund. Finally, they sent a generic email saying claim the money back from the bank it was paid from, which is what I did. I would not recommend buying anything from Savvibuy.com after this awful experience.

I ordered Fitbit charge 2 for my daughter on 01 December same as other people on here, this has still not arrived.
