Ordered a PlayStation VR and camera for my son's main Xmas present in November 2016. Promised by a member of staff it would arrive around the 10th December when I managed to get through to them on the one occasion. Got an email to say due to Black Friday the delivery service is delayed and a definite delivery for 23rd of December. Nothing so when I rang the number a automated voice message said if not delivered 23d it would be the 24th. Waited at our company address for the full day on Xmas eve and nothing came. Then got an email to say by the 6th of January and still nothing. I wish I'd of known that so many of us have been scammed and I really hope we all get our money back from this $#*! hole of a company. My sons xmas was ruined and still believes in father Xmas so we had some explaining to do! Good luck everyone.

Kids electric ride car

I buy a Christmas gift for the Son of electric cars for 98 pounds online shop SAVVIBUY. The gift was purchased on December 17 and still do not receive the Son gifts, sends the message that I want to recover the money back to the bank account but their recoverable :(

I ordered two games on the 12th December. The delivery date was the 18th. Emailed the company and have had no reply and no goods. Do not buy anything from this company.

Terrible service

I too have had a similar experience my item has not arrived i paid by credit card the company that took the money are call www.advancetech.com and they have the same address in rochdale has savvibuy and still have a website i believe they are the same company so i am going through the credit card company to try and get a refund but i would advise everybody to avoid both companies like the plague because i ordered off savvibuy and paid advance tech

Please refund my money, order no SVV*******. I cancelled my order on the 22nd December having waited since November the 30th. I requested a refund and it still hasn't arrived. I am now dreadfully concerned having just read reviews for your company. Please at least try to redeem your reputation and refund my money I am very upset and dreadfully disappointed!

Absolutely Fuming! I ordered a iPad for my daughters Christmas present in November. I was told delivery no later then the 9th December and guess what still waiting for my daughters iPad to arrive. Was promised 5 different delivery dates and still no show. Tried calling but never got through, only get voicemail. To top it off ive requested a refund and i have had no replys to my emails since 23rd December. The government and Google should do something about this shame of a company. This company is the first to show on google that is why I used this SAVVIBUY... I feel let down by both and my daughter was extremely upset on Christmas Day... this company is a SHAME!

Fuming ordered end November paid for express delivery and guess what still waiting for my sons Samsung tablet to arrive. Was promised 5 different delivery dates and still no show. Tried calling but never got through now ylu only get voicemail. To top it off ive requested a refund and i have had no replys to my emails since 23rd December. THE GOVERMENT should do something about this sham of a company and so shluld GOOGLE AS i used this SAVVIBUY as it was first on my search list on google... i thought google are meant to support you and prevent fraud... THIS IS FRAUD ZND A SCAM

Placed a order with Savvibuy on the 6th December today is the 3rd January 2017 the Headphones were for my son his Christmas Present. Keep receiving e mails saying delayed they would be delivered on the 23rd December! Load of rubbish & lies been had really annoyed as it had a lock & https thought it was a safe site but can't be! After seeing all the comments on here.
Going to my bank now to try get money back £123.93. Another had customer.

Ordered an LG TV on 5th Dec which, surprise surprise, was delayed and delayed again. All this Black Friday/Cyber Monday back log email excuse from Savvibuy, absolute rubbish. Finally I cancelled in the hope I would get a refund to go out and buy another TV. Sometimes I make myself laugh, am still waiting! Come the 23rd Dec off i went back out to buy another TV but this time from my local Curry's. No money was being spent this time without first having a firm hold of my goods! My bank are currently dealing with the refund but have confirmed that although I paid on a credit card if they are unsuccessful in getting the money from Savvibuy I will have to foot the bill. Happy New Year!

Yes I bought the Apple Watch, or rather paid for it at a 30% discount by clicking through from an Amazon sponsored link. I was in a hurry, didn't research it until too late. Now I am £196 out of pocket unless my bank (Barclays) refunds me - if they do. Moral?
1. If it seems too good to be true it isn't.
2. Don't trust an Amazon 'sponsored link' - they are not sponsoring it, just taking money from the 'sponsor' in this case some clever thieves. Amazon disclaim responsibility but that might not stand up in court. Another reason, if one needed one, to never buy, even via sponsored link, from those tax dodgers at Amazon.
3. If you take a look at the Google street view of the store front and its surrounding area you may get some idea of who is perpetrating this fraud. Enter 40 Tweedale Street Lancashire GB OL11 1HD on Google maps and Check it out!

WAS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE

We ordered a microwave was so pleased at the price £30.95.
But same as all the rest did not come,
Got to contact Bank by telephone which will be a telephone number you pay more money on.
We are both over 70 and just cant afford to waste our little money we have coming in.

Orders not received, was to be here for 24 of December, never arrived, £130 pounds paid for a toaster and feeling a bit burnt now after reading the rest of the reviews on this site, paid on my debit card so i guess i have seen the last of that. Web site is not responding..

Surely a Scam

Like many others, my wife had ordered a gift for Christmas on the 1st of December, money was taken the same day. The first delivery date offered was between the 8th-13th, the product never arrived, my wife chased the company up and was offered a date of delivery for the 24th, nothing arrived. We are now going through our banks fraud team to claim our money back.

I cannot preach enough about how you should not use this company! Please save yourself the hassle.

Shocking company which has spun a web of lies to customers.

I placed an order in mid-November for a hatchimal and received the mail to say the delivery was GUARANTEED! Then a further email came to say that because of the Black Friday backlog their '3rd party distributor's had a delay but I would DEFINITELY be receiving my order just prior to Christmas. Then on 21/12 an email is received to say my order is being prepared at one of their 'Fulfillment' centres - having seen photo's of one in Rochdale these are actually dingy rundown shops!

Then on 23/12 - nothing! An update on the 'customer service' line stated that again the poor 3rd party distributors would complete the remaining orders on 24/12. Again nothing arrives, and this shocking two bob bunch of clowns send an email stating we can cancel the orders (clearly they never intended to fulfill these) but would have to ask our bank to do a chargeback... you couldn't make it up!

An absolute sham, do not go near them and if you have placed an order request a refund before they go into administration! I pity the staff who work there because they need to but I won't shed a tear for the crook who runs it.

Like all other comments promised to deliver by 23rd after saying that extra delivery staff have been taken on to cope i believe that they took orders for items that they did not have in stock i had an email offering to refund and i have actioned this with my credit card company
