I ordered a laptop for my daughter on 9th of December and was promised it would be delivered by 16th. My wife received an email on the 15th stating they are very busy and that it would hopefully be delivered by xmas. We have tried contacting them over 30 times but each time, we keep getting put through to an automated answer machine, to which we have left numerous messages. I'm extremely disappointed and angry that a company (if that's what they are) are quick to take your money but do not promise to meet these delivery dates, if we get it delivered at all. Do not buy from these... absolute rip off... that's our xmas ruined! Thanks savvibuy
I ordered my daughter a hatchimal for Christmas and paid £89. I was promised delivery by 9-13. It's December 20th and still no delivery. I hope they realize the sorrow and painful disappointment they are causing children and their parents. I'm currently awaiting a tearful Christmas morning without a hatchimal thanks to Savvibuy.
Looking at the details of this company, the website was initially registered this September and the associated twitter account only created in November. Their details at companies house are for a dormant company until this year.
In other words if you I think you should contact your credit card company immediately if you paid that way and don't expect to see what you have ordered.
I ordered a microwave two weeks ago. Its the 20 december and Im still waiting. Theyre hopeless. I am hoping to get a refund but I reckon Ill have to get it back from my credit card company.

Ordered 28 November 16, advised delivery 8-12 December. The took payment straight away! 20th December... still no goods!
Cant get a reply from email or phones just take you to answer phone, which no one replies.

Placed an order 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received it yet! Can't get through via the phone and no luck with e mail. Will never use this company again. They took my money though!

Ordered item never received now cannot contact them blocked on Facebook. Facebook page set up about them
Well no delivery, no delivery tracking number, no refund, dodgy random refund code, no reply to emails, blocked from facebook page and their messenger service. Not answering on any number in excess of 50 calls.
Had to cancel card as they took further payments from others, have to wait a couple of weeks now before the bank can claim my money back.

Really really bad ordered a ps4 all paid for no tracking or shipping time said before Christmas I've call a number of times no answer sent emails no reply. Gonna have to contact the bank. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ITS A SCAM

Ordered a PS4 VR was told delivery would be the between 11th and 16th DEC, Abdolutely nothing has come no response AND YET THEY ARE STILL TRADING with no intentions of sending the goods! I've had no refund either, NOT HAPPY, I'm contacting TRADING STANDARDS!
I ordered my daughters christmas present on cyber monday with the 8th being the delivery date. GUESS WHAT IT DIDNT ARRIVE so i contacted the was told they were behind on delivery but i would get it on the 13th GUESS WHAT IT NEVER ARRIVED i contact them again was told they were working hard to deliver my item and i would revive before christmas. I have made a order with them on 28 of november the price of my item is 1300 and they say I will recive it between 13 and 17 december before i make the purchese i did gave them a call and ask them if will recive it on time and they say yes but didn't happen and and now can't get in touch with them do not buy fuking scam not recommended so anggry
I ordered on 30 Nov. Delivery should have been 9-13th Dec. NOTHING.
Then I got an email saying delivery was up to 72 hours late... NOTHING.
When I enquired on 18th, only then was I told I will receive before Xmas. I doubt that will be the case.
I can't start how pissed I am! To just point it out nicely... I have placed an order on Dec 5th for two items! I called couple days later to confirm my promised delivery of 12-16 of december as advertised! Well i kept calling and was being reassured by their staff that I will get the item! Rest assured i shipped it to my friends house because she was coming to the UAE and she was going to bring the two things for me for my kids christmas present! I am beyond belief angry! The staff all they said was so sorry its that time of year! But the first email i received the item wasn't even in stock the next dec 13th saying everything is being delayed because of the cyber deals / boxing day... FRAUD! They are not only false advertising that the items do arrive on the date they don't! I've been trying to get ahold of someone regarding my order since last few days to cancel it! What a joke do not order anything from them!
