Don't buy anything from this company, honestly the worst customer service ever. The products are not as they appear in the images, not good quality and good luck getting a refund. Don't buy!
Sarah Ashleyofficial has great service and their customer satisfaction is the best. The process was quick, I'm satisfied with my purchase. I was very pleased with the results of my online order. Order arrived quickly and everything was packaged very well.
I should have done more research. I ordered what I thought was an elegant looking dress. It arrived some weeks later and looks VERY unlike the photo online, with ugly sequence and a waistband that looks like it came from a sweatshirt. When I contacted them to return it, the chat representative just kept apologizing and offering me a deal to get something else in the store for the same price, and to even keep the dress. Clearly, they don't care about giving away two crappy items for the price of one, as long as they keep your money.
I am a happy customer of sarah-ashleyofficial. Every product of Sarahashley is really remarkable and very unique. Product quality was too good. And also like there web design. I am truly satisfied with there delivery system. I recommend this service to all of my friends and family members.

This company is aweful, I recommend not shopping here. The dress I recieved was not the dress I ordered. I returned the dress with the expectation of my refund which they said would be sent immediately, over 2 months later and I still have not recieved my refund and they are not responding to my emails. So I highly stress do not order from this so called company
I ordered a coat for my son for Christmas from a company call Well Worn Studios. I received it quickly but I noticed it came through on my credit card as Sarah Ashley which made me wonder. The coat didn't fit so I started the return process. They offered me the chance to buy any of their items for $39 and keep the coat. I wanted my money back so I told them I wanted to go through with the return. I had to send them a picture of the coat then they sent me the address to send the return to, I had to send them the tracking information on the package. Lots of hoops to jump through. Then began the months long string of emails between me and them which has led to me still not getting a refund. They even emailed me one day and told me that for some reason they tried to refund to my original payment method but it wouldn't go through. They sent me a screenshot of the supposed attempt at the transaction and then asked me to set-up a PayPal account for the refund. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they attempted to contact them but did not receive a response. I just can't believe that these thieves are allowed to stay in business and get away with this. In the meantime I am out $155 dollars.
Not only are the products different from photos, they are low quality and NOT good. They also say that you can return your items for full refund at your expense. When I sent my $400 worth of clothing back, never worn with tags, not only did they make me send a bunch of photos, and jump through hoops to send at my expense, they still 2 months later have NOT sent me my refund. They keep going in circles copy/pasting the same email over and over without sending my money. I ordered on Paypal so they think they can get away with it but they cannot. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They need to be reported.
THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY! AND DO NOT SPEND A DIME THERE! DO NOT BUY A THING, AND IF YOU ATTEMPT TO RETURN THE ITEM THEY DO NOT HONOR THE RETURN! REPORT THIS COMPANY TO THE BBB AND GET THESE SCUM SHUT DOWN!
My friend and I purchased items at the same time, there was no communication or tracking sent after we placed the order. My friend finally received her order after 3 months, but it was not what she ordered. I never received my order. I reached out to their service desk and I received an auto-response 3 times. I finally disputed my purchase through PayPal, and they replied with a vague auto response. I replied back to them, and the same response came through. I never ended up getting my $100+ order.
I purchased a dress for a wedding through the site. The wrong size was sent to me.
After emailing them for a bigger size I was told they didn't carry it. I asked for a refund and an entire month later I have yet to receive my refund. They aren't responding to my emails anymore. The amount owed to me is $112.00. I would NOT recommend them at all to ANYONE!

Sarah Ashley is a SCAM. If you read a positive review it is not true. You will not get a refund and will get illiterate emails when you try to correspond about the issue.
I purchased a jacket February 14, I didn't receive it until March 11. I've been trying to contact them for 2wks to return it because it's too big following their refund procedure. No one has responded and no one is answering their phone. Never again!
This company did not process my order for many weeks. It took one month to receive a dress that I paid for special shipping and it did not arrive in time for my event. Once received I then asked for a return and they said no returns unless it's damaged basically. No thank you. This is not how to do online business. I do NOT recommend this company at all.
I am a happy customer of this site. I like this site service. I ordered a fashion product from this site and the product quality is just awesome. This is my best option for buy any fashion product. I really appreciate this service.
I just love their clothes. The dresses are phenomenal. I received one as a gift and since then bought two others. Delivery time is good. Next time I might get a pair of summer shoes, I like the looks

Answer: I feel your pain. I asked for return info in December, got an answer in January, returned it asap and am STILL waiting for refund...
