This company is bogus please avoid it. It's two months now since I ordered for a dress, but haven't received it yet. Worse still there's zero communication from them.

Purchased a blazer from this company ( Sarah Ashley) thinking that it was a genuine one later discovered that all the items are coming from China bad quality. Waited over 2 months to get my blazer came finally ( cheap quality, size not near the true size...
Never buying again from them such a scammers

DO NOT BUY

Please don't be a fool like me and buy from Sarah Ashley. I ordered one skirt which it took forever to arrive only to be disappointed.

The material is eBay CHEAP and the button was off the skirt. Not to mention the zipper - if you wash the skirt trust the skirt will not even last.

Worse product ever!

No Follow up Still

After 3 months of waiting on my blazer no Follow up I reached out three times They have never reached out to me They do respond right away I reached out yesterday and was told it was lost and the have no control over the mail True can you let the customer know?

Worst Company Ever-Do Not Buy
April 10, 2021

My experience was so bad this almost seems like a scam. They are charging $100 for a blazer and the blazer is worth maybe $30, I asked about returns and they said they can exchange for $35 and I could keep my items or donate them... huh? I only received one of 3 items. The other 2 are lost in the mail and they told me to contact USPS after USPS already returned to sender. I had already waited almost 2 months. The sizes are completely off and there is no brand label on the garment.

I just received my Sarah Ashley purchase. First, it was shipped and received timely, much sooner than expected. Great communication with seller. The jacket is just as described and seen on website. I am not disappointed in the least bit. Overall, really happy with my purchase. Thank you.

My experience has been extremely negative. Their shipping tracking number says Aliexpress. I found every item I had purchased on Aliexpress way cheaper. I waited for almost 2 months, still no items. After contacting Sarah Ashley Customer service, getting nowhere I contacted my creditor and filed a dispute and my bank got my money back.
Now, these people are calling my home number. Nuts!

Never dealt with such craziness.
