I placed an order in October never received the merchandise. I emailed them initially, they gave some lame excuse. Then I contacted my bank and they actually denied the claim to the bank. Here it is 2 1/2 months later I still have nothing and they haven't given back my $267... they are THIEVES!
I wish I read the reviews before ordering! Still haven't received any update on my order and only get automated email bogus responses! I'm so pissed! I tried to dispute the transaction with the bank but the Sarah Ashley (duo scammers) actually proved that the customer did purchase it and we are not a scam but won't bloody provide any information on the order! Bloody thieves!
I wish I had done better research before ordering from this joke of a "company". I'm usually better at checking online stores but this was an error on my part to not research.
I placed an order on Aug 26th. It is now Dec 2nd and my item was never shipped and they have now been giving me lip service on my refund for over a month. I'm now disputing the transaction with my financial institution in an effort to be refunded.
They have no phone number to speak with someone and their responses to email inquiries about my order/refund are constantly riddled with "we are so sorry. We understand. We ask for continued patience"
This is not how a good company does business and if I could I would give them 0 stars. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB to hopefully help others avoid this scam.
I ordered two dresses for a total of $198.94 on September 5 for my son's wedding on Halloween day. I had not received them a month later, despite being guaranteed a quick delivery, so I emailed the company at the suggested "*******@sarah-ashleyofficial.com" address. I have done this twice now, several weeks apart, and received this message, twice.
"Hi Annette,
Thank you very much for reaching out to us at Sarah Ashley. I hope your day has been great so far.
Please know that this has now been duly escalated for follow-up and immediate action. We will be sure to have this resolved for you as soon as possible. We'd also like to sincerely apologize for all the inconveniences you've had and we promise that we are taking care of this for you from here. We might not be able to resolve it right away but we'll make sure that we get a favorable update for you as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience and understanding through all this. We wish you an amazing week ahead."
STILL NO MERCHANDISE. I have written them two more times, with NO RESPONSE, and have also called their number: +1 *******126. I was able to leave a voicemail, though they recommend writing instead. STILL NO RESPONSE.
I believe this website is a scamming website. My computer will not even allow me on the website, stating it is "phishing site" when I try to click "track my order."
Steer clear, or you will lose your money!
They sent the wrong size blazer, AFTER waiting 3 weeks for it to come straight from China. I emailed them. NO RESPONSE. I submitted a claim through PayPAL with proof of all receipts, messages, photos. After denying the partial refund of $27 of $89.99 that the company offered, they agreed to to full refund after item was returned and received. I provided tracking info and proof of delivery to PayPal. They said the info was incomplete so therefore it was decided in Sellers favor. No refund. I copy and pasted tracking and checked multiple times. The info is ACCURATE! PayPal doesn't protect buyers from Scammers! Beware!
Sarah Ashley is a scam- will never get product or a refund. I placed an order in august and it has not shipped and are refusing to refund! Buyer beware!
I am in Australia and found the product excellent. I ordered 5 jackets and fitted so well and received prompty. Could not have had better service and fit
Don't buy anything from here. You won't ever receive it. I ordered a jacket on September 2nd and still haven't received it on November 14th. I tried to communicate with them and they ignored me. I filed a claim with paypal and they finally emailed me saying it would be shipped in 5-7 days. That was 30 days ago
I ordered from these people four months ago and requested a refund two months ago at that point they told me to continue to wait and be patient. They have told me multiple times now that my order is in process they have told me that my order has been escalated they've told me that my request for refund has been escalated to a specialty team and it has been two months and nothing has happened. I have emailed them every single day for the last three weeks and yesterday received this…

These people are liars and thieves! Do not give them your money! They will give you nothing in return and keep what you've already given them.
Stay away from this company. I ordered a jacket. The chemical smell coming from it was overwhelming and it didn't fit. I got the info and returned it. For the last 5 months they asked me several times for proof of return, purchase. Picture of receipt. I provided all of it. It was obvious they were giving me the runaround and weren't going to refund me. I would stay far away from this company. Now I look thoroughly at reviews before I order.
I purchased an item on 27 July 2021 and I never received the product until today 10 November 2021 (almost 4 months ago). They keep on delaying by making excuses that they are experiencing problem with them system and shipment. It is a complete lie. If you do not want to waste your money, please do not buy from this store. I've made payment using paypal and I have just made a request from paypal to get my money back. It is a Chinese online company that tried to rip us off.
I ordered a dress August 31,2021... today is November 3,2021. All I received is automated email responses. I have tried a dispute via Paypal but as long as I am receiving automated email responses, I can not get a refund. I feel so stupid for ordering with this company. They are 100% a scam.

I am convinced that this company is a complete scam. I ordered a pair of earrings 3 months ago to wear to my daughter's wedding. Not only did they not arrive by the wedding, they have yet to refund my money after multiple requests. They told me to wait until I receive the order. 3 months later... no shipment. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! They should be prosecuted for fraud.

Do not touch them with a bargepole! Crooks and scammers. A total nightmare. After our order was placed they said our address did not exist; the address I have lived in for almost twenty years. We confirmed it by sending scans of documents but still no goods arrived. Finally we claimed our money back from PayPal. They tried to argue and lied continuously to both us and PayPal but we succeeded. PayPal were great - I don't think it was the first time they have come across these scammers. There are many others who have had identical experiences to ours.

Not sure where I should began or end but lets jus say I placed an order in the first week of August and still have yet to receive my item. Its mid October. Ive sent countless emails they out to be ashamed but I'm sure they're not. The items, from looking at the website seem fab HOWEVER, DO NOT GET SUCKED IN. You'll be extremely disappointed.
And then after all this I tried to login to the website even though I have signed up for it is telling me my password doesn't exist and my email address doesn't exist too But they are still sending me advertisement to the email that it says it doesn't exist.

I ordered a dress at the beginning of August. I asked for a tracking number 2 weeks later. Finally after weeks of emailing them, they told me it was lost in transit. I've been trying to get a refund for a month. Their address says they're in Los Angeles, but it's in China. They don't even have a phone number. It's a total scam.
Answer: This company is a SCAM. Do not buy anything from them. They will rob you and there's nothing you can do.
