ZERO STARS! Do not buy from Sarah Ashley. Their clothes are cheap and don't fit. If you send it back they will say they will refund you but they will not. I have reported them for fraud to the FTC and PayPal.
Submitted an order two weeks ago and payment has been made. No order number, dress has not shipped. Tried cancelling as it won't arrive in time (30 days to Canada and it's not even been shipped yet). After many back and forth emails I've been told that their policy does not offer cancellation but they are happy to process a return after I receive the dress and I will have to pay for return shipping and a restocking fee? What a scam! So all in all it'll be about 2 months from order to receipt, and I'm going to lose money. I can rye you not to order from them…any positive reviews are probably fake/paid. Trust the nay-sayers here friends…Sarah Ashley is a scam!
I revived my package, it was horrible! Everything is just TRASH. I asked for a return label and they didn't give me one for A MONTH. NOW I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK FOR ANOTHER MONTH, THEY HAVEN'T EVEN TALKED BACK NORMALLY BESIDES FAKE AUTO EMAIL. THEY ARE DIRY LIARS.
Imagine if you lived in China, set up a website, "sold" millions of dollars worth of products and then disappeared before you could be held accountable. This is Sarah Ashley.
Please Please Please do not give these folks your money, because you'll be doing just that... giving ur money away. They won't give you your order... nor will they send you a refund. These people are nothing nice. Scammers! And Theives!
WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS!
My order took over 2 months to arrive, and when i returned it because the merchandise did not arrive on time for the even i had, they refused to provide me with a return label. So i went ahead and paid for the return. The merchandise shows it has arrived at their location and they will not refund me my money. Over $150 worth of clothes. It has been 2 weeks now of the delivery date and no ones will answer my emails nor provide me with a phone number that works. The number on their website DOES NOT WORK.
I purchased a dress on 1/25 and never received a confirmation number. I reached out to call them, but they don't have a phone that they answer, so you have to send an email that appears to be a "system" as message are vague and robotic. It has been 15 days and I have yet to receive a shipping confirmation despite repeated unanswered requests. I have asked for a refund as they were happy to charge my card, yet state they can't due to a their cancellation policy that is not posted nor will they send (per my request). I have now had to dispute the charge with my credit card company as I am certain this is a scam. It's unfortunate that these companies exists. Please do not give them your money... you won't get your purchase.
Horrible company. The products look nothing like photos on website. The sizing is off by at least 3 sizes. I sent my item back for a refund and all I get is email after email about them working on my refund. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY! You will regret it.
I ordered from this company before I looked at the reviews, and after looking at the reviews my heart sank. Please believe the reviews. This is the first time I've ever written a review and it's simply to warn others. I have already taken the loss of almost $70. After I ordered in August of 2021, the site was taken down for a short period. Then I reached out to them. They did not remember my order and asked me to send them my order information. Then they sent emails saying my order was being processed. I reached out again and they apologized for delay. It is February 2022 and I have received nothing. They took the money out of the account immediately upon ordering. And what's more of an insult is that I continue to get advertising emails from them. This is very disappointing and so sad that this company is still up and running, able to scam more and more people. With all of the negative reviews, my question is what can be done to this company?
I bought $600 worth of clothes from Sarah Ashley. When the items arrived they had stains on them and the clothes didn't fit. I contacted the customer service email to return my items and they told me I should just give my clothes away and accept a $39 credit to their store. I'm sorry, $600 doesn't equal a $39 store credit on any day of the week. Sarah Ashley will email you back and forth encouraging you to take this miserable store credit instead of letting you make a return. After I insisted on returning my items for actual American currency, Sarah Ashley said all the shipping fees would be at my expense. 10 emails back and forth, terrible customer service, and I'm pretty sure at this point, I'll never get my money back. Don't waste your time or money buying from this site. Sarah Ashley is a horrid company—I wish I could give it less than one star.
Extremely poor customer service. I ordered an XL skirt and jacket, the sizing is very small. When l contacted this vendor to provide a return address, l received an email asking if l want to purchase a larger size for a discount. In essence, this seller wants me to keep the current product even though the items are small.
I made a purchase since Oct 2021which did not fit. Send it back with tracking number and receipts that how much I paid and they signed they received it and they keep saying they did not. I have been email them since I send the product back for a replacement and they put only excuses to me. No replacement yet neither an answer. I contacted my credit card company to contact them, but they are not answering me. Worse place to buy. Please review this company before to put an order. I did not. I will never buy again. Please not buy in here.
I wish I had seen the reviews prior to taking a chance on making a purchase as my review echos many others. I purchased a blouse; delivery took about 4 weeks but that I can deal with. But the blouse itself was not as pictured on the website. The quality of the material was nice but every other detail was inconsistent with advertised.
Was supposed to be full button down but came with 4 buttons at the collar like a pullover; straight sleeves, I received raffled sleeves; opaque body, was a sheer body and got a camisole with the order. But even worse was the sizing. I ordered a size up, large and the sleeves, which were pictured as full to the wrist barely came to my elbows.
Same issue as others with a return request; told to keep it, gift it, or sell it and purchase another item on site for $35. Huh, is right!
The return process has been a nightmare and since I haven't been able to track the item, they don't want to proceed with the refund, even though I had to send numerous pictures of the item prior to getting the return address and after including a confirmation of the original order receipt. Why do all that jumping through hoops just for them to say, even if they received it they have hundreds of returns and wouldn't be able to distinguish mine.

The worst online purchase ever... I wish I looked up here instead of the wrong reviews on trustpilot! I am shocked that over there the truth is not written but only here I found out about the company but now it is too late... I already made a purchase and deeply regret as the quality of the wrong item send is only China made, embarrassingly cheap and I feel ripped off! Never, ever buy from them. They need to be thrown into jail forever.
Don't order there. I've ordered a dress and I receive one that is not the model I've ordered and paid more than 100 euros. The quality of that dress is aweful, probably aliexpress items but for a lot of money... They don't want to pay the shipping to send them back this ugly dress and they still dit not refund me or sending me the one I acrually ordered. (even if I do not want it) they say the shipping cost is too expensive so I have to pay for their mistake or I can buy anything for 39euros and keep the ugly dress... nice. I dont want anything again from them.
They will take your money, send you a fake update about where your product is and then disappear. No one answers from the company. This is not a real company, just a front to steal your money.
Everything about this site is a lie. Tried to get a refund on a leather skirt that was suppose to be and XL, but was a kids size 10. Offered me to buy something again from there site for half the price $39. All I can say is don't do it, I swear I should have read the reviews first!
I paid $127US for a jacket that was delivered in poor condition, badly made, and the wrong size. A complete rip off. They claim to be based in the USA, but it is a Chinese owned rip off. Customer service based in China ignore emails, and when they finally respond it's a "cut n paste" response suggesting you "donate" the faulty item (at your cost) and then repurchase at your expense. They'll only reply if you raise a dispute through PayPal. AVOID THIS COMPANY OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF.
I purchased a blazer 8/11 for the upcoming fall season here it is Christmas 5 months and no item, they emailed me in October saying it's taking a little bit longer and the will get back with me, that was 2 months ago and still no email or item. This company needs to be tooken down they are really out here scamming people I will do everything I can to make sure they pay for what they are doing
I definitely should have read the reviews. I tried to contact them to cancel my order and 6 days and multiple emails still no response. I swear if they don't cancel my order and refund I will do everything in my power to not only report them to the BBB but make sure they can't do business.
Answer: This company is a SCAM. Do not buy anything from them. They will rob you and there's nothing you can do.

Answer: I feel your pain. I asked for return info in December, got an answer in January, returned it asap and am STILL waiting for refund...
