Mauvaise qualité, loin d'être ce qu'on voit en ligne, tailles incohérentes. Donc, on paie beaucoup trop cher pour ce qu'on reçoit, mais en plus, c'est impossible à retourner.
C'est une véritable arnaque.

Ordered a pair of "high heel" shoes, 13 cm heels, size 37,5 brand "Sarah Ashley". Waited almost one month, to receive a brand new pair of plasticky crap, 8 cm heels, size 37, brand "Carollabella", a completely different kind of product (and by the way, they come in a wrong size so they don't fit at all). Asked for refund, didn't even received a reply. Of course the site mentioned "full refund". Of course the shoes received, besides the wrong size and the wrong "brand", have NOTHING to do with the shape of those ordered (which, by the way, is an exact copy of a uber-famous Italian designer, the bespoke "blade" shoes from Raoul Casadei).
Unfortunately Trustpilot does not allow me to publish the pictures so you could see by yourself what I have received and what I bought. I would like that those at Sarah Ashley would not treat customers like stupids, thinking that they absolutely need to spend 70 USD on a pair of Chinese crappy shoes that have nothing to do with the product they pretend to sell, and that they didn't even care about putting their brand on. I could have bought those shoes on a Chinese site for 10 USD, so what? I urge a reply from S.A.

Total Scam

Beware! It's a total SCAM. Sarah Ashley also called "Club Giv". Purchased via PayPal from an Instagram ad 2 dresses 7/27/21. Did not receive my order, finally read scam reviews, filed for resolution with PayPayl 8/8/21. "*******@sarah-ashleyofficial.com" emailed me a tracking number, and a site for an unknown shipper, that said "delivery August 27-28". So I foolishly believed that and let the 20-day PayPal claim period expire. Obviously I never got what I paid $240 for. Now Sarah Ashley tells me they have technical difficulties. Complete SCAM. Now when I try to track here https://www.yuntrack.com/track/detail?id=YT************** it says it's pending pickup. OMG what a waste.

I placed an order over a month ago. I never received tracking info and emailed several times asking for it. The respond I got was "you should have received it already." The next day, the site no longer exists. Now I have to dispute the transaction on my credit card to get a refund.

Scam

They won't ship anything and always pretend to be checking the issue. Their site was shut down and I just saw they made another fake one using "William David". Scammers!

Normally I would have checed, however I used a pay over time company that apparently has known that Sarah Ashley is a fraud and keeps allowing them to stay on their platform to scam other customers. I lace my order on 8/2/21 and when I noticed I didn't receive a confirmation, I looked at reviews. What I saw scared me. WAY too many complaints of never receiving the items or receiving junk. I immediately tried to cancel, and all of a sudden they say too late its been processed not shipped. They forget their lies, as they wrote back on the BBB that they are a small family run business so, something being processed means nothing as they haven't even shipped and in all of our email exchanges have never provided tracking and they admit they dont even have it yet. I should ave been able to cancel easily and them simply return my monies, but they fight to keep your money and never send you your items. They lie and feel entitled to your hard earned dollars. This place needs to be shut down.

BE WARNED OF SARAH-ASHLEY

I ordered a jacket on August 18,2021 (which as pictured says has been received), another picture shows the same on August 20,2021 (3 days later) and paid for rush shipping. It was promised to arrive within days and still hasn't arrived. I reached out to cancel on August 21,2021 and was told the order couldn't be canceled because it was already removed from inventory and shipped. Then they tried offering me some future discounts: we couldn't get the first order right so why would we do that? Today is September 1,2021 and the order still shows not ready (pictured below). I would suggest taking a different shopping avenue. You will not get your order nor will you get your money back.

Terrible sizing

This $#*! clothing brand is made in China and the sizes are in Asian sizes. They give the illusion of being a high end American fashion brand but ots just made in China and not even sized properly. I followed the size guide and still they managed to disappoint.

Worst company

Bought two blouses with this company on July 17 and this is august 17 still no blouse! All I get is excuses, I wish I had read the reviews and I bet they will respond to this review saying they tried to help and the customer didn't reply. I believe this is the worst place to shop! Customer service is crap. Stay away from this store! Had I known it was coming from China that would have been a red flag. Stay away

Don't waste your time

Worst service I've ever come across online. Ordered in June. Advised, that with Covid permitting, dress would arrive 4 weeks. That was ok. After I hadn't received tracking details I emailed, with a reply giving me a tracking number. According to that, not even picked up. Received email this morning stating my dress has only just been shipped today. After emails stating it was definitely on its way. Dress was for daughters wedding but won't be now as it's going to be way too late. Thanks for nothing Sarah Ashley.

I am still waiting for a coat I ordered in June 2021. It is now August 2021. This is a scam site. They literally steal your money. I will not allow my money to be stolen from Sarah Ashley. There are more honest ways to earn money. Shut the site down and take the honest route in life.

Thieves! Be careful

Sarah Ashley are Chinese scammers who are writing their own positive reviews because they know that genuine buyers like me think their cheap Chinese clothes are horrible and their service is crap... Stay away from Sarah Ashley - they are not in the United States, they are in China. They never refunded me, even if I paid the postage and send them their articles back!

I ordered two jackets and boots from this company on the 3rd of February with the impression they were in the US but they are actually in China. 4 months later I had still not received my order and they were taking me back and forth and didn't want to give my refund. Thank God I'd ordered through PayPal that made them give me my full refund eventually!

I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS -SO MANY, MANY PROBLEMS NOW I LOG ONLINE ON THEIR WEBSITE IT SAY I NEVER PURCHASED ANYTHING BUT MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED.
IT HAS BEEN A ROLLER COASTER WITH THIS COMPANY. I KNOW MY CHARGE WAS ONLY $52.65 BUT I REFUSE TO LET THEM TAKE IT... I REFUSE!

Cheap rubbish clothes with slow postage

The clothes look nothing like they do on the Sarah Ashley website. They're cheap and nasty and come from China. Postage takes months (from China) and they don't reply to emails. This company is the worst. I'd give it zero stars if I could. AVOID!

Impossible to return!

I purchased a purse from this online retailer. 1st it took forever to arrive and when it did the quality was not as depicted in the photo online. Since that time I have been struggling to return it as they supposedly offer a 30 day back guarantee, but don't fall for this! Only automated responses to emails and can never get a person at either phone number.

I would like to say their customer service response is quick and friendly. I order 3 what I find to be a little pricey jackets and blazers for the quality. The styles are fantastic I want everything on the site but first off they run extremely small. And off sizing. The medium faux leather jacket fit like a glove while the large blazers were all too tight. Normally if rbis has been my experience I would give up on that merchant but I am willing to try again since they offered me an exchange situation where I still have to come out of pocket but at least they were willing to work with me. Where as other merchants just left me feeling screwed over. I have 2 stars one for style abs one for customer service response time. They would have earned 2 more stars probably if it was a no hassle return policy with a free shipping label for return! However, I love the clothes too much to give up. I will try again!
