I purchased a dress and then found the reviews, panicked and tried to cancel my order. I received no help from the company. I blocked the payment from my credit card, which worked but the credit card company forwarded me a COMPLETE lie of an email from SA claiming that I had received the dress and was not responding to their emails. What completely liars!
They charged me $50 per month for over 3 month, also they charged me $107 for a dress that I never received, I called numerous times no answer, sent multiple e-mail, kept saying still processing! After over 4 month still did not get my dress nor my money back from Sa styles. I had to file a dispute with my bank to get all my money back also had to cancel my card completely. Such a scammer please read reviews before buying from this fictional website!
This is terrible. I purchased an item(s) on Sept 5 for $129.99. All seemed well until a charge for $49.99 for the months following (Oct.4, Nov 3) I NEVER agreed to this "subscription" or whatever you call it. I have called and emailed the company no less than 6-7 times. When someone does answer the phone I have been assure that these charges will be refunded to my original form of payment. NOTHING has happened except more charges. I am in contact with the BBB of AZ as well as the Attorney General of AZ. This is fraud and I am willing to go as far as I have to to resolve this.
I returned over $200 and received a store credit - I tried to use the code and it doesnt work and I have emailed them 10 times over the past months - I have received the automated "your email is being reviewed for months - but no response!
Also their clothing runs at least 2 sizes smaller than the measurements on the size guide.
I ordered a dress that I literally saved up for. Never as a mom of 4 have I spent so much on a dress for myself. We had a wedding out of state and I was so excited to get this. Well I ordered dress almost 2 months before wedding...wedding came and passed. I have reached out several times and keep getting the run around. I figured I would use this dress for next big family gathering in july. Well at this point I am not hopeful and I am out $160 of hard earned money. I hate that there are companies like this and I have decided to put in a dispute with my credit card company at this point. It is now june 24th and I ordered early april. This is ridiculous.
I placed my order and it never shipped but they processed my payment. I reached out multiple times and was given a different excuse every time for why my order never came. They made promises but never refunded me. I doubt this company is in any way legitimate. Don't waste your money or time.
I ordered a dress for an event, after not getting it on time I called to cancel the order and they said it was too late. The delivery time was supposed to be 4 weeks and I got the dress after 3 months. I sent it back and now they said they can't refund the money and gave me a gift card,,,like if I want to order from them again.
Save your money and your trouble and DO NOT ORDER from these scammers.
Please don't be taken in by the pretty pictures online! I wish I'd read these reviews before I purchased! I bought 2 dresses from their site. (it used to be Sarah Ashley, now I see they've updated it to SA Styles) The dresses claimed to be on sale but they were still pretty expensive. They took a long time to arrive. Despite ordering mediums, which I always wear, they were excessively tight. One of them I couldn't begin to wear, the arm holes were so small. I could barely zip the other one. Both were Extremely cheaply made and poor quality fabric. I tried to return them but they said I couldn't because they were "on sale" - an obvious sales tactic to keep you from returning something they know you won't be happy with! Very frustrating!
With that said, they are both very pretty. If you are exceptionally skinny in the arms and torso and looking for a fun party dress that no one will inspect too closely for the level of quality, these would be a fun choice. They are modest and very festive, with a vintage vibe.
It took them weeks and then months to send my oder.
All in all, it appeared to be fraudsers who have never sent me anything, they just took their time.
They are stating that it was delivered but in fact, it wasn't.

I have ordered from here twice, the quality of the product is OK but it takes months to receive that's not OK for me, I understand shipping time, but the processing time was two months that is ridiculous
I payed for my expensive dress, but NEVER received it. WARNING!
When I mail them, they keep giving fake answers, like "it's now on its way"...but it never arrives!
All their products just looks nice on pictures, in reality they are garbage, very low quality materials.
Not worth the price at all.

Same story as many others, dress ordered in May, as of late October still no dress. Started asked for money back a month ago, I've been more than patient enough. They are giving me the run around. I'll be filing a complain with my bank next.
I placed an order on 8/15/22 and still have no order information or merchandise. I emailed from their website on 9/17/22 and got no reply. I have called the "customer service" number and it's a random call center with reps who don't even have access to their sale system. All they tell you is to track your order and try emailing them. This website is a total scam. Do not spend a dime on anything there!
I unfortunately didn't check the web before ordering over $300 worth of clothes. Three months later. No clothes and no human contact that will help me get a refund! SCAM!
I wish I would have read reviews before I ordered a dress from this store. Mine is the same story as everyone here. It's been a month since I ordered and no dress. I've emailed asking about my order and they just keep saying they're looking into it. I sent an email requesting a refund. Lesson learned. I doubt I'll get the dress or my money back. Don't buy from here.
Do not purchase from this online shop. They take your money and do not send your products. Seven months and nothing. They are a scam!
I have spoken with a man and asked him a question. His response was "I don't know, I'll have someone call you back. O one ever did. Yesterday I spoke with their answering service, I told them I had some questions. She told me she would have someone email me. Not heard anything back yet. I'm thinking it would not be smart to purchase any dresses from them as I will never be able to reach anyone should there be issues with the product.
Same story as everyone else. I ordered and paid $200, so not a small amount. A month later I still don't have the dress and the customer support people are giving me excuse after excuse. What a scam. I've applied for Paypal protection, so hopefully I get it back eventually
I ordered two dresses on August 7, which is 6 1/2 weeks again and am yet to receive anything! I have emailed the company multiple times asking them to cancel the order and refund me the $200+ I spent and they keep telling me it is shipping! It has been apparently "shipping" for a few weeks now! I needed these dresses for a wedding at the end of August and no longer have a need for them. They have not shipped my items, yet they refuse to refund my order. This company is a total scam and unethical! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER AS YOU WONT ACTUALLY RECEIVE THE PRODUCT!
All I want is a refund and they refuse to give it despite the products not yet being shipped. Ridiculous!
Answer: This company is a SCAM. Do not buy anything from them. They will rob you and there's nothing you can do.
