DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY

I purchased a blazer and dress on May 27th amounting to over $200 dollars. It is September 16th and I have yet to receive my items. I reached out after 2 weeks of not receiving my items and was told by customer service that they were backed up and the items were in the way… 4 weeks later I reached out. I didn't hear anything from them. I go to the app to see if my items have been shipped and still nothing. I finally called my credit card company to report that this company is a fraud. They attempted to reach out to no avail. So they credited my card back the money. I should have read the reviews before purchasing anything from this site. I have since learned my lesson. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! They are a fraud. The reviews that give 5 stars on this site are probably bots or people working for Sarah Ashley. They are less than 1 stars. I wish I could give them zero stars.

Scammer alert

Use a credit card never a debit card because
They ripped me off. I couldn't file with Better Business Bureau because of my mistake.
They were late with delivery of my dress. They did not honor my stop order. And they did not refund my return.

Never order from this company. It's a scam.

I ordered FIVE expensive dresses two & a half months ago and they still have no shipment or tracking or date. I have tried so many times to call (no answer) and to email (minor response). I am frustrated and ripped off.

Scam

Beware of ordering from this company. One you will never receive and the number to call customer service only tell you to email and you will never can a reply back. I attempted cancelling my order due to never received it's been two months. Finally have to go to my credit card company.

SCAM

It is now July 6 and still product... no update... JUST NOTHING. Product purchased and paid in May and now July no update no product delivered.

Over 3 weeks since order was confirmed and still no update. I called and customer service person said (ED) that he will contact fulfillment and send an alert. I asked if I could wait for the update on the phone I was told they were only allowed to stay few minutes on the phone because they have other customers to attend to. I insisted on waiting and asked to speak to a supervisor and I was told he will get an available supervisor. Placed me on hold and never came back on the phone. THIS IS A SCAM.

I purchased a skirt from Sara Ashley over a month ago; maybe two now, and have yet to receive tracking information. I reached out a few times to their support email and they just give you some BS reply that they're working on it, etc. I finally filed a claim with PayPal and I'm hoping to get a full refund. I know it's only $50, but that's how they make money. They just assume the consumer's won't go through the hassle to get the refund. Sucks I'm not one of those customers. :)

I placed an order in May 11, after 2 weeks I followed up and I was told that it is getting ready for shipping. Again I called them and I was told due to product shortage and huge orders my order was delayed. I requested them to give an estimated time of fulfillment but it never happened. Then they said it's out of stock. After 45 days I asked them to give me a refund if 850USD I paid. They said they ll discuss with the manager. After being straightforward with them they send an e mail showing refunded but the website still says order is ready for shipment and the refund never showed up in my account. Now they do not pick calls and never responded to the e mails. Such disgusting service and scam. Never buy from them. Your product ll never arrive and you ll never get refunded by these crooks.

Poor shipping and refund process
July 10, 2022

I purchased dress on 19 May. Website states they will post and provide tracking after 5-7 business days - this did not happen. I contacted Sarah Ashley and asked for refund as dress still had not been shipped after 9 days and they refused.
Lucky for me I had made the purchase with PayPal and lodged a dispute. I won my case through PayPal and had money refunded.

Do not buy from this site!

This company is so unethical. On 5/3/22 I ordered the Stella Micro Pave Crystal earrings. On 5/12/22 I wrote them. They said it would take 5 to 7 days to process order & up to 20 days to get them. On 5/21/22 asked for update. They wrote back stating due to surge in orders the timeliness was disrupted but order being prepared. Your order is in rapid distribution. 6/7/22 I write them again & they reply they are waiting for relevant personnel for status. I complained to them again & suddenly they wrote stating they are completely out of stock & they will give me a credit. I wrote them back that I want a full refund. They went on to explain to me they need to speak with there team to see if they can give a refund! Can you imagine this. Stringing me along for a month, not sending the earrings & not returning my money! Best part-they are still selling the earrings on various websites & it does not say out of stock under description of the earrings. I guess they will continue to take money from customers & not send the merchandise. Better Business Bureau needs to be notified!

SCAM

The quality of the product does not match any of the photographs--it is very poorly made and came over a month after I placed my order (it was sent from China.) I sent my purchase back for a refund, and have still not received it. The company keeps assuring me it is on its way, but I have been waiting over 2 weeks. I believe this is a scam.

If i could give a 0 star i would. Sarah Ashley is the worse place for someone to buy anything. Im saying that with my own experience. I bought 2 pairs of shoes from them a month before my birthday and i received them 2 months after my birthday. That means it take them 3 months to get them to me. And also when I get them they look so cheap. I can't even wear them not only they look cheap also they are too big. Never again in my life. This website is stealing people's money. Do not buy from them.

Worst company ever

I ordered a dress almost a month ago. After about 12 days I emailed asking how long it takes to ship. They said "5-7 business days because we need to make sure all pieces are up to our standards of quality" well 10 business days went by and I reached out again. " oh we are just as worried as you and will expedite this process and rest assure your order is a top priority and we will get you tracking as soon as possible"

Well 4 weeks and about 10 emails later. It's all a bunch of bull$#*!. They won't ever actually answer your question, and don't respond to your statements. They can't cancel your order because there is only a "12 hour cancellation window" and their " computer system" won't allow them to. I've had them tell me in the same day that they can confirm it's at the distribution center and my tracking will
Be available soon and also that it's still being processed and at the fulfillment center.

This company is absolute garbage. It's more than likely a scam, and you will lose your money. But don't worry they will tell you " thank you for your patience and understanding and hope you have a fabulous day!"

Do not buy anything from this website. EVER. If it ever does show up, I'm sure it's trash.

Buyer BEWARE!

Buyer BEWARE! You will not recieve your items for at least a month, more likely two months, and they will NOT take returns or give refunds under ANY circumstances, even though they state all over their website they have an "ironclad" 30-day money-back guarantee. On April 14,2022 I purchased 2 dresses that didn't arrive until May 23rd. I never recieved a
Confirmation email of my purchase, nor did I ever recieve any acknowledgement that the purchase was made or any shipping or tracking information. I attempted calling the 800-number on their website on May 10th to check on the status of my order, and their phone number states that they are not able to man the phones.

When the dresses arrived, they were an
Entirely different color than pictured on the website - they were totally pink, and the website depicted an offwhite/ivory color!

When I called to start a return, again their phones are not manned. I emailed to request the return, and was told that since the dress is depicted correctly on the website they are not going to give me a refund. That they will not refund me really for any reason, even if the dresses didn't fit or I didn't like them. The problem is that their website clearly states they have a 30-day money-back guarantee. In their
Exact words, "shop with confidence knowing that your purchase is covered under our exclusive ironclad 30-day money-back guarantee." Additionally they have an icon graphic on their website further stating money-back guarantee and quality guarantee. They are not standing by their guarantees, and telling me they are not going to give me a refund.

I've made a complaint on the BBB - where they have nearly 100 other, similar complaints! Customers being charged but never recieving orders, never getting refunds, etc. STAY AWAY!

Took my 124.99 and never got dress.

I purchased a dress on April 5 and have reached out 4 times and have only had one reply. Their Facebook does not allow you to post only use messenger so you can't see that they are ripping people off. They have recently stop posting on instagram because comments section is flooded with people that have not received item or updates. I pray they give me bk my 124.00 dollars. Please keep your money in your pocket as you can see from the emails I still haven't got replied back to.

It's unfortunate that they do not accept returns unless the item is damaged!
They wont even consider letting you return it for a store credit. You order something and if it doesn't fit or takes a really long time to arrive (as it did in my case as the item is not longer needed because it arrived after an event) that the best they can do is give a small credit for a future purchase. Why would I order something again without the option to return? The return policy is a joke. I wish I read the reviews before purchasing. If you order from this site, beware...
