DO NOT BUY FROM SARAH ASHLEY. They advertise good looking products then send you poor quality product and refuse to give you a refund. I sent several emails sent photos as they requested but they still refuse to give me a refund even with the item unused and in the same condition received.

A great selection of bags and other products to meet your needs, great service, and reasonably priced! Knowledgeable staff, friendly and helpful. Found the tote my wife was looking for. Nice selection. Highly recommended!

I COULD NOT POST -0 STARS OR I WOULD HAVE. I cancelled my order within 20 minutes because my daughter warned me they were a scam company. They would not cancel (which is contrary to their "policy"). They insisted on sending items and promising I could return and get a refund (even though it took weeks to arrive). I sent back within a day (wrong sizes sent of course as well) and they still have not refunded me. It has been 5 months! PLEASE DON'T SUPPORT THIS COMPANY. They are ripping people off with no regard or remorse. They will send you lovely emails immediately telling you they are working on your request and are so apologetic. They are betting on you forgetting to follow up. They know exactly what they are doing.

My order still has not been shipped after 3 weeks! BBB has horrible feedback about them. I cannot believe a company like this is still allowed to be open.

I bought an item online in November 2021. The day I received it I wrote an email to resend it, because it was not what I expected and it didn't fit me either. It took me a month of emails to finally receive the info I needed to return the package. It took about another month before I received an email (upon my own request again) that the package was received. From the day I returned my package up until today (which is about 4,5 months further) I have yet to receive my refunds! How hard can it be to make a money transfer back to the account from which it was payed?!

I sure wish I had read these reviews before I ordered the item... I'm now getting ready to gather information and forward it to our lawyer. By now the amount that I'm owed is about to be double as much due to interest...

The quality was not bad. It was better than I was expecting given the reviews, though, my hoodie should have had three flowers and it came with two. Also, the skirt was a -2 size and I am a 2-4. I think they sent me the wrong size. Returns on sale items not worth the trouble. I would not order from these place again. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of one, is because I actually received my order and in less than 2 months from China. I usually get orders from China/Korea in 3 weeks.

I ordered two dresses. They state that they will take returns but, I have been having such a hard time returning the items. I never encpuntered this before. Usually you will request to return something, they send you an email with a return label and that is that. I have gotten 4 emails requesting numerous things... about the items it is just ridiculus. Please read the review before you buy. It will save you a whole lot of headaches.

BUYER BEWARE! Took 1 month to receive the merchandise. Then the incorrect sizes were sent. You cant return, exchange or receive a refund. Apparently they make the items once your purchase is confirmed. Finally got the dresses poor quality. No tags inside they dresses to confirm size. I ordered a XXL on one dress because description said it ran small XL in the other dress. They sent a small or medium size and put them both in any XL bag. WORST experience ever. Customer service absolutely useless they are no help what so ever. Will send emails and say anything to appease you. Save yourself the headache and do not purchase from this fraudulent merchant.

I had a very bad experience with this company. The fabric is horrible and looks cheap and I requested refund and they say they can't. I am proposing to send the clothes back and they don't refund at all.

I was hesitant to order from this company after seeing all of the negative reviews. However I had a good experience. While the package didn't take a long time to come because it's internationally shipped, the quality of the garment was what was depicted and I am satisfied. The customer service was great in the chat on the app where they track your shipping. I did try to call the main number and email their customer support and did not get a response there. I recommend trying the Shopify app.

They do not take returns. Shipping takes a very long time. Sizing is unpredictable. You will be left with clothing that doesn't fit. Complete waste of my money. They do not have a number to call. Only emails. It's terrible.

Purchased a dress for $124 on their website on April 1,2022. They recommend a change in size due to the item running small. I agreed with the size recommendation. They charged my card on April 4. On April 10, I reached out to find out if the item was shipped. Was informed that the dress was made to order. This was not mentioned on their website. It said low stock. On April 11, I requested for the order to be cancelled if the dress would not arrive by April 18. They refused to cancel and refund me my money. Said I should wait for the dress to arrive and then contact them to start the refund. Take a look at their refund policy. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

This is the vary good and othentic products on the other hand they have different types of designs with colours so just I excited after watching the ads after all thank you so much share the ads

It has been 3 weeks and I have not gotten a status for my order. Either they can't process a large amount of orders, or they just don't deliver any sort of update on purchases. I went to their Instagram and it seems like a lot of customers are going through the same problem. I will end up canceling my order through my bank. Don't bother buying from this seller unless you are willing to risk maybe getting your package.
