I ordered 50 roses on January 12 to be delivered on January 18 because my son was going to propose to his wife to be on January 19. I still haven't received my money back nor the roses. If you ordered any for valentines don't expect to receive them. You are better off getting them from Costco.

Never authorized a renewal on membership took out of my account now it's been over two weeks waiting for a e gift card that was promised for my refund still nothing three calls and got nowhere. Would never recommend this club to anyone
Do not order online *******@SamsClub. I ordered a ipad and apple pencil combo and only received the pencil. It was confirmed with the carrier that the only package delivered was 1lb or less... Obviously not an ipad, yet the still have not sent me the ipad. Plus membership my $#*!
Review was alie! Said you would 90 dollars what a joke they are.trying to sell you some junk! Then they want you to pay shipping on 10 dollar items don't waste your time.
The cashier with blonde hair and giant eye lashes refuse to give any customer service. Bad attitude.
After my membership expires, I'm going to look at Cosco. Petrie Way store in Rosedale is horrible. The gas pumps are a disaster with the lines with no structure, the cafe constantly out of pizza with ridiculous long lines, and I'm sick of them asking for a card coming thru the door, especially knowing that you cannot buy anything without a membership. AND the customer service rep cussed a friend out in the store with no reprimand from management after having an issue with the gas pumps. I'm not sure why corporate does not visit (without staff knowing it is corporate visit) or send a mystery shopper to see how their customers experience their store. I can do without the aggravation. Membership not worth it!
Just bought bulk paper products etc. Produce such as fish/meat were not fresh but wrapped so difficult to tell that, but returned them. They somehow got my new address when I moved to tell me that they canceled me before the renewal cycle period. I called and said I was done and she simply said "ok" with kids screaming in the background. Wow.
We went to store in Appleton WI. For our first visit. The store was busy, full parking lot. They only had 2 checkouts open and none of the self checkouts were working and no one was trying to fix them! Carts were all over the parking lot and the only ones in the store were wet, YUCK! When I asked one of the employees why weren't they opening up more checkouts since none of the self checkouts were working! He walked away and didn't answer me. I am glad I only paid $10.00 for membership, won't go back and already cancelled our subscription.
Ordered a gas range instead of electric either my error or the horrible web site error but immediately contacted them and they claim they cannot do anything about it. They want samsung to ship it and then turn around and send it back (they say). I'm out almost a thousand bucks and the wrong range hasn't even shipped yet. Use extreme caution if you buy anything expensive online through these clowns
Ordered gift membership on 16 Dec. For a family member out of state. On the 23rd recv'd an email that it was delayed. Seriously? On the 28th recv'd another email that it was out of stock and that they had canceled my order. Seriously? A membership is out of stock? Very angry and disappointed.
After calling membership services several times during store hours and no one answered I finally got through to a VERY rude women that put me on hold and never picked up again. I tried another store and called again this time I got a nice man who said he was transferring me to the membership services department where again no one answered. We'll be cancelling our membership as soon as possible. On a positive note we are fortunate to also have a Costco very close by. We joined today and the lady was absolutely great! The difference between the two companies was like night and day.
I went to Sam's Club to check on some tires for my car. Kriztofer, club # 4743, assisted me in locating the tires I was interested in and answered all my questions about the tires. He even compared prices of another brand tire that was comparable. I couldn't ask for better service. About an hour after I told Kriztofer I wanted the tires I was driving home with the tires on my car. Never would have expected that!
Sandusky OH Sam's Club tire tech told me they don't install new tire valve stems unless you specifically ask. Bought new tires for my daughter because tread was low and valve stem leaked. Paid for top install including road hazard at $20 per tire. Picked up car, 2 days later flat. Make it a point to TELL them they need to replace valve stems or they won't. Still fighting with them trying to get new stems put in.
Just got my Sam's club sale flier and they tell me I have instant savings $2 off this $3 off that but they forget to tell you what the cost of the items are. What am I getting $2 off an item that was inflated in price. Great sale. The flier is now at the bottom of my garbage can absorbing dumpster juice.
I have had terrible customer service at this location. I got to Sam's Club at about 9:30 this morning with my 10 month old baby with the sole purpose of buying baby formula and was turned away because I'm not a "Plus" member. I was unaware of this rule. I understand people pay a little extra for that perk, but I was really upset that they turned me away and couldn't make a small exception in this case. It's hard enough to drag my baby out to the store in the cold, and then made even worse when I drive all the way here and am told I can't go in and need to wait. Literally the only thing I was going to buy was baby formula. It would have taken me less than 5 minutes. Thanks for making life harder for this mother.
Only having 1 register open that takes cash is not good service in my opinion! We had a $250.00 purchase to get but only 1 regester open to take cash! The line for this 1 register was all the way back to the clothing! Please do better! I really enjoy my sams club shopping! We left without our products because said line was so long!
Bitter angry management and coworkers and cheap as hell. No discounts or even simply we appreciate you once in a while. Steer clear from Folsom and Roseville locations.
On December 12th, I went in to the Chesapeake location to purchase gift cards to ensure our employees had a christmas. I was already told by Walmart that I could only get $200.00 in one day. Food Lion had to purchase on-line. I called the Virginia Beach Sams Club 6 times before I got a hold of a very rude lady who told me I could only get $1000.00 in a day. Well I need 134 gift cards and had no idea what to do. I drove from North Carolina and went to the Chesapeake location instead. There I encounter Mary-Lynn and her team of professional ladies...Cedaja and Javonda, They explained to me that yes that $1000.00 was correct. Mary went to speak to the store manager and gave the green light for me to be able to get our entire company a $50.00 gift card. These ladies stood there and made sure that this process was done and done correctly. It took a little bit and they were very attentive. After we were finished, I thanked them and Ms. Mary came out from behind the counter and escorted me to my vehicle with a completed 134 $50.00 gift card. These gift cards were just given to our staff members today at our Christmas party. Thank you.
