Publix stopped carrying great loin lamb chops. They went to an inferior product at 14.49/lb, I found GORGEOUS LOIN LAMB chops for 8.48/lb, We also paid 19.99/lb for filet mignon at Harris Teeter which was OK. We NOW can buy it for 14.98/lb. We also use Emergence C a vitamin c product daily. We saved 14.97 for a pack of 3 boxes over what we would have paid for those same boxes at other stores... It wasn't crowded... the lines were not awful and the people waiting on us were VERY nice... I just wish they carried Dunkin Donuts beans in a bigger container and offered free shipping on items their sister store WALMART carries... Still, I think on meat alone we will score big and as we get ready to retire every dollar counts. And if we aren't happy 364 days from now they will refund our membership for the year... as well as accepting returns if we try a product and use one we can return it for a refund... You have to change your thinking a bit but that is one of the things keeping me young at heart!
Sam's Club has been emailing me constantly for well over a year, despite having never purchased from there or even been inside a store. I have unsubscribed dozens of times, and apparently none of them have gone through. I emailed customer service four months ago to request I be removed from their mailing list, and I was told they needed my membership number in order to unsubscribe. Despite telling the rep that I don't have a membership number because I've never even stepped foot inside a Sam's Club, I am STILL receiving emails to this day. I have now filed a complaint with the FTC for not honoring my dozens of requests to unsubscribe.
Milw, Wi. I had a exam and bought frame lenses, had to return three time only to be charge even more and there's nothing they could do.
I went to America's Best paid $250 got 2 pair of glasses plus all the bells and whistles with trans, I can see so well it doesn't feel like im wearing glasses; Thank God. Still gotta pay the credit card bill for Sams club, it so sad the poor keeps getting poorer and we all know the rich keeps getting richer on the backs of the poor. God help us all.
On August 1,2017 I went to Sams club store at 1501 Sams circle in Chesapeake, VA to join Sams club business. I filled out all the required paper work but had to return home to answer I.D. code placed on my phone. I was approved over the telephone that day. All seamed well and I returned 8-8-2017 to get my permanent card as well as my wife's card. That's when I found out Sams club is not the place to do business. My wife and I had over 200.00 in worth of merchandise including a car battery. First of what became a Chinese fire drill was I had to pay for the battery at checkout then go to customer service to get my core charge but before that could take place my Sams club MasterCard was declined? I called 8-7-2017 to make sure everything was go to go and was told everything was in good order. After a 1/2 hour of no one knowing what was going on I demand my membership cancelled and a full refund. I will post negative feedback at every internet site on the web to let people what to expect.
Returned 2 office chairs. Have been waiting over a month for a refund. I have been given the runaround by sams.com customer service. Awful communication, awful customer service. I will never, ever purchase from sams.com again.
I have had no problems but only use them for very specific purchases. I go to the store twice a year to stock up on large volume paper and plastic household supplies. Examples include paper towels, paper napkins, bathroom tissue, plastic cups, plastic cutlery, paper plates, and the like. I seldom purchase food items, electronics, or clothing items. I stick with what I know. No disappointments.
Ordered 2 cases of copy paper more than a month ago. 1 showed up in the promised 2 day delivery. However, the 2nd case "was lost" and they can't ship me another one. I really don't get that at all. It is "available to reorder" they tell me. Why would I need to do that since I already paid for this one. Now we are more than a month since this started and I don't have the paper I ordered and paid for and also have not received a refund. DONE WITH SAM'S CLUB!
I enjoy shopping on the Sams Club site sometimes, since it is much easier than walking around there store with a big cart, and hauling your things home! But recently, I had a Credit Card Fraud occurrence from my Sam's club account. Someone accessed my credit card number from there and began ordering Sam's club things to themselves across the country! They unfortunately for them, did not change the email address in my account, and I began receiving shipping notifications for products I didn't order! Luckily my credit card does not hold me responsible. So I removed my credit card stored information from my account and I recommend everyone does the same--the site does not seem secure.
My husband and I are renewing our vows on 11/5/16. I placed an order for a three tier wedding cake three weeks prior from Sam's Club. Today I discovered Sam's Club did not have the order on my cake that I was set to pick up at 1:00pm, on 11/4/16. After my initial shock and immense sadness I spoke with assistant manager Latonya Taylor. Mrs. Taylor assured me I would be able to pick up my cake as originally planned and due to my inconvenience, there would be no cost. This act of kindness, compassion and customer service is not typical in today's business world. She also assured me her cake specialist Alison Nobles would bake me a cake that would not disappoint. I know when my special day is here I will be highly pleased. Stay tuned for part two everyone as I am choosing to trust my fellow man. Thank you in advance Latonya and Alison for being the light in what began as a dark day. The universe needs me more people amazing people such as yourselves.
I ordered a trampoline from samsclub.com on sept 4th and paid 99 for shipping. They told me it would be at my home on sept 26th. On sept 23 I received a call saying that because I live in a rural area (town of ******* people) I would not get it until oct 14th. After I cancelled the order on sept 23rd they still charged me over 100 dollars for shipping. I will never order from samsclub.com again!
Sam's club associates will wait until the last minute without intitial warning to start walking around saying the registers are closing soon, the store is closed. Like many shoppers I'm not walking around looking at my watch every second. I think 30 minutes prior and again in 5 minutes they should let us know they are closing within that time, but why tell us they will close the registers? However the managers & associates at Sam's club are very nice- better than most of the managers & associates at Rt. 80 Walmart
But wait they also have kitchen sinks. I have shopped for shower heads, Engine oil, Laptops, UHD Flat Screens, Groceries and even oil for the car. Get a Sams Card and save today!
I love SAMs club. Believe it or not I have bought a lot of name brand clothing there. But the grocery items are big savings. Meat. I buy and separate into sizes I use for a meal and freeze the remainder into dinner sizes. I have never had to take anything back( unless the size was wrong in clothing) and I always buy their Rotesery chicken and ribs. Same price cooked or uncooked. Why cook it. Coscos is good also but I prefer SAMs.
Go with a friends their guest for the day and take advantage of their meat specials!
SAMs is always a great shopping experience for me. I go in for a few things but find many new things that I was unaware of and end up buying a lot more than I had planned but who can pass up on a great deal? Not me!
You can almost always buy it cheaper at Walmart, and buy less, but I don't shop there anymore either.

Lot of junk on the web-site. Additionally, if you're not concious of the going prices for a lot of products, you will pay more at Sam's. I joined just to buy the boca burgers. Being a vegan, the prices were good and the saving I'd get from the boca burgers would pay for my membership. As I renewed for a 2nd year, they stopped carring the boca burgers. I will not renew for a 3rd years. And unless you need 50 rolls of toilet paper, or a gallon of ketchup, it's not really worth the $45 a years.
I really like the prices and selection on this site. They have everything from electronics, furniture, home and garden supplies, healthy and beauty, and groceries. I have been very satisfied with the products and customer service ordering from this site.
