Since being in the Philippines, I have ordered from Foodpanda about 10 times. There has only been TWO occasions when the food was delivered within 10 minutes of the time they give you on the app... For example, I ordered from KFC. The app says 10-20 minutes... an HOUR LATER, the app still says 10-20 minutes. When the food finally arrived over an hour late, it was cold and inedible. I told the driver to take it back. Foodpanda gives you no way to file a complaint. That tells me they are a scam and will take your money regardless. I deleted the app and will NEVER order from them again. In total contrast, I WALKED to KFC, placed my order and had it in my hands in ten minutes. Foodpanda is a JOKE. Don't waste your time or money.
