Delivery sucks

Whoever does the deliveries for the Walmart in Bremen Georgia suck! Every single time I place an order it is missing items. They just don't give them to you but they put them in their car! I've also noticed if I tipped them really well all of my items are delivered if I give the standard tip above 15% even they're always missing items. I have canceled my Walmart plus account because of this issue. Every time I use the delivery function I have to go back to the store and pick up the items that are not delivered. It is not worth it and you are losing customers on Walmart plus due to their crappy service that Walmart keep allowing even though there's so many negative reviews.

No driver - no apology
January 14, 2026

Place order at 1pm to be delivered between 5 and 7, Waited and at 8:15 got an email that a driver could not ne found. And it would be tomorrow.
This id the second time this has happened i less than a month.
No sorry or apology.
Why offer a service if you are not able to provide it.
Cancelled the order after 20 minutes on phone with someone who could hardly speak English. And dis =d not know anything about his job.

Beyond incompetence

I made an order with very clear instructions for no substitutes. The crystal cat liter I know they stock was replaced for balled paper that will never work.
I go to the door and see my medicine I was supposed to sign for sitting out.
Then I see the driver. I said I didn't hear anyone knock ( Yes, I'm elderly)
The driver says in a nasty tone," I knocked like 5 times. I say nothing as arguing is pointless. Rather than complete the delivery, the driver left without saying another word.

1) Spoiled/HOT "FROZEN" foods: Most parts of the country will find that 6-8 MONTHS out of the year you can NOT order because it is TOO HOT. Anything 85°F or higher, means the temperature in their TRUNKS, where many store your food, are in the high 90's or more! If, you can't leave KIDS and ANIMALS in a hot car, because they could die! What do you think happens to FROZEN food with only a Walmart sack to protect it? (Walmart doesn't have drivers, so they don't have to take responsibility. I HAVE HAD WHOLE ORDERS SPOILED.) If, I didn't have health issues I WOULD NEVER USE Walmart+ delivery! 2) FRESH PRODUCE: Fruits & Vegetables Is a joke! They give you stuff they would have to throw away, because it is so damaged, rotten and spoiled. 3) If, you don't watch carefully, they will try to CHARGE you SHIPPING on basic groceries like paper towels. 4) They will say they are out of basic items like MILK. It is a horrible sh! T show! They take advantage of those who are sick and elderly and have no options. They don't care! The Waltons need another yacht. Maybe, they could finally buy Australia and make it their own private island.

Horrible service

Consistently missing items in my orders. I believe that the drivers are stealing products. I contacted Walmart and then they don't want to refund my money. Theft.

Today an order was dropped on my front porch, an order I did not place and delivered to me in error. There was no info as to the address, no delivery info as to who dropped it, USPS, UPS, Fedex…I knew it was Walmart as the product was marked Great Value. I tried 3 different Walmart Customer Service telephone numbers, the last being Corporate Headquarters, all automated and not allowing me to speak with a human BECAUSE THEY WANTED AN ORDER NUMBER. I have exhausted every effort to find where the order should nave been delivered, so I say to Walmart now you can deal with an irate customer that you billed who never received their delivery. So Walmart, I am done looking and WILL KEEP THE ORDER FOR MY TROUBLE! It's a shame you cannot hire people who can read street names or address numbers. Face it, Walmart…. You will never be an Amazon!

There is no compensation for putting my purchase information in the hands of a neighbor I don't know. On top of Walmart's delivery error, they consider the purchase a loss. Who do you think ultimately pays for that? After using a membership benefit for my order, the fact that it was taken to a wrong address is my loss! No reimbursement for a membership benefit I was entitled to. This Membership is beginning to be more trouble than it's worth. Lastly, after ordering everything all over again I waited outside just to see my order about to be delivered a second time to the wrong building. Had I not caught the man, that would be misdelivered purchases TWICE in the same day!

Walmart works with third party to deliver your items. Don't bother using their delivery service because it will take you 48 hours for refund item to the wrong delivery address. Better off just shopping at your local store. Waste of time speaking to their agents with no authority to do anything unless you like the waiting. They charge a $10 fee for delivery service fyi.

I stopped using Walmart delivery months ago tried it today and it was no different nothing has changed I was missing 75% of my items I was refunded but have to wait 5-10 days for refund it's ridiculous Kroger always on point do Walmart delivery

Careful

Had surgery so i used walmart delivery for 4 weeks all was great Till week 4 did not receive one if my items called walmart immediately was told would credit back 5 calls later still no credit I give up 😔

I hate it.

It absolutely is thé worst. I'm glad there is a grocery delivery in the remote area I live in, but this is ridiculous. They are always cancelling orders, rescheduling, changing the time on you, complaining about tips. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!

Not worth it

Everything I ordered said "delivery not available ".
I canceled my membership.
Whats the point if I can't get things delivered?
Why only certain things are eligible?
I'm retired with no vehicle. I need Everything delivered, so I'll just stick with Amazon and wait a few days longer for delivery

Grocery delivery

Walmart on Hanes mill Rd in ws NC has the sorriest employees or they hire thieves as delivery people everytime and I mean everytime I order something either they have missing items or what they do deliver is damaged complaints to the store are ignored

Left in a snow bank

I really need for Walmart delivery to be better. I am housebound much of the time and must rely on online grocery delivery for my needs. I am tired of having items that I ordered being missing from actual delivery, and without any notice or explanation from Walmart. I renew and pay for Walmart Plus annually, primarily for grocery shopping benefits and customer service, both of which are lacking.

More Than Horrible

My disabled client has had her delivery order messed up 4 times in the past 2 weeks. ( some of the drivers are wonderful but it is no longer the standard) twice they took the food away because she didn't understand about the code you give. Once they threw it in the foyer and it rotted. They never told her it was there. The directions are VERY VERY clear to not do this. This last time, today, they called me 20 minutes AFTER cancelling the order to tell me the driver was afraid of a possum in the back yard. BUT this was after they cancelled and they told me they'd call back when they knocked on her door. Never did. A $10 or $20 credit does not help when it is so frustrating and they refuse to refund all the food that spoiled. I am getting her a new service TODAY!

Having my groceries delivered is awesome I'm a cancer patient and it's hard to get to the store. I sign for my order that way I know it's delivered. I live in a secure building and give specific instructions including calling when they arrive but 98% of the time the driver doesn't speak English and I don't speak Spanish. I feel if a person moves to another country that you should learn to speak the language. Again I do like that Walmart gives the option to get items delivered

Spark delivers for Walmart and just hires people online a couple of them were good drivers most of them horrible I told Walmart about it they said they would write it up and contact Spark. Spark has no customer service number they don't care.
