I want answers from sams club we pay for plus acct to get free shipping on most items because we live very far away from the club and now you want to only give us free shipping if our orders are above $50 literally what all other places do for free for people.wth are we paying for?VERY WRONG! And we will not renew!

I really like the Sams Club company, so I applied then went in store to check on it and I was greeted by manager Chirs and at that time he told me this store didn't need any more because they were over staffed by 7 people at this time. After i had bumped into another manager he got me an interview the next day it was with Chris all through the interview it felt like Chris was trying to discourage me from work at this store even at times I felt like I was not good enough when I know I am good enough so when I came back to check on my interview i was not surprised to hear I did not get the job. I have 30 years' experience and my top priority is customer service. I felt bad but i was not surprised.

The check out system Sam's Club makes you use is not fit for purpose.
My wife and I went yesterday and spent longer at the checkout trying to get the app to work than we spent actually shopping for the items we had.
The staff tried to be helpful but they couldn't get it to work either.
Think about that for a moment, the actual employees can't get the system to work so what chance do you or I have?
I would rather have a card any day of the week, I don't mind a new system based on technology but it has to actually work,
And this one doesn't.

Sam's Club is my go-to destination for bulk shopping. The warehouse layout makes it easy to navigate, and the savings on everyday essentials are substantial. I appreciate the variety of products available, from groceries to electronics to household goods. The Sam's Club membership pays for itself in savings, and I've had positive experiences with their customer service.

False advertising

Sam's club doesn't honor what it advertise. They had a promotion when I try to get it they were very ignorant, and gave me all kinds of excuses why I couldn't have it. I talked to people on line they told me it should be no problem. Then I called and they were very ignorant on the phone

I bought items to be delivered. The tip said goes through a third party. I gave the driver cash and the driver confirmed they do not get 100% of the tip due to the third party.
I bought doritos and they expired a month later. Two months pass and I go into the store to see the same expiration, now a month expired, still on the floor. I told an employee who LEFT them there because a "third party vendor" stocked the 30 or so count of small bags of doritos in a box, not Sams Club.
The shipping prices vary wildly. I added a $13 box of chips and the shipping went from $6 to $12. So it was really $19 for the box of chips. Those waffle thins are the same way, no weight, larger box, $6 added to ship, while never in store. It would be one thing for them to list the shipping before you add to cart, they let you figure it out later.
Their prices on nuts and the quality of the pecans was great.
The gas is not top tier. Just gas.

Wow... Sugar delivered in open top 2 gallon plastic bag. The Domino Sugar bag busted wide open, still there but sugar running out into this huge plastic bag. Not closed, not sealed. I order several bags for baking. The others were thrown in these same open plastic bags with loose tops not sealed good. I am so disappointed! This was delivered to my home yesterday afternoon 2-28-24.

April the cashier

April yapped on & on to the lady head of me, while slowly scanning her items. One topic was rock concerts like Foreigner & a group she couldn't remember so she stopped scanning to think. She's not getting paid to converse, I said it's nice to be friendly but she isn't paying attention to her job. I told April's supervisor to watch the security recording to see how many times April had to re-scan items. April wouldn't ring me up because I said she was inefficient. Anotherlady had to ring me up & she was so nervous. Maybe it's time for April to retire so she can talk all she wants & not hold up the long line like today.

Customer Service Lost Me

I am not renewing my Sam's Club membership primarily because of their cutomer service or lack thereof. Multiple times I posted questions regarding available products and never did I receive an answer. I'll go back to Costco and see if it is better, can't be any worse.

Buying on line

Bought a 85" tv online said it would be at my house that monday and after waiting mondayfor my very expensive tv. Now they are saying it will be be another 2 weeks before i get it. The store near me has them but they will not give me the sale price because it end on sunday. If i knew it would have taken that long to get the tv i would have pick it up my self.

Terrible service

Just went to Sam's on 41 in fort myers and I purchased a couple of things. After I hit total, the item that I pick up did not show the discount. I call the girl over that was assisting the self checkout. She told me that the item properly expire and they did not remove the sign. I asked her can you honor the price. She responded by saying she is not a manager. She is only an hourly associate. She then continued to say she does not care and I can call corporate. I was blow out of my mind. A person in customer service does not need to be there if that their attitude. Things are very expensive and as a customer you shop and hoping for a discount that helps. A person does not deserve that kind of treatment especially when that what you advertise. Terrrrrible

Curbside

I am extremely frustrated with curbside pick up. I tried placing an order the day before I was going to come and it did not give me the option to pick up. I called Sam's and talked to somebody and they said we have openings from 5 to 6 and 6 to 7, but it wouldn't let me choose that option. I even spoke to the manager and he said there was nothing I could do. Well, I know that my daughter placed an order the day of and was able to pick it up so I went in and tried to break it into small orders. I broke it into four small orders, and then I could pick it up curbside, which made no sense whatsoever. When I set my daughter to pick it up curbside, there was all kinds of frustration because they needed the card and ID or whatever from the person who had ownership of the card. When I spoke to the man who called about verifying that she could pick it up he said well you placed this in order, so it made it very confusing. Are you kidding me? I wanted to place one order but it wasn't an option. Curbside, please get this figured out.

I ordered AND PAID FOR 4 Aquafina water packs at $5.68 a pack. I was charged $11.36 TWICE on 2 separate line items(CORRECT) and then $16 in shipping. I received 2 packs and Sam's has refused to send me the other two packs of Aquafina because they are stating I only got charged for 2. LIES! I am not paying $11.36 for a 32-pack of AQUAFINA WATER! SEE RECEIPT BELOW. 2 Aquafinas, plus 2 MORE Aquafinas, PLUS SHIPPING!

I was solicited by a young man working on commission representing Just Energy. I was told I would be locked in at.08 per kilowatt for five years and receive a $80 gift card I signed a five year contract. After purchasing my milk and eggs I went home. I received a email from Just Energy congratulating me on joining Just Energy also said kilowatt was 0.1055 per kilowatt and that I would receive my $29 gift card after service starts. I was scammed. I went back to my Sam's club and was told sorry. Just sorry. Just Energy is paying Sam's club to be soliciting paying members and the members are paying Sam's club to be in the store so Sam's club is making money off of both parties but says they are not liable. Hopefully Sam's club will go down the drain. Sam's club is disgraceful and I will not shop with them or any of their affiliates.

Notice the item measurements didn't match the display sign, notified the store manager about the item and that it should be a price reduction I was told there's nothing they could and she walked off. I've been a member for over 11 years and never endured such terrible customer service from the Dallas tx location on midway I will be canceling my membership and I would advise anyone not to shop there. 20 oz cups

The last two times that I went to Sam's I went specifically to get 20 oz Styrofoam cups. The first time I bought the 16 oz. Because I was out. I don't live in Valdosta so it's a waste of my time and money to go there anymore. The 16 oz are to small when you add ice and the 32 oz are to big. Thank goodness I can order them from Amazon.

This is the worst place to work the sam's club in La Marque tx managers are lazy they just walk around and make up all types of rules. They try to get you to quit so they don't have to give you unemployment. One employee committed suicide due to the bs they had to deal with. I would not recommend this job to anyone not even my worst enemy escpecially in the rotissierie dept.

$5 spoons

I order form Sam`s club SHIPPED by Sam`s club, and when an empty box arrives, not completely empty, the packing slip says " All risk of loss with respect to goods sold hereunder shall pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier"! Sam`s club got my money tho and won`t refund it! $5 spoons.1 star was the lowest choice, would`ve involved the police if I thought it would have mattered! Membership cancelled, CC cancelled, losing my business won`t effect them, but it will effect me :)
