Bought 3 shirts. They sent one of the shirts that wasnt at all what i ordered. Want to refund me 25% of the price i paid. No return label. The shirts too small to even wear. Told me i had to pay to return it. The shippings more than the shirt as it has to go to china. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS " company" they bait and switch! Also the quality of garments is akin to a halloween costume. Complete crap!
The Hawaiian shirts arrived... so I am upgrading review. I would give 4 stars except that one of the shirts lists and shows as white with gray palmtree design on the website, but it is not white at all, it is a very creamy beige with brown palmtree design. I realize that color differentiates online, but then they called it "white". They should call it cream or beige.
The other shirt is pretty good and looks as advertised.
Maybe with some brown shorts the cream colored one will be alright... I do like the searsucker look of the fabric.

My BF and I ordered a couple of Hawaiian style shirts. It estimates delivery in 10 to 25 days. Now that time has come and gone and it hasn't even shipped even though they had send a email that it had shipped... and then they notified him that it hadn't shipped and it will be delayed... so how will these shirts be of any use when it's not even summer anymore by the time he gets them. They should offer refund instead of delay. Not a dependable place to shop.

Received my orders in good condition and I am generally pleased with my multiple purchases. On shirt arrived too small for me, but my grandson loves it. Pants arrived too small, but fit my granddaughter. Not the highest quality, but worth the price paid.

I would never buy from this company again. If I could rate it a negative rating, I would. Do not waste your money. You are unable or it is very difficult to get an address to send merchandise back to online and they DO NOT SEND any return address information with product, even though it states returns are accepted within 15 days.

How did I not see this coming? Everything that was said about the no-work tracking number, the month-long deliveries, the sizing issues, all right on. This thing stunk to high heaven from the start.
Oddly, I liked 6 of 8 shirts, but they're jerking me around in trying to get refunded for the two!
" it's so far and the shirts came from so many different countries they might get lost coming back and then we can't refund you. (so there is the set up—-next is the offer :)
"What. If we give you 40% refund and we give you $15 off your next order? Can't you give the shirts to somebody as a gift? "
Honest to God, somebody said this from
Royaura. I don't have anyone in my world that I dislike enough to give two crappy shirts to.
So they immediately attempt to talk you out of sending anything back to them and then threaten you with losing your stuff, giving them an out as to why they're not going to refund you. They'll just tell you everything's lost!
I guess I should count myself lucky that I like six of the shirts.
Please don't buy anything from these people.

The shirts I ordered weeks ago never arrived. When I asked they told me that they are in customs, then they told me that they're out of customs and will arrive soon. Then when they still did not arrive, they told that the shirts are held up in customs. It's just a robotic excuse. These shirts do not exist. Stay away from this fraudulent outlet.
Update: Even thought they claim they are working on it, the shipment seems stalled at LAX for over 2 weeks now.

I have been on their website trying to exchange some items I purchased. An easy exchange! But when loggin on to exchange there is no contact info at all? Only instructions that spin you back forth to no avail! No customer service AT ALL

I felt that this company was not reliable when, after I placed the order, they asked me for personal information that seemed irrelevant to the purchase. Why would they need my passport number to verify the delivery? I contacted their customer service and told them that I would not give them this information and that I wanted to cancel my order. They assured me that the item would be sent without the added information. It has not been sent! I wish I had seen the other reviews before I got involved with the company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This is a complete joke! After a month of waiting for my order (it came from China) the pants that were advertised to fit a man 3x would barely fit a 5-6 year old boy! I wrote the company numerous times after long response times they offer 10% off or ask you to return the product to a fictitious address in the US. BEYOND A SCAM!

Ordered and received 2 shirts 3X. They are more like a Medium size and I can't even put them on. I have been emailing their return for over a week now and nothing! They have no phone number to call! Looks like I will have to eat these or throw them away. NEVER AGAIN

I ordered the wrong size shirt and the only options I had were to return the shirt - with me paying the shipping - or to get a 25% refund on my purchase - not including the shipping. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

Unlike a LOT of other people who order clothes from this CHINA company I paid with a credit card. My order of $120++ NEVER had been delivered, not one single item! 6 weeks later I called my CC company and they reversed the charge. This all happened AFTER at least 30 emails from me and all the company said EVERY TIME was be patient... What do you expect from a Chinese government owned company? You're right, NOTHING!

Do not order anything from this crooked company. My partial order arrived from China after 5 weeks with the wrong sizes and of inferior material, almost paper thin and was not wearable. The final part of my order came 3 weeks later and was XS. They refused to refund my purchase stating it was too expensive to return to China and would probably get lost! Instead, "I could give the order to someone else who might enjoy it". The old adage "Buyer Beware" was coined from companies like this one.

This was literally one of the worst online retail experience I have evert had in my life.
When the shirt I ordered arrived, the size 'large' was closer to a size XXL, and then description was a cotton blend. This is definitely a synthetic material.
OK, I get it, not perfect, but then I initiate a return.
This is where it becomes ludicrous. Trying to return it involved weeks and weeks of e-mails back and forth, royaura.com never actually giving the instructions how to return. Asking for photos of the merchandise, further explanations, on and on. Constantly having to send follow up e-mails asking what was going on. Finally after a month+ of e-mails, I received the instructions.
Even though the sizing is bizarrely inaccurate and royaura.com lied about the fabric I am still having to pay to ship this back. Then I was informed it will be 10 weeks for the CC Refund. Could it be any worse? Completely shocking, to be honest. Why would anyone want to do business with this company? It is literally retail abuse at this stage of operations.
I am sure, from the level of atrocious service, they could care less about negative reviews. But it is important for people to understand what a complete disaster doing business with royaura.com is like! It is the absolute worst!

Total scam, and they rip you off with their fake expidited shipping 5-7 days, ya right, after they take weeks to finally ship it, then another 2 weeks for it to arrive, and when you call them out on it they keep sending the same scripted email such as all the negative feedback reviews here, scam China company abusing the US customers once again, then they want you to pay for the shipping when you have to return the wrong sized shirts that were shipped, so you get screwed twice.
My suggestion is if you already ordered from this company call your bank and dispute all charges!

When I ordered my shirts, they came with a fowl odor and were two sizes too small with stains. The first sign was that it took 3 weeks to ship (tells me it's China). Customer service? Forget it - horrible and combative. They try and persuade you to not return and play hardball (negotiating) such returns. You can even see by a simple Google Search that they just have a shell office here and run $#*!ty products into the USA. Just god awful all the way around!
